Ordered take out twice and it took over an hour to receive pizza and the pizza was cold. For $30 worth of pizza this is ridiculous. When called to talk to the manager, we were told there was no manager on site. If we hadn’t paid online by credit card we would have refused the pizza but instead we tipped the driver well as it wasn’t his fault. Will never order or go to this restaurant again! ref: 28298

The food was GREAT!!!! We were very happy with our pizza's and loved the breadsticks!!!! The service was not great... there were only two servers working the whole place and they were stressed. I felt bad for them. It was packed and they seemed to have zero help... they were hosting... serving... running and it seemed too much. Not once did I see a manager. It took 15 minutes for 4 sodas... 25 minutes for 5 breadsticks... the sauce was freezing cold... 2 kids pizzas and a medium pizza took 45 minutes. The food was great... but I am not sure I would go back because of the service.... it would have been nice to see a manager helping out. ref: 26480

Whenever we go to the Cinema 14 to catch a movie at the Market Commons, we always go to Ultimate California Pizza across the street for dinner. We love their Hawaiian Pizza. I can't say enough good things about this place. ref: 25755

We had a party of 8 -and all agree great pizza and service. We only stop in for a slice but this year we will order more. It was a good way to start vacation and relax walking around market common - pizza and walk across to cold stone for ice cream. ref: 18939

My family and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and in just the last five years discovered Ultimate California Pizza. It is by far the best Pizza at the beach. We will be going back this year and we can not wait to get our first pizza when we get there. ref: 18814
