The best restaurant in Garden City (other than the Conch, which is in a different category of having the beach/ocean view going for it). Friendly staff, delicious food and presentation. For a fairly new place - if your wait staff is ever not completely perfect - it is not because they are not trying ...maybe newly hired, but you can be sure that will not happen often. Their Happy Hour is the most relaxing & friendliest way to end your work day. All Appetizer offerings and drinks are half price..EVERYTHING....Carole (bartendress and owner) remembers your name and your choice of beverage... We love this place ....PLEASE tell all your friends and relatives about TWELVE! And TWELVE, PLEASE STAY!

This was such a wonderful dining experience for us as we had only one night in the Myrtle Beach area. Twelve had been recommended to us from friends and they were certainly right. The food was delicious. We began with mussels and shrimp cocktail. The mussels were the best we have had in a long time. My husband had the porkchop and it was outstanding, my filet melted in my mouth. The sides were very creative and the presentation was lovely. The service was wonderful, we especially enjoyed the ambiance...the candles and the soft music. We will definetly return as my husband had business in the area often. Twelve is a hidden jewel ....don't miss it. We can't wait to go there again.

Beautiful decor throughtout the restaurant. Relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyable soft music. Wonderful food and drinks. To have such a great place with the investment as is, a large lacking element, the entire staff (whether family or not)should be required to be welcoming, friendly, and to smile. There wouldn't be an empty seat!

Well what a surprise this was, as I drove south on 17 on my way to charleston, s c where I love to dine. I was feeling a little sleepy so I pull of the road an into the oasis center sitting for a bit I look at my watch. It was 7 30 pm a good time to stop for dinner when I looked up. There was a large sign, twleve. I thought to myself ,anyone with a sign that big had to have great food just to keep it lit. So I parked close to the front doors and was greeted, by beautiful plants and flowers. Again, I thought to myself anyone with a taste for for beautiful flowers must have beautifull food. Went in sat at the black bar sat has the bar maid walk toard me with a warm smile I knew this was going to be great night.ordered a martini gin dry olives ,was perfect. Sat a while told the bar tender I want a quite table to dine she did well within seconds I was on my way to a corner table, the lighting was soft, and the tan colors and browns and large mirrors on the walls gave the room a warm soft homey feeling.the guest who was with me was a foodie so I ask them to order for me that way I would get something I may not have ordered. So a wonderfull soup of the day came then a pork shank that fell off the bone. (to die for ) and great sides, they had a white wine I had a nutty red wine.the key lime pie at room temp not ice cold was creamy, great house blend coffee not to strong. When the bill came surprise two it was very affordable for what we received. So I guess i'll be back no I know i'll be back with friends again. On my next trip i'll be sure to meet the owner. Best of luck your off to a great start.

A best kept secret of the Grand Strand is this little Gem, tucked in at Oasis shopping center with some of the most tasteful ambience in the area. It was suggested by a local who could not stop talking about the how adorable the bartender was. The food exceeded our every expectation. The service was excellent and we found the price to be great for the size of the portions we had, we took our next days lunch home with us. The onion and fennel soup was perfect. My date had Brie and then we had the coffee encrusted Filet and Shrimp Scampi all of which was done to perfection. Twelve is a must if you are in the Area. We are actually going to have Thanksgiving Dinner at Twelve.

Very impressed with this place- it's what this area has needed for a long time. Great food with good sized portions, very friendly and welcoming people, and very nice decor. Had calamari, the best I've had in many years! Also had their "Sunday dinner" an Italian dish, and I am Italian from New York and know authentic Italian cooking- this was it!! I will be back many times as long as they keep up the good work! Highly recomend the place!

I visited Twelve via a recommendation from a business client who had a great dining experience so I had to try it myself as we often disagree on restaurants. The ambiance of the decor, food price, service and quality all made for a great evening. The owner was the host who seated us immediately, which I like to see; the reastaurant is open and spacious making for loud accoustics but the layout created a nice intimate quiet setting for my date and I to share. Noise was not a facot and the music was great. Twelve seemed to me to be a new concept to the Grand Strand and not your typical restaurant for the area. The menu has a wide range of items that can meet the need of anyones pallet. I have been back twice and thought the menu is limited to about 12-15 items the special change daily and make for a pleasant choice as well. I have had several of the dishes and especially liked the Pork Ossobucco and Rissotto and Asian Short Rib. Anyone visiting the great Myrtle Beach area must make Twelve one of there restaurants to visit.

We went to Twelve last night and were pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect the place to be so beautiful! I loved the earthy tones, the candle light, etc. Twelve has only been open for 3 months and I hope they make it. We had onion and fennel soup, which was decent. The bread bucket is great. My husband had Hungarian Goulash, which he thought was OK. I wasn't crazy about it. I had Pork Ossobuco over risotto. I loved it! The risotto was fantastic and the pork could almost fall of the bone. It was cold in the center, which I could have sent back, but I wasn't worried about it. The outside was hot and by the time I got to the center, I was too full anyway. I would have sent it back, had it been undercooked but it wasn't. My husband thought the place was beautiful but average and he didn't think the food was worth 75.00, but I really enjoyed everything. I think this is a great place to go with friends or a on a date. It's very romantic but not too stuffy. The bartender is a sweetheart and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is GREAT!!!! Ate there Friday night, they've only been open a couple of weeks but wow!! The place is beautiful inside, I would say it's one of the nicest looking rest. in the area (if not the nicest!!!) We felt really welcomed, and the service was great. I had this enormous short rib and it came with 2 side dishes that were yummy, my wife had shrimp scampi and said it was the best she ever had!! The prices were very reasonable for what you get and we will go back soon! PS- try the key lime pie you get your own little one and it was so creamy and good!!!
