My family vacations at sunset often and we always make it a point to eat at the Sugar Shack. The food is great, the service and the atmosphere. We will contiue to eat there.. ref: 26643

After hearing so much about this place we decided to go on recent trip. The food was good but not great. The atmosphere was dull and very dismal. Service was excellent. They give you alot of filler foods with your selection of meat such as rice and potato So over rated and quite expensive. I think there are other places I'd rather spend that kind of money. ref: 25076

I have eaten at the Sugar Shack twice. I found the food very good, unique, loved the ribs. Great slaw. Got one meal to go, ate in one time. Restaurant was a bit crowded and noisy, but it is all in the atmosphere of the place. If you want to try something different, I would suggest trying it. ref: 23524
