Max & Erma’s is a fun, unique place to take friends and family. Our guests consistently tell us that our all-American food, friendly service and atmosphere are the reasons they keep returning to Max & Erma’s. We’ve grown over the years, but remain true to what made us successful—delivering a great guest experience. We believe that a great experience starts with our food. That’s why we use the freshest, highest quality ingredients in everything we serve. Freshness and quality are truly the foundations upon which Max & Erma's was built. We make every effort to do things the right way, not the easy way. We believe this dedication and passion is the reason we're better and the reason our guests return more often. Our market research tells us that our guests know what they are going to order before they get to our restaurant because they crave certain items, our signature dishes. Many guest favorites include our delicious chocolate chip cookies, Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, Shrimp Stack Salad, Cajun Shrimp & Pasta, Laredo Steak, Santa Fe Salad, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, hand-battered Onion rings and our famous gourmet hamburgers! Hours: Mon - Thurs: 11:00 am-11:00 pm Fri - Sat: 11:00 am-12:00 am Sun: 11:00 am-10:00 pm.

Once seated server was polite but very unorganized. Never gave us utensils until after food was delivered and we had to ask for it. Had to ask server to clear appetizer dishes when they brought main meals. Thought they were going to just stack on top of old dishes. Ordered the Reuben but got 2 pieces of toast with a slice of corned beef. Ordered additional order of fries but they were never delivered but yet were still on the bill. Overall very unhappy with visit.

Nice atmospere. Reasonably priced. Great food. Nice break from the all you can eat buffets. Been to eat there 2 years in a row and will go again next year,

Ate there twice in one week. Server was excellent and very attentive to my three children. Love the kids nights and free ice cream. Will be back!!!

Our first experience was the greatest. Since then we have endured poor service (lack of attention by servers) and under cooked food. We come back periodically because other restaurants in Myrtle Beach have the same problem and you have to pick the leser of two evils. What we really like is the tortilla soup. As locals we eat out a lot and in this ecoonmy we are going to favor those restaurants that make you feel appreciated.

Great ribs, and I've tried ribs at many of MB's restaurants. More meaty than any place else. Nice atmosphere. Good service.

My son and I tried this place. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. We were first timers so they let us try a little bit of the tortilla soup for free. It was absolutely delicious. The food we ordered was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and everyone was helping each other. They truly were working as a team which is a hugh plus in my book. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
