This is the only restaurant we eat more than once while on vacation. My daughter loves the fried pickles and the atmosphere. The wait time is minimal and the service has always been friendly. I highly recommend to anyone!!

We were told there would be a long wait for a table but when we agreed to eat on the patio we were seated immediately. While walking to the patio we noticed a large amount of seats throughout the place empty. Once seated it took quite some time for us to get our drinks. We skipped an entree due to the fact we were to get unlimited fries. Our meal came and we noticed immediately that each of us got about 10 fries on our plate with our meal. So giving them the benefit of the doubt we thought well maybe since its unlimited fries they didnt want you to have cold fries. So we ask the waitress for more fries.....hahaha 15 minutes later she brings another plate of fries with about 10 fries. So we thought maybe they were making more but the table of 12 people beside us ask for more fries and once again the waitress brings them a plate with 10 fries on it for 12 people. Not to mention they have someone that just brings out fries HELLO Cheeseburger In Paradise you can save money and time by giving a better amount of fries with the meal and if people want more just have the waitress bring them out and have enough for the entire table. Also no more Conch Fritters being served WHAT? Thats what brought me to this place and not another burger joint to begin with. But my burger experience did get better with unlimited fries and the best burger I have ever had at the local RED ROBIN YUMMMMMMMMMM

CHEESEBURGER IN PARADISE BAR AND GRILL'S PHONE NUMBER IS 843-497-3891. They are currently open from 11AM to 10PM. Best known for their burgers and distinctive island flaired Tiki Bar, but also have a large menu to choose from with mouthwatering entrees like coconut shrimp, island quesadillas, and delicious steak wraps!

Great music, awesome atmosphere, and the best burger selection in Myrtle Beach. However, they have so much more than just burgers! My husband loves the dragon fire sauce and he eats it on their wings, shrimp, and the sweet fire chicken sandwich. It's nice to take a break from the typical work day and dine in paradise with flavorful food....so much better than Margaritaville!!

This place is long on atmosphere. The decor is fun and the service is ok. The food on the other hand is nothing special. With a name like Cheeseburger in Paradise. I expected great hand patted juicy burgers with lots of inventive toppings and sauces. What we got was typical frozen hockey pucks with pretty traditional toppings. I could have been eating at Applebys or TGI Fridays or Ruby Tuesdays or Friendlies. I think you get the picture. It was OK, better than McDonalds. But, next time I want a great burger I'll go to my local bar.

Make sure to order food that you feel comfortable eating that are premade such as chicken tenders. Someone I ate with ordered a cheeseburger that was stale along with tortilla chips which were chewy from being left out. The manager was rude and denying that the chips were stale. Our server and the margaritas were great but this Buffet franchise cannot compare to Margaritaville.

We have been going to CIP for the past 4 years when we come out here on vacation. The 1st time we came our waiter was "SMOKE" he was amazing. The 2nd year we came, SMOKE wasn't there. Although the food was great, it just wasn't the same. We didn't make it out here last year but today we went to have our cheeseburger and SMOKE is back. We were so very excited. He is a wonderful waiter and makes the visit amazing, Great job SMOKE we hope you don't leave and we see you again next year.

Cheeseburger in Paradise is one of the best restaurants in myrtle beach. The place itself is very casual and relaxed with a very nice bar. Ive been several times and all of the servers were really good and fast. The menu is great it has some very creative things on it including a cuban sandwich. The quality of everything else there is really good as well i havent had a bad meal yet. The prices were really good for the value as well. Try this place you will not be disappointed.

We stopped in for a drink at the bar and ended up staying around to eat. The atmosphere was just so friendly and the service was great. We had ordered some chili to tide us over to the meal but the server returned to say that it was no longer on the menu. She apologized and suggested that we may like the Black Bean soup even better than the chili so we gave it a try and man, that was good!!! The burgers were terrific (and cooked to order) and we left happy. The memory was apparently pretty good as we ended up there again two days later and loved it just as much as the first time. The noise level might be a little high for some but for us, it just added to thew atmosphere.

We just got 2 cheeseburgers in Paradise and were not only totally disappointed, but ill afterwards. The burgers were rubbery and tasteless. For $10 a burger we expected much more! We asked for a burger without fries and our server basically said "too bad" her words were "this is a high volume business and we make no alterations" So, the fries just sat on the plate. The atmosphere was fun an I'm a Jimmy Buffet fan...but, I'll find someplace else to eat and just drink in Margaritaville!

We thought we'd try out this place. Not worth $40.00 worth of burgers. My husband and I both thought the burgers were bland. There was nothing special about the Mushroom Swiss Burger or the Bacon Cheddar. There was no seasoning at all! It was like a plain piece of meat. My kids mini burgers were more than well done, like charcoal. We like to try out new place each time we go to Myrtle Beach. We won't go there again!

We were tired of trying to decide where to eat and so just stopped here, expecting the theme restaurant to be cute with average food. Boy, were we surprised! The burgers are incredible, hand ground beef and cooked however you like, from rare to well done....I got medium rare and it was just like off the grill at home, only better! It was the BBQ Cheddar Burger and had onion rings and BBQ sauce on it and was awesome! The Lady of the Sea drink was probably the best island drink I've ever had and I am a pina colada afficianado....strawberry puree layers between pina colada layers....absolutely heaven! The key lime pie was rich and tart, just like it's supposed to be....we are considering going back here again tonight instead of chancing another restaurant! Will definitely return again and will not assume theme restaurants are automatically average any more!

I cannot rate the food because I never saw any of it. For the first time in my fifty-six years on earth, I walked out of a restaurant without beiing served. Since my husband and I went for lunch early (a little after eleven), the restaurant was not particularly busy. In that case I could have been very patient. The hostess seated us in a friendly and polite manner. Once we were seated we were treated as if we were totally invisible. Waiters were hanging around and occasionally refilling someone's drink, but never came to take our drink orders. Either there was no waiter for our table or the staff does not care for people in red shirts. The straw that broke the camel's back was when a new party came in after we had been waiting forever. A waiter approached them immediately. We left. went to another restaurant, were seated, attended to, and served in less time than we had waited at Cheeseburger in Paradise. Perhaps the staff all need eye exams. Maybe they didn't see us at our table while they rushed to help new people who came in. I simply know I won't be back.

My family has stopped in at "Cheeseburgers In Paradise" on HWY 17 for the past few years and the service and food were great. But, this year the service was not. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Ther were probably only 5 occupied tables. We were a party of 7, and we all ordered at the same time. Most received our food quickly. My better half only ordered a salad, but she did not get her salad until, everyone else was finishing up their meal. This is after asking our waitress about her salad twice. Refills on tea were very slow in comming. I asked about the sauce tat is supposed to come on a "C-I-P" and was told there was no sauce, and was offered Honey mustard or Bar-B-Q sauce. I thought it was supposed to be Heinz "57".??? Overall it was a "Bad Day In Paridise". We will NOT be back.

We all came in expecting a cool island party- we got music from eddie murphy and the spice girls- not exactly buffet! the hostesses were more concerned in their own social affairs than greting us,the other severs all talking but nobody waiting on us.. We went to the bat where jared and jason really made us feel welcomed, offering drink advice and locals knowledge- best margarita ever/my wife had a pina colada. The food was very good too. If we come back it will be to the bar! if those two aren't there we will probably continue on to margaritaville(the severs there won't miss us) as we love everything there except the wait...

My wife and I went to Cheesburger in Paradise on Monday, September 17, 2007 at approximately 4:15 p.m. We were seated immediately, as the place was not crowded. It took 20 minutes for us to receive our menus, so that was very displeasing, and was the first time that ever happened to us at any place in Myrtle Beach. We each margaritas, and they were very good. My wife had a Jerk Chicken Wrap, and I had a simple cheeseburger. She really enjoyed her wrap, my food was okay, nothing special. If the service was better, we would definitely considered giving this place another chance. Norm & Eve Connors SInking Spring, PA

It was very busy so we took the first thing that was available and that was outside so we might have missed out on the experience of being inside but we still had a good time. Me and my husband both had the Cheeseburger in Paradise it was a really good cheeseburger. After we ate he had a margarita and I had a pina colada that was the best drink I have ever had. I would recomment this place and I will go back on my next trip..

Excellent experience. The food was wonderful and the drinks were even better. Our server was fun and personable, and did a great job recommending drinks and menu items. We were greeted "welcome to paradise!" That just put me in a good mood right away. They had an acoustic duo playing live music and they were very good. This was actually one of the best experiences we had at any restaurant on our recent trip. I will make sure to go to Cheeseburger in Paradise anytime I am near the Myrtle Beach area.

This was a big surprise. While we were originally told that the wait was 50-70 minutes, we went to the bar for drinks and an appetizer. Well, 15 minutes later, we were seated. A terrific margarita-the best I had in MB. Burgers were very good and we listened to the live music which was also unexpected and a real treat. The quesadillas were real good and the onion rings-a bit too salty but very good. I wasn't expecting much, but the Baja and Blue cheese burgers were worth the trip.

We visited Cheeseburger in Paradise while on our yearly "girls getaway" and loved it! The five of us all got different cheeseburgers and everyone was pleased! I had the Mushroom/Swiss Burger and it was absolutely the best burger I've ever had. **I asked for the Asian mayo on the side because I was not sure I'd like it. Turns out it makes an excellent dipping sauce for fries.

We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area. We'll be back...that's for sure!

This is certainly a gem in the Myrtle Beach Area! Great Food and atmosphere. Went there twice in our one week visit. My kids (ages 5 & 2) loved the music. They were dancing in the booth. Definetly one of the 1st places we eat at next time we visit the myrtle beach area.

BEST PINA COLADA EVER!!!! It's almost like having dessert. Once you try one here, you will be disappointed if you have one somewhere else. My husband and I go there for the drinks and usually pass on the food, although the food is decent.

Great time. Visited twice in a week span. Usually, the 2nd time back is never as good as the priginal, but here it was even better. Big, juicy burgers, good service and reasonable as well. Wish they had one in Mass.

I had quesadillas, a salad, and a bacon cheeseburger with a specialty drink (I forget the correct name, but it was something like "Lady of the Sea"). Everything was excellent. The salad was phenomenal and I want to try to make one here at home. The specialty drink, which included Rum Runner, Strawberry Daquiri, and Pina Colada, was the creamiest, tastiest frozen drink I've ever had. Everything was served in a good amount of time and our server was very good. I highly recommend Cheeseburger In Paradise to anyone who wants a good meal at a reasonable price. I can't wait to go to the restaurant again!

Came in for a lunch. Seemed short staffed. Servers had way too many tables. Seems odd for in-season. It was like they were not prepared. When we saw our server, she was attentive. Food was ok. For a family of 4, we had two kids meals, an appetizer, and two burgers. The sampler appetizer was the highlight. Very interesting combination of burgers, teriyaki wings, onion peels, and jerk bbq ribs. Very tasty. Burgers were good, but nothing special. The wrong burger was served initially, but quickly corrected. Kids enjoyed the mini cheeseburgers. We ordered a mojito with way too much mint. Atmosphere was good. Not much value here, but was ok.

My family and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 6 years. We can not believe we did not find your place before. With out a doubt it was the best place and food we have EVER had. I give Cheeseburger In Paradise (Myrtle Beach,SC) 10 stars. We will not miss you next year. Keep up the great work.

Loved the restaurant.... we spent $134 it was so good! And if you cant handle the noise level that means one of 2 things, either your an old person or your a very uptight person. That means your very boring. Im 15 and my mom is 38 and she even enjoyed everything about it. But the Whats Shakin Bacon Burger is the best the chocolate milkshakes and the virgin stawberry Daquaris are awesome. It was worth every penny that was spent the whole time we were there. The waiters and watresses are very sweet and quick. keep up the good work guys!!!

Tried it 2x, loved it both times. I've been telling everyone they have the best quesadilla on the beach, and most have agreed. Third time, couldn't get waited on at all. To add insult to injury, a bus boy who was going way too fast and not paying attention to what he was doing, literally fell into me. He was going so fast he knocked himself on the floor. I don't know what he hit my lower back with, but I was in pain for a very, very long time. The manager NEVER once asked if I was OK or apologized for the incident. He was very indifferent about the whole thing. My (very large) husband confronted him about the incident, his attitude and the bad service. He still did not make the first effort to make things right, ask about my condition or apologize. I can't get anyone to answer the phones to see if I can possibly get the owners phone number. If you go, sit in a booth. The tables are way too dangerous.

I have been there several times and it is fantastic, great atmosphere, my only complaint is that late at night when you want to have a nice meal it is sometimes too loud. When there are alot of people there it is ok but when you only have a few tables the music can be overbaring. I absolutly love the satay and the mini burgers. And you must try the Cheeseburger in paradise frozen drink or there fabulous bloody mary's they are a meal in itself. They have a wonderful waitstaff there ask for Natasha or krissy and you will never have to worry about a thing they are the two that always seem to wait on me and I have never had a thing go wrong those girls are fabulous. all in all I give this place a 10 because no matter how loud it can get I still say it is something you should try at least once if you are here in myrtle beach.

We visited on a Saturday. They opened at 12:00 just as the sign stated. We had burgers and 1 strawberry milkshake. The food and shake were wonderful and we look forward to visiting again next year. The only thing that made the visit not the best experience was the entertainment( One lone singer with a guitar). It was way too loud, the music did not fit the theme of the restaurant nor was the singing that good and all-in-all made the whole experience much less enjoyable. Next year we will try to find out when the entertainment is not there or do take out.

This is our favorite place to eat in Myrtle Beach, great atmosphere. Not to mention the greatest fries in SC, burgers are great too. Try the onion strings and the wings were excellent. My teenage daughter fell in love with the hot waiter Jared! We will return.

They are listed as opening at 12:00. However, we have been there two other times and they did not open at the designated time. This time, they unlocked the door at 11:48. Two other men went in and were being waited on at the bar. My wife and I waited near the outer area, then we went to the barkeeper and asked her if we might be seated. Her response was "we are not open until 12:00!" This is our third and LAST time of attempting to eat there! I have no rating of the food since we have never been able to eat there. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We then went to Margaritaville and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the experience and the excellent service.
