Flavors are below average compared to other ice cream shops. Over priced ice cream and the staff is a bunch of teens that act like they rather not be at work.

I LOVE THE CALABASH CREAMERY! I am 9 years old and every time we go to Calabash, almost every night we go to the Calabash Creamery! I LOVE the ice cream and the service. My mom and dad like it, too. Once I invited my friend and she loved it too! Sometimes when the piano is working, I get a quarter and it plays! We always say hi to the cows, Scoop and Dip waiting outside. I always sit with my parents outside eating my ice cream outside on the rocking chairs enjoying the moment.

Our family was very happy to find this ice cream shop was open for business in the nmb area. they have very good ice cream and other frozen goodies. we enjoyed the player piano. The only comment that I would like to state was, I hope in the future that the management will continue high quality, fair priced ice cream, and would like to see some of the products have more chunks of goodies in certain flavors..Good job....

We go to Cherry Grove Beach every year and drive to Calabash to the Calabash Creamery for ice cream! It is the best! There is always a long line BUT it does move fast! Don't be alarmed to see the line around the interior of the building. Like I said, it does move pretty quickly! The service is always great and the ice cream is THE BEST! Very high quality. My husband is a Butter Pecan connisseur and LOVES it here! I love the Cowabash Crunch! Yum!

Love, Love, Love Calabash Creamery!!! Was introduced to the best ice cream EVER a few years ago..............I come to get the Banana pudding ice cream and it is the best!! Was only able to get there 3 times on our visit to North Myrtle last year, but I told my husband we are going every night this year! Will be there in August! Can't wait!

This place should be referred to as the walmart of Calabash Ice cream. The place seemed so out of touch with the laid back feeling of Calabash. This place was hustling and bustling with people and it was like a factory. Calabash creamery was built right down the road from the Back Porch Ice cream shoppe. That place is a mom and pop business and let me tell you, you walk in and you're welcomed like no other. I don't like Calabash creamery, if I wanted to eat sand I'd just go out to the beach. Back Porch ice cream shoppe is right across the street from Callahans, the Hot Fudge brownie sundae is one of the best deserts I've ever eaten and I'm a food critic.

Very Good Ice Cream. Quaint little spot in the town of Calabash, NC. Cute cow's out front and throughout for the kids to see. A wrap around porch to set on while you eat your ice cream. A number of homemade ice cream and desert choices. The price was very fair for how much ice cream you got and the overall experience. Being very honest my flavor "cookies and cream" was not the best version I have ever had, but it was probably in the top 5. Overall it was a nice spot and we will return sometime to eat there again.

Some of the best homemade ice cream that we have every had. My family of five that includes children ages 6, 4, and 2 were all excited about the flavor selection and have been asking to go back to the place with the cows. One of the best ice cream places in the area.

We have a condo in at Brunswick Plantation and get their 4-5 times a year. We rarely miss a night that we don't make it to the Creamery. Have tried most of the flavors. I don't believe you can find better ice cream in the area.

I absolutely LOVED this restauraunt!!! It was probably the best ice cream I have ever had!! The service was very nice, and all the workers were friendly. The atmosphere was great and they even had an old player piano, and if you inserted a quarter, it played a lively, ragtime melody! It was a little overpriced, but it was so sensational, it was worth the price. It was quiet, and it took us about a minute to find a seat. I definetly will come back the next time I visit Calabash.

Wife believes it is the best ice cream in the world. I am not ready to go that far, but it is a high second to my favorite here in Ohio. Great ice cream for sure. We stay in Ocean Isle Beach, NC and drive to and through Calabash often on our stays. We even drive out of our way to go to the Creamery! It is worth the trip. Limited on favors, but it is soooo good!

It was the best ice cream ever! I was there 2 years ago were staying in Ocean Isle, NC and we had done some driving around and been past there a few times. Our last day we went to sunset beach to look around and when we were leaving I said lets try the Calabash Creamery. There were 4 adults and 4 children and everyone really enjoyed it. The kids can watch them make homemade waffle cones!
