Again new ownership at the end of 2010. Good meal and very attentive service. If you are local, sign up for email alerts as they have plenty of things going on.

Cafe Italia has changed owners a few times in the past several years. The two new owners offer a very cozy ambience with excellent food (made to order), and paired with fine wine makes for an amazing dining experience! The service is timely and professional, with a friendly & outgoing staff. Deserts are a one-of-a-kind experience, featuring Sicilian family recipes. I highly recommend you give this restaurant another try...or a first one. You will NOT be disappointed!

My husband I discoverd Cafe Italia in April (2010). Being from an area that is majority Italian originally, my Italian food standards are extremely high. The main courses deliver every time. They are always hot and the portion sizes are generous to say the least. The owner (Jeff) stops by each table when he is there to chat with his guests. I would definately recommend Cafe Italia to anyone wanting a great Italian meal.

This place is now called cafe italia. I guess it is a bar now with dart games? Nothing to eat except for cheese sticks! A fire breathing bartender. The new owner JEFF has a bad attitude and treats his customers like he is bothered by them!! My money can be be spent in other places where it will be appreciated! The female bartender was helpful, kind and rather nice looking. I thought this was a restaurant when I entered only to learn it was a bar. This place is was dead and depressing. Not sure if I'll ever give it another try.

Now called "Cafe Italia". Don't know if it changed owners or what. Haven't been since it was Bella Napoli, but LOVED Bella Napoli. Mom and Pop feel, great food, good prices, good wine. Great location!

We ate there with some friends a few weeks ago and it is the best Italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach by far. From the outside it doesn't look like much, and I thought it was overpriced when first looking at the menu, but the freshness and quality of the food is incredible. Our server, I think his name was Harold, suggested my entree and wine and I loved every bite and drink. If you're lucky his daughter will stop by-too cute! Best tiramisu I've ever had. See ya in a few months.

We recently ate there with friends while on vacation. We've been to every "Italian" restaurant in Myrtle Beach over the last 15 years and this is the best by far. I was almost to the point of eating Chef Boyardee instead of some of the other places. Doesn't look like much from the outside and it's not in the best location, but the freshness and quality of the food is top notch. Our waiter suggested my entree and wine and everything was to die for. If you're lucky his daughter will be there-too cute! At first I thought the prices were a little high, but the hubby didn't complain. Best tiramisu I've ever had. See ya next year.

My wife and I have dined at Bella Napoli numerous times. Every time we've gone, the staff is efficient but friendly, in that 'I've known you forever comfortable ' way and we've found the food to be so good we've recommended it to all of our friends and neighbors. The other night, everybody came over to my house and, instead of pizza, we ordered Bella Napoli takeout. Some have judged it a little pricey- to them I can only say that at this little restaurant (unlike some others), at least you get what you pay for!.

Had a great meal at Bella Napoli last night. Our 3 diners had the chicken, veal & seafood (shrimp) specials. The quality of the food was very good. The waiter was friendly and prompt with service, however he could not make a simple wine recommendation. At the end of our meal, it was pretty clear that our waiter was trying to get us to leave, as we were the last diners in the restaurant. Overall, the food was of high quality and well-prepared. Would recommend.

I am a restaurant designer/supplier and find myself in about every restaurant along the coast of South Carolina, Bella is by far one of the best restaurants I have ever dined at. The entire experience is first class. Fine dining food in a casual atomosphere with average prices. It is one of the grand strand's best kept secrets.

This a small restuarant in a strip mall but is above average in service, food and customer service. Smoking is allowed in the bar area where the drinks are well made by a friendly bartender. Prices are moderate for all the food which is served. This is a neighborhood restuarant which should be a local favorite and tourist find.
