This place is under new management. the new owners are awesome!! They take a lot of pride in their work and it is well worth the trip to get there! we've eaten there twice. If you like authentic Maryland style crab cakes...that was our favorite. Plus the steam buckets (I think that is what they call them) are also fantastic.

I had a steamed platter and my wife had fried oysters and scallops. All were very fresh and perfectly prepared! Prices were very reasonable and the waitress and owner were extremely accomodating--particularly when I couldn't open my 2 of my steamed oysters. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back when I return to MB.

I was in the oyster two years ago and it was ok, but the changes the new people (family) has done is amazing. We were stayed in cherry grove but after stopping by we drove down there two more times. Everything was great. Crablegs were perfect.

My husband and I have a place right behind the Noizy Oyster and have seen the restaurant go through a lot of changes and right now it is the best it has ever been "Thanks to Kelley" the new owner. The crab cakes are wonderful and the crab pretzel is also great. You don't know what you're missing, please give them a try, you will not regret it.

NEW OWNER !!! We have been going to the Noizy Oyster for years. We are glad to see that somebody has taken over, that knows how to really run a seafood restaurant. We have a place nearby, that was the reason we went before. Now it's because we really want to, not just because it's convinent. The menu is great, the owner is from Maryland and she has items from there(crab cakes, crab pretzels). The have happy hours specials on their oysters, that are great. They also run different specials. The menu also has more than seafood, so there is something for everyone. GO VISIT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPOINTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am happy to say that my husband and I visited the Noisy Oyster in Feb. 2009. They had just reopened - remodeled, under new management, etc. We enjoyed ourselves to the FULLEST! We visited the N.O. 4 times in 3 days! The people, food, drinks, and atmosphere is wonderful! We wish the new family nothing but the BEST OF LUCK!!!

We are in MB visiting this Feb. 09, just stopped in at the Noizy Oyster to give it a shot, and it was fantastic! It's valentines day, and we were worried about getting a good meal without having to wait forever. We parked, walked in, and sat right down. Apparently the business has been taken over by new management, and the staff is working hard to please it's customers! They were very friendly, prompt, and courtious. I would highly recommend this restaurant/bar to anyone who is looking for a great meal and great service. We plan to eat there again before leaving town to head back home.

I don't know what the new owner is thinking by not serving oysters! Actually, they don't serve any food at all. (Is that legal?) It's a late, late night bar that's just filthy. Bartenders are nasty. What a waste of a wonderful place.

Please dont confuse this restaurant with the Noisy Oyster Seafood Restaurants that are in Charleston. There are three Noisy Oyster restaurants in the Charleston area.

The Noisy Oyster restaurants in Charleston serve the best oysters and fresh seafood thats why I always go back again and again everytime I am in Charleston,

My family I were there last year (2006) and it was marginal at best. We returned just last week and whatever you have done to improve things is working! the food was remarkable...kudos to the chef(s).

My family and I ate dinner there last year (2005) and intend to go back this year. The food was excellent. Service was tops. Plenty of food and not overpriced like some seafood places can be.
