Absolutely LOVE this place! Can't think of any other MB restaurant I would rather have lunch at. BBQ is incredible and the sides are all beyond good. I'm salivating just writing this review and crying as we have returned home and now I sit 750 miles away from BBQ nirvana...

I love to eat at Little Pigs! Robert has truly found the right recipe for good non-greasy BBQ. The souses are terrific too! The staff is always friendly and courteous. The prices are excellent for what they have to go through in the preparations. I would recommend this BBQ establishment to anyone...and do. You really get a good portion of meat--not fat-- when eating there. I personally like the BBQ plate with a combination of hot and mild souses. Robert has worked hard over the years to grow his business and of course it shows. Thanks Robert and I'll be seeing you soon.

We recently relocated from bbq country in N.C. to Myrtle Beach. Craving some good bbq I checked online and found this resturant. After reading the reviews we had to try it. Excellent!!! The food is sooo good! I tried the slaw as a side and my husband tasted it. He ended up eating a good portion of it and said it was excellent. This comes from a man who RARELY makes a comment about food unless its negative. Baked beans were very good and also the hushpuppies. BBQ was out of this world. Sweet tea for us Southerner's was awsome and won my heart again when they had fresh sliced lemon in a bowl beside the tea. Glad we tried this place and can't wait to go back!

This is one of my favorite places to eat! You can get your preferred sauce (mustard, red, vinegar, or hot) and the onion rings are to die for. They also serve a mean cheeseburger. The staff is really friendly and they recognize repeat offenders (I mean eaters). :-)

We're from Canada and had never tried bbq pork, honestly if not recommended by someone I would never have eaten there but it was SO GOOD, the meat was good, the sauce was good, the beans were amazing, and my sons ate cheeseburgers and they were excellent too! Super place we'll go back before we leave!!!

We used to live in M.B. but moved back to PA. Little Pigs has the best tasting BBQ We have ever had and the sides are great. We used to get it as take out once a week. Now when we vacation there we get take out to the condo for supper one night. Haven't had BBQ like that since moving back up north, can't find anything close up here.

Caters to all tastes because you can order BBQ with or without sauce and choice of four sauces...vinegar, mustard, mild or hot. Great food, many choices of sides, yummy hushpuppies w/honey butter and a local baker supplies nice variety of cakes for deserts. They usually have about four kinds like red velvet and Italian wedding. I particularly like the fast service and that you can see them chopping the BBQ most of the time you are there if you choose to eat in.

My wife's mother suggested a stop here and I was really anxious to try the BBQ. I was hesitant as my wife is really not a big fan of pork. We ordered the sandwich plate with two sides and tried all the sauces. It was simply one of the best meals I have had on the road---of any kind---not just BBQ. The beans and hushpuppies were outstanding, the coleslaw was great with its little touch of relish. You have to come here when in the MB area. My wife liked it so much we came back a second time AND took a pound back to Pennsylvania with us---for her Mom.

Just returned from MB and made a trip to Little Pigs. The pork was fantastic, juicy, smokey, lean, and of course plentiful. About the sauces, if i was not afraid of the stares I would have gulped them down by the cupful, all of them, mustard, hot ,mild, and possibly my favorite, vinegar. It's pretty no frills, but great barbeque places should be. Put this high on your list!!!

I go to school right down the road from Little Pigs and my friends and i go once a week and it never gets old. I've been living in Myrtle for 2 years now and I've tried many many places to eat as well as heard many recommendations from others and I must say, nothing is better than Little Pigs when it comes to great food for the College dollar. Sure the atmosphere isn't elegant but thats the point. They have a down to earth, southern country feel. You walk in and are greeted with the amazing smell of pork BBQ. Every time I go I get the Chop Plate and I play around with my different side choices because they are all so good. It's a local gem which I hope they never do anything to change. Bottom Line... If you want the best BBQ in all of Myrtle, you owe it to yourself to go to Little Pigs

MB has over 1500 restaurants, and we've tried a lot over the last 20 years and this place is still my favorite. If you like Pork BBQ, do yourself a favor and try it. We always take out a family pack with a half gallon of the best sweet tea in MB, slaw, beans, pack of rolls, big container of pork and add a side of onion rings. All for about $26. You pick your own homemade sauces and I like them all. Not a fancy place and I hope they never change a thing!!!!

Good food, convenient and consistent. It's my favorite style of Carolina Barbecue and I'm so glad they are right here in Myrtle Beach. I usually take out. The restaurant is kinda diner-ish with noisy TV, clamor from the kitchen and people waiting in line for their orders. Definitely a locals favorite spot and if you have a big clan visiting I recommend getting the big family style carry out.

The food here is average at best. The bar-b-q sandwich was dry so we added lots of sauce that had a bit too much vinegar in it. The baked beans were some of the best I've ever eaten. The onion rings were over cooked-brittle. My wife liked the potato salad and cole slaw. Had to ask for cups for drinks.

This is the WORST barbecue I have ever eaten! The meat is not flavored with anything but smoke, and is completely dried out! The sides are nothing special, but at least they are edible... To make matters worse, we spent $40 for a lunch for three people! Ridiculous prices for horrible food! I will stick to Prosser's in Murrells Inlet for any bbq I may want from now on...

I heard this was a good place. I just finished a meeting a ran over to the Lil Pig at Bypass and 62. I got there at 7 45PM. All day i was thinking about this place after seeing some of the commericals on the hotel info-channel. But they were closed. The posted hours where 8 pm. The people in there looked at me like i was nutz. If you close at 730pm then post it as 730. I was just so mad.

We ae "snow birds" from Canada and have been staying winters in Myrtle Beach for the last 4 years( Jan, Feb and March.) Our favorite place to eat is Little Pigs BBQ. For quality/quantity of food it's tops,. Grat flavor.. And the sides are terrific also. It is counter service and you place your order. When it is ready they call your number. Very polite and friendly. A family business that is no frills but a great place to eat.

We were craving BBQ while vacationing in Surfside Beach in Oct. We drove about 20 minutes to get there and, even though the restaurant looks like "nothing special", the BBQ is excellent! We ordered a 1/2 pound plate to share that was outstanding. The onion rings were some of the best we've ever had. The potato salad was good - wish we'd tried more sides but we were SO full! Our entire meal for 2 was less than $15! We tried all of the different sauces they had to offer and I loved them all. I mixed a couple of them together and was actually sorry when it was all gone! We're returning to the area next week but they're closed on Sunday, which is the only day we can go. I'm disappointed but we'll try another BBQ restaurant and see how it compares to Little Pigs! Great food!

We had a rough time finding a good BBQ especially being in the SOUTH! We finally found Three Little Pigs BBQ through the internet. When we first drove up we were concerned because it looked like a hole in the wall next to a gas station. We went ahead and tried it out and we are very glad we did! Very "down home" people......generous portions.....delicious food (not only the BBQ but the onion rings too). We will definitely will plan another visit before going home.

After hearing rave reviews, and reading about them being the #1 bbq place, and the awards, we tried them. It was the worst experience of our entire lives. If they were the last remaining restaurant on this earth, i'd never go there again. The staff was very very unfriendly. The food was tastless, and we were extremely uncomfortable there..

My family has eaten BBQ all over North, and South Carolina. Little pigs is by far the greatest. The sauces are fantastic. If you love BBQ you have got to stop and try it. You will not be disappointed. We will be going to Little Pigs every visit to Myrtle Beach. 06/08/08.

My husband and I went to Myrtle Beach for the weekend and wanted to have BBQ. I had read the reviews before going and they were all great. I have to say that they were all correct. I normally do not like pulled pork but theirs was excellent. I asked for the mild sauce on mine and it was so good that you could drink it. The potato salad tasted as good if not better than what I make at home. They give you so much food that I wasn't even able to eat half of it. The prices are also very low. I will without a doubt go back the next time we are in Myrtle Beach.

I have never been to Myrtle Beach in my life. I however recently went and I had the oppurtunity to visit this great place. The Bar-b-que was the best I have ever eaten, service was excellent as well as everything else. I would highly reccomend this place to everyone I know. I went twice more before returning home, what can i say I love the food. If you are ever in Myrtle Beach be sure to not only look up this place but take you and your family and have the best food ever.

Went to little pigs jan.2008 while visiting Myrtle beach. Its nothing to look at , just a little hole in the wall next to a gas station. No decor, just a walk up counter and some cheap tables and chairs. But they make a dynamite pulled pork BBQ. The meat is nice and moist and tender and not overly smoked. and they have 4 styles of homemade bbq sauce. The first is tomatoe based slightly sweet and vinegary and mildly spiced. The second is the same only hotterI'm guessing they added cayenne or something simular. the third is simular to the first only mustard based instead of tomatoe. The fourth is a simple spiced vinegar mop. I tried all 4 and they were all awesome and enhanced the meat with out overpowering it.They seve a very large portion on a lightly toasted hamburger bun with 2 sides for just over six dollars. They have a smaller version for around five dollars. Iliked the coleslaw and potatoe salad my wife liked the onion rings and hush puppies. The hush puppies were unique in that they were a little sweeter than those sold in other restaraunts in the area. they also came with honey butter to dip in. Quite delicious. My only disappointment was they dont do Ribs. But if you arelooking for a nice lunch or a lite diner I highly recomend this place. We ate there twice in our week long visit plus took a large container of pulled pork to go for later. Wish they were a little closer to home(Elmira NY) so I could eat there more often

I have seen Little Pig's for years, but had never visited. After reading the reviews on this site, I decided to give it a try. I certainly wasn't disappointed. The food was delicious. These reviews lived up to expecatation. My family and I will definitely visit Little Pig's again and again. Thank you for such a delightful meal.

3 adults; 3 kiddos (all under age 4)... we LOVED Little Pigs. This place is NOT fancy, which makes it even better, I think. The portions were large and the choices for children were tasty. We will definitely be back.

This is a great little BBQ joint. We got the family special which was a pound of pulled pork and some additional sides. The pulled pork was great. Enough to feed 5 adults and some 2-3 kids. Their sauces are all excellent. I love these hole-in-the-wall places that spend their time thinking about food and not so much about decoration. A must visit if you're looking for a authentic BBQ lunch.

Little Pigs has some good Q and the sauces are excellent and homemade. It mostly seems to cater to locals which is nice cause you dont have to deal with all the waiting and hub bub. Which strikes me as odd cause it sits right on the highway that leads to Broadway at the beach. And everybody is soo nice, Oh yeah and you can see them smoking the Q and choppin it for the sandwiches right in front of you. Just a nice little down home eatery for those that love the divine swine in a plain wrapper for a reasonable price.

We get our BBQ and slaw to go, but I'm giving them 5 stars across the board because, in my opinion, this is the BEST place for southern BBQ in the entire Myrtle Beach area.

The guys behind the counter are kind and courteous, too!

We'll keep coming back every now and again and picking up pounds of their great BBQ to go so we have something scrumptious to munch on at home.
