This is without a doubt one of the VERY best restaurants in South Carolina!!!! We live in Darlington, SC and have a house in Garden City, SC. We went to Crystallite just to try it out, because we had heard so many great things about it and we were not disappointed! We go every time were at the beach, at least 2 or 3 times each visit! The food is WONDERFUL, the waitresses, especially Keri & Kat, are FABULOUS, and Jill with GREAT! The desserts are out of this world, the Honey Almond Chicken Salad is my favorite and the HOMEMADE Biscuits and Sausage Gravy are my husband's favorite! I can't imagine anyone not having something positive to say about Crystallite Cafe, the food and especially the staff!!!!!

This is an excellent little café. The food is very good. The servers and owner are friendly. Have not had dinner there yet. My one complaint was that they refused to split a huge salad in the kitchen for my husband and me. We frequently eat at high-end restaurants in the area and Charleston and have never been refused to have a plate split in the kitchen. Paying extra for this is not an issue. They should offer to split a plate with a fee or just bring an extra plate for those who do not want to pay the split fee.

Live in Murrells Inlet ,the help is poor and left us sitting at our table without even taking our order after 15 min.of waiting and other customers being taken care of that walked in after us. We left. No excuse

My husband, daughter, and I eat here as often as possible. The food is absolutely delicious; homemade, well prepared and beautifully presented. The desserts are too die for; yummy, yummy. We recommend Crystalite to all friends and family who come to the beach for a visit. Best place to dine on the south end!!

You cannot receive a better value for your $. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and very efficient. The coffee is great with such a large selection. Keep up the good work. We come in there often when come to Surfside Beach.

Food and service are very good - but our main complaint is that the three times we have been there the restaurant ihas been freezing cold - we usually leave with icicles hanging off our noses and frozen fingers. If they would jack the heat up a bit we might consider returning, but its not fun eating if you are cold, so its unlikely we will go back.

I was impressed by the food selection and the desserts looked amazing. My veggie wrap was good but did not contain the promised mushrooms. The crowd is older females mostly with a few businessmen mixed in. The servers are exceptionally nice.

I love this place! We got there frequently and are never disappointed. The staff is so attentive and genuinely care that you're enjoying your food. Everything we've ever gotten to eat was amazing...from muffins to breakfast quesadilla! We will return again and again!

Best lunchtime cafe in the area! Quaint atmosphere, fresh ingredients, and a variety of items to choose from on the menu. I am a local and eat here for lunch frequently because I can get a healthy meal and great service. The honey almond chicken salad sandwich is the best! Also try the salad with feta cheese vinagrette dressing. Desserts are yummy also...chocolate chunk cookies and rocky road cake are my favorites!

My favorite place to go while I'm in town. Hands down the best food and coffee. Everything from muffins and pastries to soup and sandwiches. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's hard to get a seat, but so worth the wait!

BEST BET IN SUFSIDE, OR GARDEN CITY, ETC.!! SUPERIOR FOOD QUALITY, GREAT IMAGINATION AND PRESENTATION - PLUS THE WORLDS B E S T HOMEMADE MUFFINS (get them to grill them for you - trust me!!). Better than all this, is the SERVICE and how GREAT the people are!!! ALL LOCAL, and all seem to be excited to be there. Owned by sisters, Jill & Kelly, they are A-1! This a great little cafe that will not disappoint you! You can get anything from fresh pastries/muffins/cakes to made to order omlets for breakfast and for lunch all sandwichs and wraps are fresh and tasty. I have ordered several cookie and pastry trays from them and have never been let down. Full service coffee bar. You can't beat it.
