Had an amazing experience at this family owned & operated restaurant. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere and decor makes you feel like you're in Italy. My husband and I could tell by the smell that the food would be great. That was confirmed once the food was brought out. Absolutely delicious....one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The food is very authentic and prepared fresh from scratch. I will definitely be back with the family and would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves real Italian food.

Fantastic dinner! Really one of the best Italian meals I've ever had....better than what I had in Venice and Rome. ..not Florence though lol. Meat Cannelloni, Spinach Ravioli, and Crab/Gorgonzola stuffed tortellini amazing! Warm bread dipped in roasted red pepper and garlic oil. Best meal in all of Myrtle Beach in the 5 times I've been here. A must go! Oh, take your sunglasses at nigh because the lighting in the parking spaces adjacent to Kings Hwy is literally blinding! Lol.

This was such a wonderful treat to find. We went because they served gluten free pasta, but soon found out we were going to be having a fantastic meal. I've been to Italy a few times, and always am so disappointed with our "version" of Italian food once I'm back in the states. But the chef prepared such a wonderful meal for all of us, that I felt like I was back in Italy!! If you want a wonderful, authentic Italian meal then you must come here!!

As far as dining is concerned, one of the best kept secrets in Mrytle Beach is the Toscano Italian Bistro at 4209 North Kings Highway. The restaurant is kind of hidden away in a small plaza, but, a true dining experience you will not soon forget. The food was excellent and very well prepared. The level of service provided while dining is above and beyond most any place I have ever dined at. The atmosphere alone will convince you that you are dining at a five star restaurant. To compliment that, the staff is well versed on what the menu offers for your dining pleasure and the meals prepared are excellent. I have traveled a lot in my life time and have dined in some of what is considered to be the best restaurants in this country, but, once you have dined at Tuscano Italian Bistro, you will have experienced one of the best.

Excellent restaurant. Authentic Italian food. Best restaurant I visited my time in Myrtle Beach. I am very picky with my Italian food as I am Italian and this was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my selections.

This place is absolutely amazing from the beautiful decor to the delicious entrees. Italian food is my favorite and I have tried many, many Italian restaurants in order to compare to my favorite restaurant here at home. Toscana is the best thus far and ranks right up there with my local favorite. Will definitely be back.

If you want authentic Italian food, you need to try Toscana Italian Bistro. Coming from the Northeast, I searched and searched for a good Italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach and just couldn't find one that I would call excellent. Tonight I went to Toscana and I must say it is the best Italian food at the beach. Hands down. In fact, I loved it so much I decided to make a reservation for this upcoming Saturday...only this time I am taking some of my friends. The food was outstanding, the service was amazing (thanks to Bill) and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I guess the reason the food is so good is that the owner who is also the chef is right from Italy....and you can't get any better than that. So, I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is truly a place to try! You won't be sorry!

Please don't drive by and judge a book by its cover...apart from the fact that its tucked away in a small "strip mall" off of 43rd and 17 business there is nothing about this small italian restaurant that doesn't speak to its authenticity...incredible food, fresh, brilliant flavors, quiet atmosphere and owners that respect the art of dining and a staff that is professional..i will tell others and certainly dine there on a consistent basis from now on.....

Wow! We've found a new favorite restaurant! Handmade pasta and homemade sauces; no out-of-the-can stuff here! Slow cooked meats that literally fall apart when your fork touches them. Outstanding wait staff, friendly, fast and knowledgeable about menu items and wine recommendations. Love the decor. You can see into the immaculate kitchen and watch the chef prepare your meal. Cannot give a high enough score! OUTSTANDING!!

This was my family's first visit to Myrtle beach and when we travel we always look for places to eat that are different from our area and I must say Myrtle beach has many. But when looking for an italian restaurant we came upon Toscana Italian bistro, from the moment we entered we could tell this place was special. The waitress was awesome, the food was on the money the prices were decent. Atmosphere was great but the food was the star, the veal Bella Marie was fantastic!!! Even my children loved everything. The deserts were also on the money. The owner Is from Italy and you can tell he brought a little piece of Italy with him and I for one is glad he did. I wish him much success.

The food is amazing, went for lunch and dinner, had the pork osso buco its was really good, and i had the parpadella for lunch it was also very good, i was surprised by the prices because they were so cheap for how pretty the place was. and they included soup or salad so we left with to go bags. we finished the meal off with a mini cannoli and a latte best latte i have ever had it was so creamy! make sure you tell them to sweeten it for you they do it just right

We had lunch at this beautifully decorated restaurant. Romantic with understated elegance. We will go for dinner because we know it will be beautiful with the chandelier lighting, candles on the tables and lovely pendant lighting. True Italian food, which was excellent and the staff so friendly. A definite nice addition to the Myrtle Beach area.

The food and atmosphere here is just out of this world..when you walk in you dont feel like your in myrtle beach anymore and the smell of the kitchen fills the whole restaurant because its an open kitchen so its a nice show as well..the decor is beautiful, i have never seen anything like it, its so nice and bright.. most italian restaurants that you go to are very dark.my favorite dish is the tuna steak you can tell that its is quality tuna and thats hard to find in myrtle beach.
