I found it pretty hard to find real smoked bbq. A lot of good bbq but man I miss the wood and charcoal flavors after 24hrs. Not to many smoke for long periods mostly due to demand. I remember ribs I couldn't pick up from the tenderness having to pick it apart and pulled that even geriatrics could eat from the tenderness. Demand has all but destroyed real overnight smoking but man it was good. I hope to find such a place now that I moved here. So far no. But hey I'm still looking any suggestions. ref: 27185
