We recently discovered this place last year, 2011, when me and my friend decided to walk clear to the pier. We went inside because it was a 2 mile walk and got their "Dog Bowl" It's an actual dog bowl filled with one scoop of every ice cream! Plus bananas, brownies, cherries, whip cream, sprinkles, and fudge! It's only $20 and you keep the dog bowl! We love it and can't wait to go back this year! ref: 25166

We love walking down the beach to have lunch here! It's a good, family-style restaurant. I always get a hot dog, coke, and a strawberry milkshake. I've tried a lot of their different milkshakes and they are all excellent! Keep the family food coming! ref: 22780

Great ice cream and milk shakes. Lots of milk shake favors.
I tried the chocolate peanut and it was wonderful. Thick
and creamy. They have very cute kids meals.
It is owned by a local couple and they were always
there working very friendly. This will be a regular stop
for our family everytime we vacation in Surfside. ref: 17909

We had hot dogs, chocolate peanut milk shake and a funnel cake. Everthing was great. Very friendly and cute shop.
They have over 25 different milkshakes and we hope to go

The ice cream is delicious and the service is outstanding. Lots of eye-catching decorations - the train is great and the children (of all ages!) love it. The shop is very clean, and the owners specialize in southern hospitality. The specialty items cannot be beat - check out the children's lunch pail special for $5.00 and the dog bowl of ice cream with your choice of toppings. Kudos to Jim and Kathy! ref: 16133
