This is the very best Olive Garden that we have ever been to. I've been to many of them up and down the east coast, and by far this one is the best. We have always managed to have great wait staff, and have never been disappointed with anything we've ordered. We make it a point to visit several times while in town, whether for a light lunch, or a big dinner. It takes awhile to get a seat in the summer when everything is in season, but once seated the service is top notch. We come down all four seasons as we have a second home in the area, but no matter what the season, always taken care of well. You won't be disappointed.

My mom & I come here everytime we visit nmb. Food is excellent. I had the Seafood Alfredo & my mom had the Chicken Marsala both very good. Our waiters name was Jeremy, I would highly recommend him. Very personable. About 20 minutes before we left it got rather busy ( due to a large group right next to us ) & he apologized that it was so loud in the room.Rather impressive in my opinion! And the coffee here is amazing!!!!! Overall it was a very pleasant night. =)

We were in this restraunt on August 17th,2011 we had great service but we ordered two meals and the waitress brought us 4 salad plates knowing that we had ordered 2 meals. So when we got our bill they had charged us $3.35 per salad and my 3 year old does not eat that much salad and we had to pay $3.35 for hers too.. I think that the waitress should of told us that we were going to be charged this and not be surprised when we ge the final bill.. We visit our Olive Garden here in Jackson,Michigan where we live and we have never been charged that for the salad.. I think that should be changed for further issues like this....

On 7/29/11 my family of 5, after driving for 10 hours and unpacking, went to this Olive Garden for dinner. As part of our family tradition we have always had our first dinner in Myrtle Beach at this Olive Garden. We have been doing this for the past 7 years or so. However we are rethinking whether or not traditions are made to be broken. We were told we had to wait 60-90 minutes when we arrived, which was not the problem. We immediately noticed other parties of 5 that were going in to be seated after waiting only 15 minutes so we went and asked why. We were told they had called ahead and therefore were able to be seated ahead of us. We were not aware of this as I know of no other resturants that do not take reservations that allow this. Well we were finally called to be seated after 80 minutes of waiting only to be asked if we really needed 3 high chairs. We had told them when we first came in that we had 5 adults (all over 18) and would take first available seating. We had no idea where the 3 high chairs came from but it quickly became evident that that screwup was why we had been kept waiting as the host that seated us said "good, we could only come up with 2 and have been waiting for a third". Our server was the absolute worst. Her name is Sierra (spelling?) so avoid her if you can. She kept forgetting our orders, refills....an absolute mess! She had the personality of a stick. We were finally able to get out of there about 3 hours after we first arrived. Certainly made for a bad first impression on this trip to Myrtle Beach.

I have always found Olive Gardens across the country to be hit or miss... but this one is by far the best I have been to. The food was great and the service equally as good. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table but it was a saturday night in the summer. Overall really good dinner.

Came in and no problem being seated didn't like that they place you at the far back exit door and build from there but I'm sure we could have changed if we wanted they did offer booth/table. Food was great with fresh salada /bread. Pasta was hot when it arrived was excellent. Meatballs and sausage were cooked to perfection. Had a great server by the name of September friendly always smiling and looked at you when you talked to her. Wide variety on menu and we will go back

We eat at Olive Garden each time we visit NMB. It is my grandchildren's favorite place to eat. On our visit this past Friday night we had maybe our best waitress ever. I could not beleive my 10 year old Grandson ask for her name so he could ask for her on our next visit. Thanks Pat for a special night.

First off, I would like to start out by saying that the food was excellent as always; however, our server was not. I work in the hospitality industry and “Diane P.” is by far the worst server I have ever encountered. My associates and I eat there nearly every week. She was not attentive and downright rude at times. For example: my associates and I were commenting on how awesome the salad at your establishment is and her response to that was: “Oh, it’s not that great. You get sick of it if you have to look at it every day.” Now, my question is, why make that comment right before we are getting ready to eat that salad? And furthermore, why put down any food that you are serving to your customers? My second concern was that she nearly spilled soup on another one of my associates- she tried to pass it over another’s head and instead of saying excuse me and passing it to her in the proper manner, she nonchalantly says “Whoa!”. We went for 10-15 minutes without her even checking on us, and when she did she acted as if it was a bother to service us. Finally my associate had to ask another server to refill her drink, as it was apparent that Diane was distracted. I know that it is busy in there. But every time that we go in there it is relatively busy, and never once have we encountered the terrible service that we did today. In my opinion, if she hates her job at the Olive Garden so much as to provide the horrible service that she did today, she most definitely needs to get out of the hospitality business, and find a new profession. Maybe she would be better suited working at Dick’s Last Resort- as that is what her demeanor suggested. We will definitely patronize your restaurant again, but we will make sure to tell the hostess not to seat us where Diane P. is serving.

Our party called ahead as instructed when I tried to make reservations, we were still made to wait over 30 minutes. When I question why it was taking so long I was told we had already been seated. The services was terrible. The waiter was slow, and since this was my daughters birthday we expected a free desert for her instead the waiter threw some mints on her plates and said happy birthday. There was not special about the food. My pasta was tasteless, (I didn't think you could ruin pasta) My father in-law said his food was good as did my wife. My two daughters had my opinion. I have been to Olive Gardens all over the US and this was the first bad experience. I won't eat there again.

Went to Olive Garden on our last night of vacation in Myrtle Beach. It was awesome. The wait was less than 20 minutes on a busy Friday night and July 4th weekend to boot! The food was outstanding. The breadsticks are the best! And my family of 4 ate for less than 70 dollars. Wish we had gone to Olive Garden more often instead of those overrated and pricey "all you can eat seafood buffets". We will definitely return to this Olive Garden next year.

Went in Late and ordered Chicken Parm, I think chef wanted to get even with us for coming in so late, so he breaded up a Hockey Puck, put about a tsp of sauce on it and sent it out to the table. My buddy ate the hot sausage and linguini, it was black in color, looked like it was cooked the day before, and we almost mistook it for a German Shepard Log. There are alot of places to eat on the Northern Strand, and this is definately not one I will be returning to, especially after nine at night.

Tonight was not such an Olive Garden experience....not a good one & not at the North Myrtle Beach, SC Olive Garden.....we purposely order our appetizers first, before our dinner order so that we would not be rushed....well we gobbled up our soups & salad & then our appetizers arrived, I had one bite full & low & behold there is our dinner.....and imagine the waitress is annoyed with us...so we were rushed right through our meal.....had it boxed, they did not even ask if we wanted dessert......it was definitely an unenjoyable dinner for 4 with over a $100 bill. I would not eat at their again....

My Wife and I went here for an early supper today around 4:30pm. The Service provided by Tracy, was excellent. I didn't ever have to ask for a refill on my drink she automatically brought another to the table as my wife or I were getting low.

My wife had the Chicken Parm, with Fetucine Alfredo (as always), and she said it was excellent. I don't like the additional $1.95 for the Fettucine Alfredo with the Chicken Parm other restaurants we go to charge $1.00 and that is reasonable. This 1.95 upcharge is a little excessive in my opinion. I had a new menu item, Gnocchi with Chicken in a cream sauce. It was very good but the portion was a little small for the price.

The service at this location was better than the Olive Garden we usually go to on Walden Ave in Buffalo, the staff was also much nicer.

In Myrtle Beach for a week. Best dinner had at Olive Garden. Our waiter, B.J. was a fantastic young man, very attentive yet unobtrusive, genuinely friendly. Superb food served very quickly. Loved the concept of beeper disks to signal table ready. This restaurant has it down pat. Will visit again when in S.C. Thanks.
