As a local who loves Italian food, I've visited many Italian restaurants on The Grand Strand. Luigi's is a favorite. I dine there at least every other week and have not been disappointed once. Great ambiance & a friendly staff are mainstays. They often have a live musician performing standards softly in the background. Warm bread with a spiced olive oil are brought to your table while you wait for the main course. The homemade soups are outstanding, And while I'm a big fan of their lasagne, I also recommenced the seafood trio with risotto as well.

Luigi's has the best Italina food ever. The veal parm is out of this world. Bartek is the best waiter ever. He remembers what you drink even if you only visit the restraunt infrequiently. Can't wait to return.

After vacationing 14 days in MB and eating ok food, what an absolute delight when we found Luigi's! We took our 21 month old granddaughter with us, but she immediately started to act up when we were seated. Not wanting to ruin the other diners' evening we asked if we could put in a carryout order and proceeded to wait on the terrace. Almost immediately the owner came out to find out what was going on. Made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent! Wish we would have found this place at the beginning of out trip!

Just got back from a golf outing in Myrtle Beach. We went to Luigi's the last night. The rack of lamb was absolutely fantastic. The wait staff are attentive, the food is great, and the prices are good. We will be back again this summer and we will be eating here again

My wife and I moved to MB about 4 years ago and probably go out to restaurants 3 times per week. We have visited enough restayrants now to make recommendations for the best of each cuisine. Luigi's would have to be the best for Italian food we have found. The ingredients are fresh and you can taste the difference. The sauces are superb. Everything on menu has been delicious so you should never be dissapointed.

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for 20 plus years. Every year we try a different Italian Restaurant. Our first visit to Luigi's was 4 years ago and then each year after tried another one. We went back to Luigi's this year and I am happy to say I am officially done looking. What is the best way to sum up Luigi's.....IT JUST DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS.........The food is excellent, the price is very reasonable (even when we visit at the peak of summer travel) and the customer service is second to none. When in Myrtle Beach dont miss out on this gem.........

Went to Luigi's last night 9/6/11. When we walked in they asked if we had reservations, we didn't, but we were sat right away, (I guess you may need them on weekends and peak season). The place was full but not packed at 7:30pm. Our waitress (Ashley) was very prompt and attentive. Time for appetizers was good, We had the stuffed mushrooms, they are NOT your typical 'fried' or dried out 'store bought' kind, they were absolutely delicious, with the sauce and cheese, they were something else.My wife had one of the specials, Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp over noodles with a lite olive oil based sauce, I had the Veal Saltimbocca, I was absolutely Out of this world. We also had a bottle of Chianti. The total for our meal (bread and oil dip, appetizer, 2 entree's, bottle of wine) with tip was $80.80 this is what you would expect to pay for a very good meal in an upscale restaurant. Luigi's is not a typical tourist restaurant for Myrtle Beach that would serve pre-cooked and packaged food everything is prepared fresh, so don't be in a rush. It was a bit noisy, but that was from the large parties of folks talking over each other and not from the wait staff or kitchen.

We have visited this restaurant on a previous visit to MB. We brought our entire family this time and we have to say it was outstanding service, and the food was excellent. Very nice place to dine while in Myrtle Beach. We will be back and bring our friends as well.

All around, this was a pretty good dinner. Service was good and the restaurant was not too crowded on a Sunday at 5pm. Portions were very generous and food was quickly served. I would repeat.

My boyfriend and I went to Luigi's just a few hours ago for our anniversary dinner and this was by far the best restaurant I have ever been to. The food was incredible! I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and my boyfriend got chicken parmeseana. Their sauces are made in the restaurant from scratch and that alfredo sauce was absolutely delicious. Our server, Ashley, was impeccable! She was so sweet and attentive and took wonderful care of us. She even went and got us samples of the soup du jour when we were unsure if we wanted to order it (it was called Italian Wedding Soup and it was absolutely delectable!). It was a little on the expensive side, but for the food you get it was definitely worth it! Only, be forewarned the root beer is $5.90 per glass. The overall atmosphere was great. It was quiet and romantic and the artwork was beautiful! Everyone we talked to that worked there was extremely nice and always smiling. We are definitely going to make it a point to come back to Luigi's every time we come to Myrtle Beach and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for some Italian food!!

I had a yearning for Shrimp parmigana and a google search found us Luigi's at 61st Ave. north, so we decided to try it. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted by a very nice young waiter who was very attentive to our needs. The menu was extensive and we were told everything was cooked fresh to order. Everything was excellent. Four of us all thoroughly enjoyed our appetizer and dinners and the shrimp were the biggest I have had at any restaurant anywhere! This will definitely be a permanent dinner stop on all future trips to Myrtle Beach!
