this was by far the best bagel store in north myrtle beach. The last time I was there, the place was empty. Did they move?????

Sad to say but it looks like they're closed for business. We've enjoyed going here every year on our Labor Day trip. The sign is still up but there's nothing inside. I only hope they relocated.

I'm from Brooklyn, NY. I'd rather eat a bagel from Big Apple Bagels than a bagel from this place. The prices were also very expensive for what you get. Don't bother.

The service is horrible..the bagels are average but the atmosphere is negative and they ran out of bagels early on a weekend. Just not good and will not go back.

Very bad attitude from the owners...very bad service...food is just okay but not worth the aggrevation of the attitude you get...they rolled their eyes at me when I asked for a knife to spread my cream cheese...loyal customer for years but lately RUDE is the word at Goldbergs.....

Rude and poor service...bagels just okay..not worth the trip..beware of rude owner...rolling of her eyes to me when I asked for a knife for my food...i was a faithful customer of theirs for years and now they are getting tired of running the business...so it is showing...bigtime...rude!.

Found the food to be good, but the service to be poor both times I've been there. The last time we came in 20 minutes before it closed, and got a we close in 20 minutes so you can't eat it here unless you hurry. We won't go back.

We frequent Goldberg's during our monthly trips to MB. They offer good bagels and are convenient. The only complaint we have is Ms Thoma's attitiude at times- usually when she is in the store by herself - you can tell when she's stressed as she comes across very surly and short to customers. They would do better having a friendly person behind the counter at all times.

Goldberg's has gotten in the business of selling mini-bagels. The only problem is he is charging full price for the minis! When I say full price I mean with tax over $12 for 14 bagels. That said they are the best bagels I have found in MB. Not saying much since Wal-Mart is second. Java Joes was more expensive and the bagels stunk.

I am a southern girl...who LOVES the bagels and sandwiches up north! There is just something about it that we can't get right down here...until...GOLDBERG'S! It is the only place I have ever found that makes you feel like you are eating in a real NY deli..and deffinately the only place that tastes like it. If you are from NY..NJ...PA or anywhere that far north and you feel homesick for real northern food and personality...come to Goldberg's!! If you are born and bred southern...you gotta try this place...you don't know what we have been missing!

I LOVE this place! The atmosphere, food, & personal at Goldberg's is simply short of perfection. It is the BEST and locals favorite Deli in North Myrtle Beach. The guys that work at Goldbergs are top of the line and KNOW how to make awesome Bagels and Bagel Sandwiches. I stronlgly encourage dropping by on your way to work in a.m. and I promise you will leave with a smile on your face and a satisfied belly!!

I would only go here for the bagels which were good. Lunch was nothing special--was charged for a side which I did not order. Also, be sure to count your change.

This place has great food but the owner is pretty surly. If you come in wearing a fireman or cops uniform he speaks right away to you and smiles, otherwise forget it. He makes you feel like your not wanted. His wife is just the opposite. Great bagels!.

Love this place. Real NY bagels! I miss NYC; but Goldberg's Everything bagels make me feel like I am right back there. It is the best hangover food ever! They also have amazing egg salad. Everyone is very helpful and friendly too.

What a wonderful place with personable owners. Not only is the food great, breakfast or lunch, but the owners are genuine people that give back to the NMB community in volunteer work and donations. They have a great sense of NY in the deli.

I took the word of the reviewers on this site, and we had a great lunch at Goldberg's, and then a great breakfast the next morning with the terrific bagels. When you don't live in NY, you know good bagels that aren't made into a danish puff pastry are hard to find - THESE were the real thing! We had sandwiches and two of us were blessed with ruebens that were to die for! Great food, great prices; we'll be back next year!

Their cheese bagels are the best I've ever had and that includes in New York City. We own a condo in North Myrtle Beach and never miss a chance to eat at Goldberg's. The food is excellent. The service is ok. The guys definitely are friendly to those they know but not as much to "tourists" or unfamiliar guests. I still highly recommend it.

Food and service are always Excellent. Philly Cheese Steak is the best on the beach. White Fish Salad is the best salad this side of Brooklyn. Has homemade dill pickles. Mike and crew do a great job. Highly recommend.

I stumbled on this place by accident, but I must tell you, it was the best little deli I've ever been to. The guys there give excellent customer service and the food is outstanding. I was told when I ordered the Philly that it would be the best Philly I'd ever had. ... It was! I took my husband there several days later and now he raves over this place. (he was born in NY, and it reminds him of home) You have to check this place out, sandwiches, deserts, and fresh cuts of meats are served here. There is even a bagel veiwing area! Too cool!

Great New York deli located on Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach. The Bagels are always fresh and the food delicious. They greet you at the door as if they have known you forever.
