I always love eating at Crabby Mikes when I come to Myrtle Beach SC. Our server, Brittany was one of the best servers we've ever had. We loved her personality. She anticipated our needs before we had a chance to ask for anything. Brittany made our dinning experience an exceptional experience.
In addition I'd like to give a kudos to Paul. He greeted us at the door when we came in, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable, and he had us laughing before we got to the table. And when we left he made a point of coming over to make sure our dinning experience was a great one.
Kudos to both Brittany and Paul, and to Crabby Mikes for employing such fabulous wait staff. ref: 28244

My adult son (he's 24) and I visited Crabby Mike's for our second time (on April 12, 2016) and had the pleasure of having Stephanie as our waitress. Stephanie is, by far, above and beyond most wait staff. She was excellent in anticipating -- before we even knew to ask her -- what we would need on our table, never missed a beat emptying and emptying our shell bowl from the crab legs, was always pleasant and professional. My son and I live in Florence, SC, and plan on making Crabby Mike's a monthly treat for ourselves. From now on, however, I will call ahead and ask if Stephanie is working and once we get there, we'll request to be seated in her section. She was SIMPLY WONDERFUL! What a great experience! Also, they were busy the day we were there, and I was very impressed to see the Manager, Lyle, taking the hokie to the carpet to ensure the guests could continue to dine in a clean restaurant. My son and I were there for 2 hours. The buffet has 120 items, and we had $3 off coupons from the internet, making each of our meals $27.99, so it was definitely worth every penny! We would like to commend our server, Mike. (May, 2014). He kept our crab leg shells removed from our table and kept us supplied with clean plates and fresh tea. We didn't have to ask him for anything. When we go camping at Myrtle Beach State Park every year, we always eat at Crabby Mike's, but this was the first time that Mike had been our server. He was by far the best server we've had. ref: 27605

Great food, great service - and let's face it, most everyone goes to seafood places for crab legs - and they keep them coming at Crabby Mike's! Very little waiting time. The buffet has something for everyone - even if you're not a seafood lover! The buffet is also kept filled and clean, with a zillion choices. We are blessed to live within a 2 hour drive - so we will be going back very soon! ref: 27294

I agree with the other reviews. The food and service is very good. The best seafood buffet and I have tried all the big ones around. Much better than anything in Calabash so DON'T waste a trip up there! Pricey but that's to be expected. At least you don't leave disappointed. I've been going to MB all my life and this is one of the better seafood restaraunts along with several in Murrels Inlet! ref: 27247

Great food and awesome waitress. we order the buffet. fried oyster taste great. it wasnot salty or too much batter. Crablegs was wonderful. not over cooked or salty. I would tell anyone to go there for wonderful food. the dj is cool playing music and he gets out there and dance in front of the restaurant and anybody can join in. kids were hulo hoop. everything was wonderful. ref: 26985

We became great fans of Crabby Mike's years ago when they first opened. We were astounded at the variety on their bar; the best part was the crab legs, cut everything we tried tasted very good. They make sure to keep the crab legs coming--their pans NEVER run out. And the crab legs are ALWAYS deliscious! We're now retired and have the opportunity to come and go as we please. We live in Asheville, NC, and often get an urge for crab legs. We'll jump in our car just as we are, drive about 300 miles to Surfside, go to Crabby Mike's to eat crab legs to our heart's content, spend the night in a motel, and come home early the next morning. Our retirement would not be nearly as enjoyable if we were not within a day's driving distance to Crabby Mike's. The service has always been good; the crab legs are always exceptional; the personnel is always friendly and very efficient. The price is a little on the high side, but it's worth it to us. ref: 26701

If you want the best seafood in the Myrtle Beach area... then go to Crabby Mike's! The crab legs are the best ever... their crab legs are "premium quality" because they are generously filled with delicious crab meat. They are also steamed to perfection and the kitchen keeps only fresh ones on the buffet bar. Their salad bar is great... but their lengthy seafood menu on the buffet bar is simply wonderful.... every type of seafood you would want and cooked to perfection. Their prime rib is just about the best we've ever had... a generous portion is available on the buffet and it is cooked to perfection... very delectable and seasoned properly. They also have several types of chicken and BBQ ribs available.
Desserts are great ...if you still have room to enjoy them!
Service is excellent and the servers are dedicated to keeping your drink glasses filled and plenty of fresh plates at your table for the buffet.
Just try to get there between 4-4:30pm or you will likely have to wait in line. But, the wait is well worth it! There are also discount coupons available in the many Myrtle Beach area promotion booklets.

Total of nine of us met at Crabby Mikes for dinner on 2/19. Food (buffet) was great and the waiter was best I have seen. Plates were waiting on you, and drinks were kept filled. Could not have found a better place for friends to meet for dinner. ref: 26476
