Just fantastic! The first time I had been at this establishment was in 2008, and I fell in love... Soon after it was sold and the ENTIRE place was turned into a BAR. I was heartbroken. Tonight, my daughter and I went in, had Chicken Parm and Meatballs too. IT IS SO nice to have this little spot back again. I have been looking for SO LONG, for a replacement for your place, and NOW, ITS BACK!!!! Thank you for the fantastic food!

We have been to this restaurant three time in the last few weeks, since the new ownership took over, and the food is some of the best Italian food we have ever had, and I'm originally from New York City, so I know Italian food. The atmosphere is suprisingly nice and comfortable, despite being located in a strip plaza. Prices are very reasonable. Best fried Calamari in the Grand Strand, hands down. The owners, Tami and Terri, seem to treat everyone who comes in like family. We are warmly greated each time we visit, and highly reccomend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food, good service, home made desserts, and cold salads with cold salad forks. Now that's not found anywhere!! Go and enjoy, it's a great place.

My wife and I visited Cafe Italia just before Christmas and I have to say that the food and service was excellent. We also tried several italian wines during our dinner service and their selection was top notch. The waiter informed us that most of their Italian wines were from small producers in Italy which peeked our curiosity. If you're looking for Old World Italian wines then Cafe Italia doesn't disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and wine and will make it a regular dining experience throughout 2011.

We had dinner and a glass of wine there last night, and I have to say the service & food were absolutely fabulous! Never mind the surprisingly beautiful atmosphere & ambience you get when you walk inside. It was a great overall experience, and we will definitely go back for another delicious meal. The chef, Chuck, really does outstanding work on the menu and presentation.
