Enjoyed eating here last summer. Was looking forward to a birthday meal this summer only to find it closed :( Very disappointed. Was looking forward to deep dish pizza and chocolate chip cookie sundae.

My family and I came in for Snack hour and were quickly seated. Our server, Cassie, was excellent. She took our order promptly, and brought our food very quickly. It was all delicious and for a great price. Our server came back every few minutes to see if we needed anything else. It was definitely service with a smile and we will be back whenever we are visiting Myrtle Beach. We really enjoy Uno's at Broadway at the beach.

Me and my fiance visited for a pizza and couple beers and could not believe the disorder at the bar where we sat. As we sat, the one bartender recognized that we sat and quickly told us it would be about 5 min before she could get us a beer! Thats ok, it was quite busy at the time. After a couple minutes the second bartender showed up and got our drinks. Nice guy, was very pleasant all night. But the restaurant itself seemed to be in chaos. The manager just kept walking around like he had nothing to do meanwhile the staff are running around as if they're heads were cut off! Not saying I wouldn't go back, but this place needs some direction.

The pizza here is heavenly. The deep dish has a nice and thick crust. The crust is crispy and flaky. If u say the pizza isnt chicago style IT IS!!! Deep dish is differnt than pan pizza. Even though it might turn into the next Chuckee Cheese it is still good pizza

It was 5:30 on a Monday night, and we had no trouble being seated, except that the greeter wanted to sit my family including 4 and 6 year olds in the bar on a high table. There were plenty of open tables, so we had no trouble directing him to a more appropriate section. This should have been a warning. Our server was Carol. She arrived promptly and took our drink order, even offering a lemon for my wife's water. We ordered an appetizer of shrimp and crab dip, the kids got the kiddie pizzas, and the adults ordered a 4-cheese pizza to split, and, yes, the lemon. The drinks were right out, sans lemon, then 20 minutes passed before we saw anyone again. The next time we were waited on, the kids' pizzas had arrived. We asked about the appetizer, and off this fellow trotted to fetch Carol. She came by to explain that their practice is to put the kids' orders in first, so their meals arrived before the appetizer, which takes a long time to prepare. So there we sat, kids with dinner before the appetizer. 10 minutes later, the dip arrives, and it was good, followed shortly by the lemon (I had to laugh at that!). Finally, the adults' pizza. I pick up a piece and it flops right over. The crust in the middle was nearly raw, barely edible, and certainly not up to snuff. Of course, the kids were finished by then. The manager took back the pizza and took it off our bill. He offerred to make us a new one, but come on, we didn't have another 20 minutes to wait, at least the kids didn't have it in them- and they shouldn't have to. He should have comped us the crappy pizza, and probably the appetizer too, but didn't. Anyway, they clearly do not have their act together, from the service to the food to the management, and it's a shame. We liked UNO's before it went out of business around Lexington, KY. But if our experience at Broadway at the Beach is typical, this chain can't survive long.

Me & My aunt went to this restaurant one day before going to the cinema. First, I ordered a smoothie. Whenever i had got the smoothie, the whipped cream had completely been melted. But, the taste of it was exceptional. One of the best smoothies I've ever had. Then, I ordered my personal pizza. The pizza was okay. Very filling. I could only finish 1/3 of it. I thought this was a pizza place? why was the smoothie better than the pizza?

I don't see how the people can rate the pizza high here. They must have not had the pizza. The deep pan pizza they serve there is definitely not any Chicago Style Pizza I have ever had in Chicago. The pizza was small, lukewarm and way overpriced for the size of it. The pizza crust tasted more like it was made from bisquick. There was hardly any cheese on it as well. They need to go back to Chicago and learn how to make it. I would say order anything besides the pizza. My daughter had the chicken thumbs platter. She thought it was good, and I even thought it was good.. I'd say stay away from the pizza. Also I think $2.69 for a sweet tea is kind of steep.

My family and I stopped by here for lunch (Aug 08) and found - staff to be either sleeping or just walking around in circles - and it was not busy either. We had to wait to get seated 10 mins - then another 10 mins before we got the menu - we had to ask if someone could take our order after waiting another 15 mins - then again wait for the food another 20 mins - had the kids not been with us we would have left - quality of food was very poor - we did tell our waiter how we felt with the service and food - he pretty much stood there with a blank look then made a feeble apology!

I take my two young children here for lunch all the time during the week and it's always enjoyable for us. The service staff is really responsive and pleasant and the food is great.

The restaurant is always very clean, including the bathrooms. I, almost always, get a greeting from a manager. Overall, I'm really pleased and will continue to go to this restaurant.

My husband and I just recently ate at UNOs, and we had an amazing experience. There were two servers there, Michele and Ash, and they made our dining experience wonderful. They were so friendly and knew alot about the area. I order the Chicken Portabella Penne and my husband had the Quesadilla. Both were outstanding. We order both with special instructions and they came out perfect. Can't wait to go back to UNOs, and we'll make sure one of those girls are working!

This restaurant is pretty cool because my kids can make their own pizzas so they want to go there often.

If they could have more magic days for my kids that would be great!

Also, if they could make it a little bit quieter, that would be great, too.

Went here for lunch last week.

No one in the place to seat us, so we sat ourselves. Saw a few people eating. Five minutes passed and still no one around.

We did enjoy the air conditioning since it was 90 outside.

Left to eat somewhere else.

How do they expect to run a restaurant with no help?
