when we travel to Myrtle Beach we head to Uncle John's Restaurant for breakfast every morning. The breakfast bar looks small but quality is excellent. Eggs to order and the have the best bacon I've ever tasted! The owners seem to be there all day and supervise a friendly and efficient staff. Consistently a great meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. ref: 26546

Terrible experience. Took 33 min to get two eggs and toast. Watched four tables send back food. Will never be back. Bad service, average food. ref: 26251

I am a local and have been eating at this establishment for quite some time. I absolutely love the food and wait staff. I too have friends and family that enjoy Uncle Johns. Best breakfst restaurant Ive visited in Myrtle Beach and lunch is awesome! ref: 25757

We love going to Uncle John's for a great breakfast. Only complaint I have is I always forget to buy some of that great sea salt hand cleaner before I leave to go back home. Darn ref: 24795

This was our second visit to Uncle Johns for breakfast. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are in someones home. Great service, friendly people, and most of all, one of the best breakfasts on the Grand Strand. It's a little out of the way, but worth finding. We will be back next year. ref: 22746

We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 23 years. We found Uncle John's the first year we were there and loved it. It is part of our yearly tradition and it wouldn't be a vacation without going to Uncle John's. The food is great and is a great value. ref: 22504

We ate there last November 2010 and we found the food good. A good choice on the breakfast bar and the service was good. We didn't eat there today 4-23-11 because we wanted to try another restaurant. What a mistake which we won't make next time we come to Myrtle Beach. We will eat at Uncle Johns (and not across the street) ref: 22445

My parents stayed at the Dayton House for years, which is right across the street. A short walk to the best breakfast place in town! It is reasonable with good service and good food. Servers are highly attentive and want to please. The breakfast buffet is awesome with very fresh fruits and melons and everything you need for waking up at the beach! ref: 21995

Just a perfect place to eat breakfast. Great menu and prices. Never wait for a seat and server is at the table for your order before you even have a chance to look at menu. Lots of locals go here, so you know you are getting good food. Little off beaten path, but worth finding. ref: 21273

First visit to MB and Uncle John's. Food was good. Was overcharged for a side, and the waitress wouldn't change the bill. We paid it anyway to avoid a scene. Will not dine here again. ref: 20108

My family stays at Dayton House each spring. We walk over to Uncle John's for breakfast at least twice during our stay. We have never been disappointed in the quality of food or the speed of service, and find it to be a good value. We will continue to visit for the foreseeable future. ref: 18402

This was our 1st visit to M.Beach and we found this terrific restaurant only 2 blocks from our hotel We used a discount coupon and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Food was exceptional, service impeccable. It is a clean and attractive place. Uncle John's now has 4 new fans from New England! ref: 17597
