Has a really cute name but, thats it. We waited and waited for someone to come and help us. The server walked out with our basket of biscuits under her arm!!! I was there with locals and they say they are better then that visit. Will see if I go back next month. Hope it's better.

We went in this establishment on morning for breakfast and I guess because we weren't locals, they didn't need or want our business! We had to seat ourselves and we were never waited on!. Lots of locals came in (they had to be, the folks at the restaurant knew them by name) and were IMMEDIATELY waited on! We might as well have been sitting in the ocean waiting... I'll never go back there again! I hope you have better luck!!!

I have been going to the Biscuit Shack since I was a little girl, my grandpa lived there and we ate there almost every morning. I always thought so much of Boots and John and how they get to know the customers personally. Since the passing of my grandpa I have been back a couple times and they were wonderful. The food is wonderful and the locals make it fun. My family is planning a trip a couple weeks down there and this will be the only place we eat breakfast!

They don't have restaurants like this anymore, unfortunately. Good food, great price and nice waitresses. The place has atmosphere but the down-home type. If you are looking for fancy this not the place but if you are looking for a great dinner and served by nice people this is the place. Their meatloaf was the best I have every had.

The food is great. Sausage and Cheese omlett is unbeatable. They have a grits bowl called TRASH. Try it, you will be surprised with how good it is. Seating can be an issue due to the popularity of the Biscuit Shack. When you come in stand in line and wait for a table to open. When you see it grab it dirty or not. Service does leave a lot to be desired, even for regulars. But the personalities of the waitresses usually makes up for the slowness.

AMEN to the posted review about the condiments and the overall cleanliness!!! Food, service and quality is good but you wonder about the overall cleanliness, aside from the grade.

Food quality and service was good. Should pay more attention to the cleanliness of condiment containers and request for a teaspoon, with order of tea.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat anywhere. Outstanding food and a tremendous value. I eat there at least two or three times during each trip to the beach.

My family, friends and I have been going to the Biscuit Shack for many years. It's a tradition to always end our trip to North Myrtle Beach there for breakfast on the way out of town. The food has always been great. Boots, John and their staff have always been friendly. We'll be making one of our annual treks there next week and I'm sure we'll all Love it again. Thanks for helping to make our vacations special!

We normally go to the Biscuit Shack a couple of times a year when we are on vacation. I am not terribly fond of the food or service there but by comparison to other breakfast places around the area it is one of the better ones. I do think that the servers need to wear more than a tank top, shorts, and flip flops while serving food. Is there no health code around the area??? If you go, and I will again, I would recommend the waffles. They taste homemade so that is a definate plus for the Biscuit Shack!

The Biscuit Shack had good food and Boots the owner had a very loud and foul mouth the morning we were there. A waitress had allowed a man to enter without a shirt and boots hit the ceiling!"They'll take my f-----g licenses" she told the waitress! Actually my family still goes on about "Boots" the owner! Great food and prices also at lunch! Thanks again Boots!

We just had breakfast at Biscuit Shack, which was as "home-town" as it gets. Had pancakes and eggs and grits and homemade biscuits, all of which were great. Met and talked with life-time locals while there; one a tobacco buyer and one a real estate developer who has watched, and been part of, this area's changes for decades. Very quaint locals' restaurant. We highly recommend it for its local flavor.
