Review: They asked if I wanted onions on my steak, said yes but did not get them. They also forgot one of our side dishes.Was not busy but felt like they were trying to rush us out.

Review: There was about 12 people from a search team(Cue Center) that came in 1/30/2011 at about 8:10 for my Grandaughter(Brittanee Drexel).And i want to Thank you so much for the discount and the fine service that you provide.Every thing was excellent.

Review: on friday oct 15,2010 my sister her husband and i came to the garden city roadhouse for earlybird dinner,we ordered food was average with generous perportions when we left i accidentialy left my wallett on the table we got 2 blocks from the store turned around and went straight back,i ask the girl at front desk if anyone had turned in a red wallett she looked at me and all around her station sd no then she annouced over the intercom has anyone seen a red wallett so she stood the a minute and said no mam no was has turned it in so i ask if i could go look at the table where i was sitting there was aparty of 6 already sitting there so i talked to michael smith he went over and disrupted the ppl sitting there bye looking under the table trust me it was a heavy wallett wouldnt have been in the floor unless someone put it there then he said are you sure it isnt at home dont insult my intelligence i was far from home on vacation he just had a dont care attitude called back several times to see if anyone found it what about the busboys he had to see it ,mgr went on to tell me how trustworthy they were well i find that hard to believe i dont they will post my comment i feel like we should be offered something considering we were only gone 5 minites i will never return to this particular roadhouse

Review: The food was terrific and so was the service --- however...... we were asked if we'd like anything on our potatoes - and they never mention an additional price) so we said ok and when we got the bill, they charged us and additional.....
$1.95 for onions on a steaks (times 2),
$1.19 for a tablespoon of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese
on the baked pot's (times 2).
.50 for bacon bits (times 2) and
$1.19 for 9 tiny marshmallows on the sweet pot's (times 2). so....
that was an extra $10.16 for a few toppings!!!!! Are they crazy or are we? Wow - they don't need a gun!.

Review: To Whom it May Concern,
My name is David Lackey and on Sunday September 6, 2009 I called your restaurant to request call ahead seating. I called at approximatey 12 noon and requested a 7:30 call ahead. I was given a conformation number of 201. My wife and I arrived at approximately 7:25 and were told that they had no record of our call. At this time I spoke with the on duty manger, Mr. Steve Cook. After hearing our story Mr. Cook immediately seated my wife anf myself. Mr. Cook was appologetic and made sure that we were happy with our situation. Rest assured we were. The meal was excellent and we look forward to comimg back again. I must say that Mr. Cook turned a potentially bad experience into a very good one. To be fair to the restuarant, Mr. Cook, said that usually call ahead seating is only for approximately 30 minutes prior to arrivals. Mr. Cook could have left the situation as it was but choose to seat us. Mr. Cook is an asset to the company and my wife and I just want to thank him for his professionalism. Thanks again,

Review: Great service the staff was wonderful so was the food. Lett made the dining experience truly wonderful. The homemade hot rolls ,tender sweet potatoes fresh salads fabulous steaks is what you expect to find in south carolina. Drink refills nothing was too much for lett and we were a large family. Well managed professional staff a great team.

Review: My family went to the Texas Roadhouse in Garden City,SC on March 15, 2008. We were there around 10:00pm. We did not have to wait to be seated. They set us at table 335/1, server Sarah. Our waitress took our drink order and my son which is 22 asked for a mixed drink and she asked for his ID which is great.When he tried to pick at her,she didn't have a sense of humur I guess. I mean I was there and I didn't see anything out of the way that he responded to her. When she returned I asked for a drink and when she came back I was picking at her and asked if she wanted to see my ID, her reply was if I look at yours maybe then I could tell if his ID is real. She brought us the salad which the dressing was more water than dressing. Our steaks came and they were ok but nothing to brag about. My husband's loaded potato was like it had been cooked all day. Everytime the waitress would come back to the table she had an attitude. Why I don't know. The meal was not worth $96.00 for four people to eat. This is not the first time we have eaten there. The other times were very good. Maybe it was just a bad night. Or maybe the waitress was having a bad night. I thought you would like to know.

Review: Everything is great at your steakhouses. My wife and I enjoy Friday nights at TR after working hard all week!!! It does get loud at our TR here in Fort Collins, but sometimes that's part of the atmosphere we enjoy.

Review: All I have to say is My ribeye steak was AWESOME!!!! everyone in our party(there was 6 of us) had high quality excellent tasting steaks especially for the price. The only problem is, don't waste your time with phone ahead seating, we still waited for 35 minutes after we called ahead. Waitress was new and very delightful.

Review: We visited Texas Roadhouse on April 11, 2007 and it was so good, we returned on April 12, 2007. Husband had 12 oz. ribeye with baked potato and salad. I had 8 oz. filet mignon, baked potato and salad. Steaks were cooked to perfection and some of the best we have ever had. Our waitress was excellent and most attentive. It is a little noisy in this restaurant but that's the atmosphere. We also had a bucket of 6 beers. The bill was only $41 and change. Excellent value and excellent food and excellent service. Went back next night and only got 10 oz. ribeye and 6 oz. filet because we were so stuffed the night before. Skipped the baked potato and got vegetables. Waitress was not as good as night before but it was busy. Love this place and will definitely be back whenever in town. Go before 5 PM or a little after and the wait is only 10 minutes.

Review: We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 5 years now. And Texas Roadhouse is our Favorite Restaurant! They will not make reservations but they have Call Ahead Seating, so make sure you call ahead before going there, especially on a Friday or Saturday night or you could have a 1 to 2 hour wait. I always get their sirloin steak, sirloin steak and barbeque chicken or sirloin steak and barbeque ribs. They are always excellent! They are tender, juicy, and tasty. They have buckets or peanuts on every table and you throw the peanut shells on the floor. When they seat you they take a basket of hot rolls with a honey whipped butter. Ummm Ummm Good! Their Honey Mustard and French Dressings are the Best I have ever had. We have also gotten their sweet potatoes, steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes, all which are excellent. They put a special seasoning on their steaks. You can buy this Sirloin Steak Seasoning for $3. We never cook steak on a grill at home without it. We even sprinkle this seasoning on grilled shrimp on a skewer. Their prices are very reasonable. It costs us usually between $25 to $30 for both of us total. We travel a lot and Texas Roadhouse is our #1 Restaurant., including this one in South Myrle Beach. They are the most consistent restaurant that we have ever been in.
