Review: The place was busy when we went there, thus the delay on us getting seated, but once we sat, the food came relatively quickly and it very good. The prices were also great and we really enjoyed the visit as a whole.

Review: My husband and I went to Spring House Family Restaurant @2600 No. Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach, which is under new management. It was the second time we have had dinner there in the last month.
We went again tonight because we remembered how much we enjoyed it the last time, and the value for the money is superior. Tonight we had 2 country dinners for $15.00! Included with the meat are two vegs of your choice. I had the roast turkey with stuffing, and my sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and black-eyed peas. The mashed potatoes are REAL, not powdered. My husband enjoyed 2 pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, and apple sauce. Dinner rolls come with the meal. Other sides include rice and gravy, green beans, cole slaw, and I forget what else. Others entrees include meat loaf, pot roast, and fried chicken. Needless to say. we will return again.
Kudos to the wait staff, too. Our waitress was most attentive, asking if we needed anything else. The coffee I enjoyed was fresh brewed and served in a caraffe to keep it hot. Thank you Spring House!!

Review: First off, the restaurant has a strange smell to it - I wondered if it was from all the birds they keep in a large loft over the register. I didn't know about the birds until after I had my meal. Had I known they were there, I probably would not have stayed. Breakfast was ho-hum - nothing I couldn't make way better at home. Service was ok - she never came back to see if I wanted more coffee. I understand if I'm dining outside, there will be "wildlife" but I prefer not to have that sort of thing around when dining indoors. I would not return - there are plenty of other far better dining out options in the area.

Review: One of the worst dinners I've ever experienced. Tuff porkchops!
Chicken?( not sure ) The only one who got a meal worth eating was my granddaughter. (spaghetti) Do not eat here!

Review: This is one of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. My 5 year old son loves going here just to see the live birds! It's a really great family restaurant and I've always had friendly servers every time I go. The food is good and the prices are very, very reasonable.

Review: This has probably been the worst restaurant I have ever attended. They over cook the food and not to mention it has NO taste! The service was very dull and not functional. I do not recommend this resturaunt to anyone. The noise is so loud because birds are chirping everywhere.

Review: Me and my family have been going to Myrtle Beach for vacation for the past 9 years. Every year we make sure we go here more than once. The service is very friendly and the food is great. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner Spring House is the place to go.

Review: All the food was very good, the service was great. The 2 for 1 deal makes it a good deal but there seems to be some question as to what the service % is for or who gets it? I would rather do my own tipping that way I know who gets the money.

Review: This place is awesome! The prices are very reasonable! The food was excellent! And the waiter "Sammy" was so funny! We first visited in June of 06 and went back again before leaving to return to Ohio. Then in 07 we went just to see him! We ate there twice. We definately will eat there a couple times in 08 hope to see him again. He called us his Ohio friends! A must for people wanting family atmosphere with great food and prices.

Review: Live Birds - a few. Host was going to check customer out (get money) before he seated us until that person suggested he seat us first. Food was overcooked, but server was personable. OK restaurant, just to eat.

Review: We were at the surfside location. We went on Tuesday morning and sat right down. The place was clean and cozy. It looked like a breakfast place. The menu had such a variety and was very affordable. We also had a 10% off coupon. This will be a breakfast stop for us every Myrtle Beach trip for sure!

Review: My family make it a point to go to Spring House for breakfast on our last day of vacation. Excellent place for breakfast. Always seated on arrival and service is good, however we are there at 7:00 in the morning. Always wanted to try it for lunch or supper, but never had. Maybe next year.

Review: Ties with Hot Stacks as a great place for breakfast with the usual breakfast foods. Bright, light, pretty atmosphere. Enjoy the birds singing in the background amidst the abundant plant life. Reasonable prices.

Review: We were surprised by how much food we got for our money at Spring House Family Resturant. We ate there for breakfast and the food was great. We paid less than $15.00 for 4 large pancakes, 4 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 1 soda and strips of bacon. We thought that was a great value.

Review: Back home in SC for a family vacation we went to the Spring House Resturant for lunch twice. Both times the food was very tasty and the lunch menu is an excellent value. If you're looking for tasty country cooking and don't want to spend a lot, be sure to visit. Definitely on our future visit list!

Review: We went to the Spring House Restaurant twice while on vacation and both times the food was wonderful. We went both times for breakfast and it is now my favorite breakfast place. The menu offers so many items and the value for your money is great. If you want a good breakfast you really need to go here because I have tried all the other places and this is the best!

Review: The only problem with this restaurant was a person bothering us the entire time we were there, although very nice, we were unable to eat in a timely fashion. The restaurant itself, including the staff, were outstanding! Very knowledgeable about their menu and the area, and very courteous. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone attending the Myrtle Beach area because the food is the best!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
