Review: We were on vacation, looking for a place that showed ALL college football games. Thought we would try Spencer'z even after a couple of the reviews. A very pleasant experience. They had over 8 football games on and they would show you where to sit for your favorite game. Service was outstanding. I never ran out of beer for the whole game. Food, some of the best we have ever ate in this area. If you are looking for a good time, good food, good service, make Spencer'z a must stop.

Review: If you haven't been to Spencerz for sports or just to hang out, you really are missing out. This place is outstanding......the food is awesome, the staff is top notch, and the prices are good, and there is not a bad seat in the house. I would recommend hanging out at Spencerz for any reason....you can't go wrong.

Review: I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand its a pretty cool place with about ten big screen tvs in a row. The service is really bad though. Takes forever to get food and the waitresses like to disappear. The food is below average nothing special. I really dont like the low celling in the place and they have no pool tables. There are better bars in myrtle.

Review: We've stayed in Long Bay Estates nearby for the last few years and have eaten here, mostly for lunch, about five times since 2007. The food is very good for the cost and the waitresses have been fine. When we've been there, we haven't been in a rush to get served, so I can't say that it would be quicker for someone to consider a "fast food" option if you're in a hurry, but I don't remember a time in which we waited a long time for service. In fact, we were there in October of 2008, and I had never seen that many people in a place rooting for a South Carolina Gamecocks win. WE ARE... from Penn State territory and the employees were quite willing to put the PSU V. Purdue game on ESPN on a TV close to where we were sitting. And we were treated as family. I hear that the lease of this Spenserz location is up in two years and the grocery store aside of it is likely already closed because of ownership by Ocean Lakes Campground, but you won't be disappointed if you go there until then or see a new Spenserz location elsewhere. I'll be there again in a few days and will absolutely stop at Spencerz for a good meal and a very reasonably priced cost for that meal.

Review: On a day away from the cancer clinic ,I dropped in to see if a lady friend,(Barb) aka Tink was there on the 9th unfortunately her and her man friend were not, I loved the bar, great place to meet people and enjoy a night out. I would come back again next time I end up on this side of the country. Maybe next time I will remember to bring Barb's number so I can call and make arrangements for a great night out in your place.

Review: This place really has an attitude problem. The employees think they are doing you a favor by being there. I like friendly employees and being served by people that don't mind doing their job.

Review: I have been going to this restaurant/pub for 3 years since it has opened. I travel to Myrtle Beach 3 times a year. I go to the Pub quite frequently while I'm there. It is a wonderful atmosphere with the friendly southern hospitality Myrtle Beach is known for. Sherri & Lori are great bartenders. It is an excellent "sports" bar. Keep this in mind when you chose to dine here. The 57+(?) tv's are always on and you can ask for a game or event. If it's on, it'll be on.

Review: When first opened I would have rated all excellent. For whatever reason, it's gone downhill. Used to eat there at least 3 or 4 times a month and got carry out often. The last few times the orders were served with wrong sides or wrong sauce and the Coconut shrimp was raw. When corrections were requested the staff's attitude was "How dare you". Gave it another shot the other day. We loved the sauce sauce served on the Crab Portabello mushroom. When we requested the sauce for our crab cakes we were served heated cheese wiz with another un-know element. That did it. We had to go to the bar for our second drink, our waitress was no where to be found. The resturant was quite empty at the time. I have had friends stand at the bar for service while the owner Melanie and the other bartenders indulge in lengthy conversations with others totally ignoring their customers. Being a local and in the profession, I can honestly say I have more patience than most and used to recommend them often. Not any longer, my friends and I won't go back either.

Review: I enjoyed our meal quite well. The philly steak was quite good, perhaps the best I've had in the south.
I was really disconcerted by this bearded guy named "Mark" who kept sneaking around the restuarant looking pretty frightful. He wore a USC Gamecocks t-shirt and kept rubbing his nose and sniffing.
I complained to the management and they kicked him out.
Other than meeting "Mark", we had a good time and a good meal.
We'll be back.

Review: Spencerz is the funnest Sports Bar on the Beach! Great Local life and even better Service! With it's Pittsburgh atmosphere, this bar will make anyone feel at home. The Spencer Girlz themselves are worth dropping in to visit!
