I have been to this restaurant several times and I have never been disappointed. The food is always hot, plentiful and with great variety. The mermaids arent bad either !!!

Only thing good about this place is the Mermaids, my daughter loved them. Food was 5 X what it should have been priced. I have had better food at fast food places, NOT worth $25.99 an adult......

My husband, myself and our two year old ate here on vacation. Please save your money. I could kick myself now. The food was all frozen. The veggies, the meat the fish, everything. Everything was fried and tasted the same. The only fresh thing in the entire buffet was the crab legs and of course the salad bar. The desserts were even nasty and frozen. My husband has lived off hotdogs for a month and he would not even eat the food. When I asked the manager to adjust the ticket since my husband did not eat, he was very short with me and gave us a whopping $5 discount!!! The only good thing about this place was the mermaids. My daughter loved them. Had they not had the mermaids I would have caused a scene. This was a very pricey buffet! I would rather have eaten my two year olds mud pie!!

We went there at the end of May and we were really disappointed. The food was just room temperature and not that great. Told our server that the food was room temp and she said she was sorry. Guess she went back to the manager and told him and she came back to me and told me that anything I wanted on the bar she would have to cook in the kitchen cook it for me. For the money it wasn't worth it. Won't be back.

Worst dining experience ever. We went to this restaurant with BOGO half off coupons from our hotel. For starters they told us the only way we could use this coupon for our party of 5the was to sit at separate tables. This should have keyed us that we were in for a trip. Once we decided to stay and they seated us they made us purchase a beverage in order to use our coupon (which pretty much cancelled out our savings). For the price there wasn't much of a selection and the service was horrible. Would never think about going back.

From: Aislyn Epperson Subject: We had a GREAT time! My family and I ate there last night and it was wonderful! Billy was our server and we could not have asked for anyone to have been more friendly and attentive! It was like he was a part of our family! His sister Stephanie was a big help as well making sure she passed on a message from us to Morgan the mermaid who had a little mishap that evening. The music was pumpin and the DJ was very entertaining. The food . . . Omg! There was soooo much on the bar! The crab legs, fried shrimp, fried scallops and hush puppies were the best! Thank you so much for providing us a place to call our favorite! We will definitely come back here EVERY year! Thanks so much again!

136+ dollars for the pizza hut of seafood. you couldn't taste the difference between the talapia, mahi, and grouper. most everything is over cooked and out of an oven mill. for an extra 10 bucks a person you can go to a restaurant with a real chef that takes pride of what comes out of the kitchen. this place is just a notch above all the other barf-fet tourist traps. the pirates and mermaid were ok and entertaining but ripley's has a mermaid show if you really interested so save your money and hit a real steak and seafood establishment.

Judging by the lack of cars in the parking lot we should've known better than to eat there, but my boyfriend's father kept saying it was pretty good. Nonetheless, we ate there. Service was great because of the lack of customers, food was terrible...at best lukewarm. I will definitely not eat there again, in fact, as we were leaving we advised a family pulling in to eat at crabby mike's instead and thanked us for the warning.
