Ruby Tuesday's isn't a terrible way to waste money, however they have raised the prices again, and they are trying to get the burger crowd so they are skimping on their other dishes. I don't go there for the burgers, I used to like their pasta, but since they refuse to do it right, I refuse to go there. If you like over priced burgers, snooty bartenders, inefficient waiters and waiting forever for refills, they you will love this place. For the rest of you out there, move on. ref: 10527

Ive been going to Ruby Tuesday since it open in
Waterville. Never have I got a bad meal. The people that

Chicken oscar was not cooked, still very pink inside. The waitress took so long to come back to the table to check on the food it was at least 20 minutes, the rest of the food on the place was stone cold. When we told her what was wrong she just shrugged her shoulders. We asked her to remove it from the bill, we didn't want another. The rest of our party was finished eating. She didn't even take it off the bill because I had already eaten the garlic bread from the plate. I paid $14.99 for a piece of garlic bread. Now I know why we quit going there a 2 years ago. I will never go back. No wonder they are never busy.. ref: 6110

Upon entering the restuarant, I was promptly greeted. I proceeded to the Bar area, took a seat, again, I was promptly greeted and asked what would I have. I Placed an order for the Turkey Burger with bacon, cheese and avocado. I had a good glass of wine and watched sports while I my order was being prepared. Received my order, paid, tipped and thanked my server. The service, preparation and receipt of food was excellent. I will continue to frequent Ruby Tuesday's whether I'm local or visiting. ref: 4495

Restaurant was not busy, service was slow and wrong items and no items delivered to table. Waitress tried to charge me for kids meals drinks even though they are included in price. Not the best meal we have had in Ruby Tuesdays. It was very stressful. ref: 4079

My son ordered the Chicken Quesadillas and I had a burger. As usual the burger was cooked to perfection, I hate when you ask for a well done burger and get a hockey puck.(not the case ever with Ruby Tuesdays) My son is always treated well and the service is always excellent. We had excellent service and the food was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that the plates at the salad bar be cold. When I went to get a salad, the plates had just got out of the dishwasher so they were hot. But other than that Ruby Tuesdays is one of my favorite restaurants. ref: 3745

This Ruby Tuesday was fine. We were seated right away and enjoyed our salad while we waited for the rest of our meal. The waitress was very busy and we waited for our drinks to be refilled for a little while until we could get her attention. The waiter Bryant is awesome and this is the 2nd or3rd time we've been there in the past week, we have fallen in love with the Turkey Burgers and have asked for Bryant's section both times as he is curteous and thinking ahead, the rest rooms are always clean which is a plus for me because I don't do them but I do need to sanitize my hands before I eat and this makes me very comfortable, we'll go back again for sure. ref: 3556

My visit to Ruby Tuesday was excellent. The food, service could not have been any better. The atmosphere however was very noisy due to the fact that there was a family with children who did not know how to act in a restaurant. That of course had nothing to do with Ruby Tuesday. My friend and I both had the Smokehouse Burger which was excellent. I will be back for another one of those! ref: 3434

Great food, the mini burgers, buffalo chicken tenders, regular burgers, and they'll still serve the Jullius Cheeseburger on request!
Called ahead for "call ahead seating" and was told there was no wait so they weren't taking names. Had a fifteen minute wait when we got there, but that's not too bad. ref: 3430

But apologies & they went well over board serving us another brand close to ours and even let us sample a new one neither of us had ever tasted. Still like our own. I ordered the salad bar due to my health needs. The waiter, Robert Town... something was extremely helpful and concern that we were okay during lunch with my wife. I was pleased with my service there. He presented myself in a well-mannered and profession manner. It was a good feeling to be a customer ( not a bother or chore). He seemed trained as a server and he had a servant heart as he attended to our needs. It was a pleasant luch experience. In fact all the workers were nice (smiles). ref: 3336

The quality of food was excellent. When we were finished eating we were very fully, so full that we had to get a to-go box. We ordered two salad bars, a order of chcken wings, and a macoroni cheese. The level of service provided was great. The waitress was very well mannered. She always asked "Were we doing ok?" and things of that nature. The atmosphere was excellent! All of the people around of were very nice. The other waitors always smile if we caught their eyes. Again the value of the food was excellent. We were very pleased with the amount of food that we recieved and the ticket cost was very low. Time we walked in we were seated. We didn't have to wait or anything. We got the option of choosing whether we wanted a table or a booth. And the noise inside the restaurant was kept at a very low level. All together the service was just EXCELLENT!!!! ref: 3309

From a server/bartender point of view. Being in the restaurant business I tend to be very critical, however hats off to all the staff at RT. On a friday night wait time was 20 minutes, we were seated at the bar where the bartender was humorus, friendly and made the 20 min. seem like 5. Server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always smiling. During the meal the GM came by and made sure everything was to our satisfactory. Will be back thanks again. ref: 3180

We arrived at Ruby Tuesdays at approximately 9:00 pm and even though closing was within the hour we were made to feel comfortable and that we could order whatever we wanted. The waiter was exceptionally helpful - telling us about all specials. I would gladly go back and eat there again. ref: 3113

My waitress was exremely courteous. I have never had a flavored lemonade and asked, if there was any way possible for me to sample it. She brought me a sample.without hesitation then very politely asked if there was anything else. I also has the salad bar. Everything on the bar was fresh and cold (as it should be). I finished my salad then went back for the pasta. In the meantime, my waitress had already cleared my table of the dirty dish and topped off my Kiwi Lemonade. A very pleasant experience was enjoyed by my wife and myself at RubyTuesday on the 12th of July. I had a sirloin steak( petite) that was cooked perfectly as I had ordered.My wife had Church Chicken which was really delectable. The service was outstanding!! Keep up the good work. We eat at Ruby Tuesday's a lot 'cause it's a really nice place to take a break and have lunch when shopping at Colonial Mall. They have a SUPERB salad bar, one of the freshest and best we've had. ref: 54
