Review: I picked this resturant for my 40th Birthday celebration, got a babysitter and went out with my husband here. We went early on a Friday night about 5:30pm. We were seated and the wait staff walked by us and around us and never once stopped to take our order! We were sitting in the middle of this place, not in a corner or to the side. They could see us but wouldn't make eye contact. They just ignored us. We finally got up and left. I wrote to the website but they ignored us too! I havent been there since......I'm 42 now!

Review: Totally enjoyed my dinner with my family tonight. Ashley took care of us beyond expectation and she is was an excellent compliment to our experience. Food might have taken a minute, but that's what I expect when I'm out to enjoy quality food and quality time with my family. If you want fast food, go to McDonalds. If you want good food and an enjoyable time with family and/or friends, go to Ruby Tuesdays at Colonial Mall. (Now Myrtle Beach Mall.) Ask for Shayly or Ashley. :)

Review: I ate here with a companion both in May or June and again in October. Both times the food and service were excellent. The first time there was a wait, even though it wasn't busy. There have been coupons through the mail for buy one get one $10 off. Originally it was buy one, get one free. It is an enjoyable place to eat, and even more of a value if you can get ahold of one of the coupons.

Review: We had lunch at Ruby Tuesday's today and enjoyed ourselves very much. The food was very good but what I was happy with the most was the service. The waitress was friendly, polite and made sure we were happy with everyhing. I had the chicken bella and my girlfriend had the parmesan shrimp alfredo. Both were delicious.

Review: This is the first time we have been back to Ruby Tuesdays since they have changed their menu. We had a great experience. Everything was good. We didn't want to hurry so the waitress held our order untill we were ready. We liked the featured wine at $5.99 for an 8oz glass, and were impressed by the salad bar which had a large variety of veggies. This was constantly being replenished. We will certainly be going back.

Review: While we always enjoyed eating at Ruby Tuesdays. While food is very good, we were shocked when we got our bill. My wife and I had two soft drinks and two salad bar. The bill came to $25.00 ! With the tip, this lunch cost us $30.00.
Unfortunately we did not think to question the price of the bill. There had to be a mistake. In the final analysis, with the economy being what it is, we have decided not to go to this restaurant. "It left a bad taste in our mouth"

Review: Burgers at Ruby Tuesdays are great but we've had several experiences of poor service at this location. The waitress didn't write anything down and, of course, the order was wrong. They brought my baked potato without any butter or sour cream, apologized and said it would be right out. Ten minutes later I grabbed another waiter (couldn't find our waitress) and finally got him to bring some out. We won't be back to this Ruby Tuesday's.

Review: Ruby Tuesday's isn't a terrible way to waste money, however they have raised the prices again, and they are trying to get the burger crowd so they are skimping on their other dishes. I don't go there for the burgers, I used to like their pasta, but since they refuse to do it right, I refuse to go there. If you like over priced burgers, snooty bartenders, inefficient waiters and waiting forever for refills, they you will love this place. For the rest of you out there, move on.

Review: Chicken oscar was not cooked, still very pink inside. The waitress took so long to come back to the table to check on the food it was at least 20 minutes, the rest of the food on the place was stone cold. When we told her what was wrong she just shrugged her shoulders. We asked her to remove it from the bill, we didn't want another. The rest of our party was finished eating. She didn't even take it off the bill because I had already eaten the garlic bread from the plate. I paid $14.99 for a piece of garlic bread. Now I know why we quit going there a 2 years ago. I will never go back. No wonder they are never busy..

Review: Upon entering the restuarant, I was promptly greeted. I proceeded to the Bar area, took a seat, again, I was promptly greeted and asked what would I have. I Placed an order for the Turkey Burger with bacon, cheese and avocado. I had a good glass of wine and watched sports while I my order was being prepared. Received my order, paid, tipped and thanked my server. The service, preparation and receipt of food was excellent. I will continue to frequent Ruby Tuesday's whether I'm local or visiting.

Review: Ruby Tuesday always has an excellent salad bar. My family has a wide range of tastes and preferences in food, and R.T. can accomodate them all. My husband had crab cakes and I had chicken broccoli pasta. They were both extremely good.

Review: My son ordered the Chicken Quesadillas and I had a burger. As usual the burger was cooked to perfection, I hate when you ask for a well done burger and get a hockey puck.(not the case ever with Ruby Tuesdays) My son is always treated well and the service is always excellent. Review: We had excellent service and the food was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that the plates at the salad bar be cold. When I went to get a salad, the plates had just got out of the dishwasher so they were hot. But other than that Ruby Tuesdays is one of my favorite restaurants.

The waiter Bryant is awesome and this is the 2nd or3rd time we've been there in the past week, we have fallen in love with the Turkey Burgers and have asked for Bryant's section both times as he is curteous and thinking ahead, the rest rooms are always clean which is a plus for me because I don't do them but I do need to sanitize my hands before I eat and this makes me very comfortable, we'll go back again for sure.

Review: My visit to Ruby Tuesday was excellent. The food, service could not have been any better. The atmosphere however was very noisy due to the fact that there was a family with children who did not know how to act in a restaurant. That of course had nothing to do with Ruby Tuesday. My friend and I both had the Smokehouse Burger which was excellent. I will be back for another one of those!

Review: Food very tastee. One of us had the fish and the other had chicken dish. Both spicy and we both would order the dish again. They were out of the brand beer we wanted. But apologies & they went well over board serving us another brand close to ours and even let us sample a new one neither of us had ever tasted. Still like our own. Review: I ordered the salad bar due to my health needs. The waiter, Robert Town... something was extremely helpful and concern that we were okay during lunch with my wife. I was pleased with my service there. He presented myself in a well-mannered and profession manner. It was a good feeling to be a customer ( not a bother or chore). He seemed trained as a server and he had a servant heart as he attended to our needs. It was a pleasant luch experience. In fact all the workers were nice (smiles).

Review: The quality of food was excellent. When we were finished eating we were very fully, so full that we had to get a to-go box. We ordered two salad bars, a order of chcken wings, and a macoroni cheese.
The level of service provided was great. The waitress was very well mannered. She always asked "Were we doing ok?" and things of that nature.
The atmosphere was excellent! All of the people around of were very nice. The other waitors always smile if we caught their eyes.
Again the value of the food was excellent. We were very pleased with the amount of food that we recieved and the ticket cost was very low.
Time we walked in we were seated. We didn't have to wait or anything. We got the option of choosing whether we wanted a table or a booth.
And the noise inside the restaurant was kept at a very low level.
All together the service was just EXCELLENT!!!!

Review: From a server/bartender point of view. Being in the restaurant business I tend to be very critical, however hats off to all the staff at RT. On a friday night wait time was 20 minutes, we were seated at the bar where the bartender was humorus, friendly and made the 20 min. seem like 5. Server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always smiling. During the meal the GM came by and made sure everything was to our satisfactory. Will be back thanks again.

Review: My waitress was exremely courteous. I have never had a flavored lemonade and asked, if there was any way possible for me to sample it. She brought me a sample.without hesitation then very politely asked if there was anything else.
I also has the salad bar. Everything on the bar was fresh and cold (as it should be). I finished my salad then went back for the pasta. In the meantime, my waitress had already cleared my table of the dirty dish and topped off my Kiwi Lemonade. What more could a customer ask for!!!!

Review: I used the curbside to go last evening for my family. We had a large order including drinks. The young lady who took my order and delivered the order to my car was very nice and helpful. Nothing was missing. everything was hot and cooked exactly to order. It was a wonderful meal.

Review: I had the peppercorn steak, which was excellent, the broccili was very fresh and I loved the baked potato. The waitress was friendly and very happy. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant.

Review: We eat at Ruby Tuesday's a lot 'cause it's a really nice place to take a break and have lunch when shopping at Colonial Mall. They have a SUPERB salad bar, one of the freshest and best we've had.
