Review: This is a must stop while at broadway at the beach. Kids love it because they can see the taffy and pralines being made and you get free samples! they always have some kind of special going on to that makes buying candy not too pricey..

Review: This is a must stop location when visiting Broadway at the Beach. The smell drags you in and keeps you there. We were looking for treats to bring home for friends and family and found them all here. They offer free samples of fresh taffy and pralines while inside. They have a little bit of everything.

Review: I truly love this store! I was greeted by a friendly employee with the most delicious candy I have ever tasted, a praline. It was still hot and made fresh right there. I bought praline and caramel bear claws which were great. I brought them home to Chicago and my family loved them as well. I will definitely visit every time I am in Myrtle Beach. Thank you for a great experience.

Review: You simply have to try their bear claws. They are awesome! every time we vacation here, we always stop to pick some up. Fortunately, I found that they have a catalog so I can order them between vacations..

Review: Everytime I go down to myrtle beach I be sure to stop by River Street Sweets! they have my favorite cinna-nuts, they are to-die for! and I love the free praline samples! so good!.

Review: This candy store is the most unique and greatest candy store I've ever been too. The service there is the friendliest and the candies are amazing. The pralines are still fresh and moist when you bite into them. I would go there everyday just to get the fresh sample. I recommend you must stop by here on your next visit to Myrtle Beach!!

Review: I was there on 2/10/08. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews first. I was seated in a timely manner. My waiter had a lot of tables and didn't say much. He asked if I wanted chips and salsa. Most restaurants it's complimentary--but this was a 5.98 charge on my bill after the fact. I ordered the Lime Chicken half. It had been reheated (probably from another day) and some of it was dry and tasteless. It looked as if it were run over by a heavy object--a la roadkill. The refried beans must have come from a can and the rice was o.k. The bill was high for what was served. I won't be back.

Review: This place has great fudge and salt water taffy. The taffy flavors were different and delicious. The creamsicle fudge was the best. And the pralines, I have never tasted anything so heavenly.

Review: There is no better place to try one of the south's favorite treats... Pecan Pralines. River Street Sweets offers the very best and freshest Praline, made right there in the store right before your eyes! Service is friendly and speedy...and samples are always on hand. This is a must-stop when passing through Myrtle Beach.
