Gotta love a basic diner. Many menu specialties. Look at breakfast mon thru fri. Waitresses are congenially nice people. Never any wait. Good fast breakfasts. Close and very good. Good there frequently and often.

Ate here today after reading the reviews. I agree with most of them. The corned beef rueben was outstanding. I have eaten many a sandwich and this just puts them to shame. The marble bread was delicious, the meat was hot the cheese melted and the sourkraut was rinsed as it should be. My hunny had the gyro and not so happy. All said, great job we'll be back soon. I thanked the chef.

We meet our friends there many morning for breakfast. I have something different each morning and everything is wonderful. I have been there for dinner with friends. Their beef stew is out of this world.and the liver and bacon is by far the best at the beach. Great wait staff and wonderful owners.

Went here with my family, 5 of us, and we all had something different. If you are in the area looking for a great family meal at the right price, you're simply nuts if you don't stop at this Diner. "Big Charlie" runs the place and his upbeat and friendly nature defines the atmosphere here. Everryone is treated like the most important in the place... and they werre busy when we went. I will never go back to the strand without stopping back at Charlie's Prince Creek Diner.... I'm a regular already!!

Went in for breakfast. Was disappointed with service and quality of food especially the grits! Southern cooking it "aint". Maybe we will try again for lunch another time.

The place is nicely decorated and provides a very pleasent atmosphere. The food is excellent....the Ruben sandwich was as good or better than any I ever had. I'll be going back for that alone. Prices are more than reasonable. Go with the knowledge that you will be making a very wise choice.

I just have to write and say how wonderful this diner is. I have eaten there for six months now, 4 or 5 times a week. I don't know what the last reviewer is talking about - the food is just as wonderful as it was since they opened. They did have a young cook who was forced to leave but the owner makes sure the food is always the same. I enjoy talking to the owner - he is always there and always makes sure our food is just right. My favorites are pancakes for breakfast, reubens and fries for lunch, and liver or roast beef for dinner. Rice pudding is always good - just like my mother used to make.

Where did your young chef go, he had a lot of talent and energy. We enjoyed chatting with him on several occasions. The Food Is Just Not The Same As It Used To Be.

After eating there a dozen times, I can honestly say most everything is really good. Love the Philly Cheese steak, Texas hot dogs and the prices are pretty cheap. The creamy chicken soup was the best soup I have had in a long time. The place is clean and a lot of stuff is homemade.

Great Food at a Great Value with that 'Hometown' Diner Feel. Menu has a wonderful selection for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and they even have a nice dessert selection for VERY reasonable prices. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, staff is friendly, food is absolutely DELICIOUS! The meatloaf and mashed potatoes is better than I remember growing up - Sorry Mom! Try it...you will definitely like it!

Both me and my wife ordered the Roast Turkey. I had the Tomato soup (different but excellent) and my wife had the salad which was more than adequate, flavorful and a nice variety. All entree items were hot and the turkey gravy was again different but excellent. I recently had breakfast and the grits were the best I've ever tasted. Better even than some truly southern Moms make.
