Planks is now "Cat-5" (Category 5) with a new owner and a complete makeover. The juke-box music is excellent along with the drinks and pool tables. So close to the beach, it's great for locals and visitors alike! See you there! ref: 12076

Planks Bar and Grill is a hot spot year round. I myself go there everytime I visit South Carolina. Planks Bar and Grill is a great place to enjoy a drink or play a round of pool wwith your buddys the local band that plays there is also very good. If there is one spot to go when your in North Myrtle Beach it has to be Planks. ref: 125
