I love pizza and I have had my fair share of pizza everywhere I have gone.I actually ordered and did not dine in. I had a Philly Cheesesteak and a pepperoni pizza. I decided to order from here because of the great reviews. I, however, would say it is average. The lady taking my order on the phone seemed put-off by taking an order but, the delivery girl was super sweet. For homemade pizza I expected more, the cheese was great but, the dough seemed a bit uncooked and the sauce was just okay, the pizza actually reminded me of the Digiorno frozen pizza that comes with the cookies in the box. Which i don't mind but, it is frozen so I expect that. The Cheesesteak was pretty good, the meat a bit over cooked but, great cheese and quality of beef, a homemade bun would be better.

great place to eat-have eaten there many times-its amazing how the guy from murrell's inlet writes reviews about all the area restaurants and talks about how bad they are-heard he is a local owner who tries to bad mouth other restaurants.dl

Great food & Great Staff We are first-timers to Pizza Grilla and found the food to be excellent and the owners jokes to be "amusing". We ordered pizza for the kids and sandwiches for us - a fun night and everything was great! We will be back. The Jacksons

If you want pizza, this is the best pizza place in the area. I would normally go to one of the big pizza chain places, but the kids wanted to try Pizza Grill-a. We were all happy to discover this little gem. More than just a great family-run restaurant, they have hot and cold sandwiches, pasta, special dishes just for kids and pizza with the best homemade sauce I've ever tasted - all served with a smile in a clean frinedly atmosphere. We're from VA, but we''ll be back every time we visit the area.

Truth is, when you're tired of the Domino's, Papa John's and Pizza Huts of the world, THIS is the place to go. We get pizza on the South end exclusively from Pizza Grilla in Litchfield or Anthony's in Surfside. Take a minute to introduce yourself to Eric and Sissy, and their sons, and you'll know you're in good hands.

I'm from Buffalo and the only thing bigger than our snowfall amounts are our appetites. So when I went to this place I was a tad skeptical. When I saw the menu I was surprised to find a sandwich named after my hometown so I had to give it a try. I have to say it was fantastic. Eric came out to ask me if it met the Buffalo standards and it did. Kudos to Pizza Grill-a for giving me a taste of home in a great atmosphere at a mom-and-pop price.

I've eaten at Pizza Grill-a several times. Even though I live in Myrtle Beach I have made the trip down with friends. The food is great, the staff are very friendly. One thing that stands out the most to me is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good, clean, friendly restaurant. Rick

Great pizza!!! Great sandwiches!!! Food is always hot and the service is excellent. My favorite is the chicken parmesan sub or the Tuesday night spaghetti special. I believe the good food and service is a result of the owner/management always being there. Give Pizza Grill-a a try.

Well I have to start off with as my wife will tell ya that if it's a good pie then I could eat it 3 meals a day 7 days a week and Grill-a Pie is the best Ive had since we moved to MB 25yr's ago, The owners make their own pizza dough along with their own marinara sauce and when they top it with the GOOD Mozzarella that's what a pizza should taste like... Also if the ones who did not like this place either don't know what real pizza is to taste like or they are a competitor just trying to down grade the competition!

My husband and I eat at Pizza Grill-a several times a month. The cheese steak is awesome and the husband is a big fan of the meatball sub and stromboli. The meat lover’s pizza is also a favorite of ours and they are always good about trading out one of the toppings for a different one we prefer. Great wings, cold beer and friendly service. We would recommend to anyone.

This is some of the best pizza I've had since I moved from the North. Not too many restaurants around here know how to make real pizza. I liked the idea that they used generous amounts of toppings. We've ordered from them many times and have yet to be disappointed. I have used them for parties as well. Great service. I have recommended them to my friends and they all agree.

Pizza Grill-a is a great family restaurant with fantastic food. The owners are very accomodating and friendly. You will be greeted with a smile, thanked for your business and treated like you are appreciated. The food speaks for itself. The pizza is delicious and made the way you like it. The meatballs are homemade and you can tell. You have to try the wings as well. I love taking my family someplace where we can relax and enjoy our food and each other. The owners are also involved and generous in the community. Give this place a try, I think you will go back for more!

After reading that first review, I thought the reviewer was talking about another place????? I've been a customer at Pizza-Grilla since the doors opened (every chance I get to go to Litchfield...) and have NEVER had a bad meal there! Great food! Good service! Some of the nicest folks I've ever met! Perhaps the reviewer isn't accustomed to eating good quality (home-made) food? Perhaps the reviewer should stick to the "chains" and enjoy some canned sauce and frozen pizza dough? PIZZA-GRILLA.... A++++++++++++++++

I don't know what that first guy was talking about. My husband, son and I meet friends there several times a month and we all love it. We often see the same "regulars" there and have gotten to know the owners who always treat our son very special. They're local people who really care about the food and the customers - that makes a difference. It's much more enjoyable than going to a chain, which there are too many of around here. As for the atmosphere, its a pizza place - its fun and casual - when you go to eat pizza, or a sub or pasta with the family, you don't want fancy. I feel like Pizza Grilla is our little local hangout. We love it. The Grilla Knuckles (pizza dough bites and sauce) are addicting!

I will never eat there again. Food is terrible, I mean horrible. There is zero atmosphere and you get no value for the money. I doubt this place stays in business much longer which would not be a shocker. Reminds me of food we used to make in college when we had no money to spend and would raid the fridge just to find anything.

My family visits the Myrtle Beach area a couple of times a year. Our visits would not be the same without a trip to Pizza Grill-a. We even had an incredible and delicious full-course Thanksgiving dinner at Pizza Grill-a last year! We have celebrated birthdays there too. The staff are warm and friendly, the restaurant is clean and welcoming, and the food is delicious. My daughter always starts off with the Grill-a Knuckles. The meatballs are unbelievable. My only problem when I visit is trying to make the decision between a sub or a pizza. That's why we visit more than once a trip!

We love Pizza Grill-a. The food is great and the owners are almost always there to personally thank you for coming in and to sit and chat with you.

You have to try the homemade meatball sub, the calzone, and of course, the pizza. They have a pretty good selection of beer and offer a couple of different wines. Not only do they have great pizza and subs, but they also have great hot lunch specials with stuff like homemade meatloaf and mashed potatoes or sliced turkey and stuffing.

You can really tell the difference in a great little mom and pops place like this.

They are pretty new so get there before this great locals' secret gets out.
