Review: Went last year at end of August. Ate there are first night and fell in love with place! Grouper reuben is excellent! Went back two days later for lunch and breakfast our last day! Tabor city toast is awesome! Going back same time this year, and will make it for dinner, lunch and breakfast again.

Review: Had lunch with a groups pf girlfriends...lovely to look at, views are amazing....a little noisy in diningroom, food was good, plenty of it. Would love to go back and have a few in the pub on the 3rd floor...Oh yes, there is also an elevator for those that can't do stairs. Highly recommended.

Review: My husband and I have had breakfast there twice (end of Oct & day after Thanksgiving, so not very busy) it was wonderful! I had the omlet both times (can't remember name) w/spinach, mushrooms & parmesan cheese w/side of FRESH fruit-YUM & my husband was pleased both visits as well. Great View!! Staff very friendly and efficient!! Take a walk on the beach or along the boardwalk - very nice!! We're going back again soon, think I'll try the biscuits & gravy.

Review: Every year my wife and I, vacation in Myrtel Beach, Sc
everyday of our seven day stay in South Carolina we have lunch at the second ave pier. I think that the second ave peir has the best Flounder I've ever ate. and the folks that owns the restaurant is so friendly they really make you feel welcome. My wife and I enjoy the food and the fishing off the pier. First time ever fishing I caught a shark off that pier Hammer head was very big but a shark is a shark lol. SECOND AVE PIER YOU GOT IT GOIN ON ALL THE WAY FROM OHIO

Review: There are no prices listed in their menu and they have a sign that says prices subject to change without notice. It was very expensive in comparison to what Big Daddy's was when they ran the restaurant on the pier. My husband and I each got a burger, fries and a drink and our daughter got a hot dog, fries and a drink and it came to around $35 with the tip. The hamburger buns were burnt and the hot dog was burned. This was our first trip to the Pier House since it opened in the new 2nd Ave pier building and we have decided it is going to be our last.
