We've eaten there for years. We eat there at least 3 time during our week long trips to Myrtle each year. We love it. It's a landmark. Many say the service is bad, but, if you treat them like they treat you, even when the service is bad, it works out. The old guy behind the counter, talk to him like he talks to you, he'll appreciate it. The beer is always cold, the dogs great, the cheese fries fantastic. The burgers are out of this world. Wouldn't go to Myrtle without eating there.

my mom used to live there so this is where she knew we should eat. it was me my sister and my mom and my mom's mom. we all ordered footlongs. they were so good. even my 5 year old sister who is a very picky eater. the restaurant is very simple and casual, but it doesnt need to be fancy to be good. PLUS, it is in the middle of all the action. it's great!

One word--Awesome!!!! It's a must when you visit Myrtle Beach. It doesn't get any better than a burger basket with a cold beer in those famous looking glasses. I used to live in Myrtle Beach in the early 90's and ate there countless times. When I visit these days, a stop at Peaches is always in the plan book..

I was in Myrtle Beach for the summer, and ate in Peaches Corner all the time. The place is quality. Friendly, entertaining, charming staff, delicious food and a nice location. You cant ask for more than that. The World Famous Burger Basket is a must. I would recommend Peaches Corner to anyone.

I am a true native of Myrtle Beach - born and raised here - so I used to frequent Peaches Corner a lot as a child. I hadn't been there in a long time until Labor Day (9/5/05). I made the decision to take my parents, who were in from Alabama, and my 4 year-old daughter to eat lunch there followed by a day at the Pavilion. It was going to be a wonderful day. I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Myrtle Beach restaurant in a very long time. When we received our food, the hot dogs and chili were cold. I asked our server to heat them up for us, and he took them to the older cook, who proceeded to start mumbling and throwing together more hot dogs. He then tossed the others into the trash and glared over at us. I said to him that they were cold, and he was welcome to feel them if he didn't believe us, and he got very loud and said they WERE NOT - all the while trying to talk over me. We ended up exchanging more words - me trying to stay calm, him getting louder and louder - and I just shook my head at him. I could not believe that he was speaking to me that way with my small child there. I suppose I should have asked for the manager, but I was too angry at that point. All in all, we ended up paying over $25 for 3 hot dogs, 2 fries, 4 drinks and EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE. I guess there was a reason I had not returned there since childhood.

This is THE Myrtle Beach landmark. I have pics of my grandmother, mother, myself, and my kids eating footlongs here. The food is cheapo and the footlongs themselves are thin and not very meaty. But this place has been there sooo long, you just have to eat there so you can say you have. It needs a facelift, and the hired help are not really concerned about you--they get paid whether you eat there or not. It's the location folks...and the history of this place. Do it once, it may be enough.
