We were in town on vacation from New York and decided to dine at Pacino''s for our last meal. Our experience was amazing. The service and food were top notch. The fettuccine alfredo and the grouper francaise were both amazing. The prices were very reasonable, and we will definitely be back next year!

I recently attended a birthday party @ Pacino's with 50 guests in attendance. All agreed that every aspect of Pacino's was absolutley tremendous. They let us all order off of the menu. It blew out minds how they could possibly get all of that food out of that little kitchen. The food was outstanding as was the service. I never heard a single negative comment - just praise. I can't tell you how totally impressed we were with Pacino's. We rate Pacino's an accross the board TEN. What a great job! Ron Kurimsky

This is a gem of a restaurant in this area. The food is "par excellance"; such high quality. Six of us dined there the other evening and all were delighted w/ their meals even though we all had something different. The calamari was the best I have ever had, as well as all the entrees. Quality food second to none. Riana, the restaurant's owner, is delightful. Very personable and fun. She made frequent contacts w/ us to oversee our experience which was flawless. The wait staff were also pleasant and efficient. I cannot wait to go back. Piano player plays in a little nook. Cannot exclaim enough!

My wife and I ate at Pacino's for the first time a week ago. Right from the start we were aware of the TLC we were about to receive. The waitress (Caitlin) came by smiling and very pleasant and told us the specials. Our food arrived in a timely manner and the owner (Raina) came by to check on the food and service. She was extremely pleasant and wanted to be sure we were pleased with our veal parmigiana and fish selection. Both were a gustatory delight and we plan on returning this coming week. Didn't know about the early bird specials before arriving and will certainly take advantage of them in the future. What a serendipity to dine here!

My husband and I just had dinner there tonight for the first time. Many friends had recommended it as an intimate restaurant with great food. I have to say they were understating the experience. The food was great, portions just right, price reasonable and above all the owner and staff made us feel at home. It reminded us both of the many small restaurants we had been to in little Italy and the village in NYC. Great time, great food and great people. What else do you go out to dinner for?

My husband and I have been coming to this little jewel for over 10 yrs. We started coming there during Spring Bike rally and found this place by accident when all of the "chain" restaurants were too packed. We w're so glad to have found this place! Biker friendly! We love the owner ! Rania always remembers us as the bikers from Connecticut! Now my husband & I live here and we now get to enjoy the food on a regular basis! Husband loves the Sicilian Peasant bread appetizer, always orders the Chicken Parmesan and as for myself I highly recommend anything on the menu. We have never had a bad meal! Service is always top notch. We can't say enough about Pacino's!

I read some of the reviews online and was intrigued by the positive notes made. My wife and I ventured down to the restaurant and we were treated very well. We liked the atmosphere, the people were very friendly and above all the food was outstanding. I will go back everytime I am in town as this restaurant is at the top of my list as my favorite place to eat.

We have been coming to Surfside Beach for years and decided to go to this restaurant based on the reviews of this website. Boy, do we wish we found this sooner. The food was excellent. My husband ordered the lasagna and I ordered the special, chicken mediterranean. Both dishes were outstanding and had plenty to take home for another meal. The service was also excellent. Our server was very friendly and knowledgable. The atmosphere was very quaint and tastefully decorated, We have put this restaurant # 1 on our list.

My wife and I had dinner in Feb 2012 at Pacino's for the 1st time. It was outstanding - from the food, wait staff and atmosphere. The owner, Rania, was super helpful and friendly. We are coming back in May with a party of 12. Can't say enough good things. The only negative had nothing to do with the restaurant. My Garmin had it located about a 1/2 mile away in the middle of nowhere. But it is definitely worth finding.

02/10/2012 Brought friends last night for their first time at. Pacino's. We all had excellent food. The service was a little too rushed. Waitress (owner) was taking the salad plates away before we were finished as she had main meal in hand. Also didn't know if we were eating our mean or the table next us as the tables are so close. If the food wasn't so good we probably would not go back for the above reasons.

I was on a trip 3/11 with 12 other golfers when we stumbled upon Pacino's by searching the internet for Italian Restaurants. We all ordered something different from fish to Veal stuffed and pastas. Everyone and I mean everyone raved about the food. I personally had the Veal and I'm originally from NYC and let me tell you it was as good as I have had in NY. The following Month I was again with a group of 8 golfers and they asked me if I knew of a place in the Area (Caledonia & True Blue) that was good food. Again we went and after the dinner they all said that for now on he/me will be picking the restaurants because this was the best food they have had down here in Myrtle Beach. Small place, open kitchen and the aroma when you walk in makes your mouth water. Good luck and enjoy the food it's great along with the service. September is my 30th anaversary and my wife and I are playing Caledonia and True Blue and will be eating there on our 30th. Call ahead!

For the price, the food and service are above average, not great but better than someplaces around here. However, I'm not pleased to find out that said restaurant does indeed employ illegal Mexicans... THIS HAS GOT TO STOP... our country/state needs small businesses to employ our own, I hope they bust them and give them a BIG FINE!!

The outside of Pacino's looks like any ordinary plain restaurant in a small strip mall. Don't be fooled! Once inside it is well decorated, but more important it exudes warm, welcome and charm. One of the first things we noted was the high level of cleaniness specifically the open kitchen. The restaurant is small with approx. 14 tables and great atmosphere. The menu is very extensive with a good mix of Italian and unique Mediterrianan dishes. The wine list is also extensive with good depth. The staff are well informed, friendly and go to great lengths to ensure your dining is pleasureful. The food is excellent and well presented. The owner continually interacts with the guests. This is a wonderful hidden treasure!!!

Read about this restaurant on the web and had to try it. It lived up to its great reviews. Food was absolutely fabulous. I had the chicken trattoria and it was wonderful. A friend had the lasagna and said it was the best she had every had. Another had the stuffed shells and thought they were great. We will definitely come back to Pacino's. The owner stopped by to chat and wanted to make sure all was well. She was great and obviously loved what she was doing. Highly recommend this place...don't be put off by its unassuming exterior....you will love this place

The BEST Veal Parm I have ever had. My husband tries all the specials and not once was he disappointed, he just loves everything on the menu. The service is great and the owner is awesome. I love the way she comes out and makes sure that everything you are eating is to your expectation. (Which it always is). The early bird menu is also wonderful, and the price is awesome. I take all my guest when they are in to Pacino's. And each and everyone loved it. I also reccomend Pacino's to everyone.

This restaurant is very charming and small - reservations are recommended. We had a veal chop with a Marsala sauce on a bed of home made pasta, the other dish was a shrimp dish with a cream sauce over the home made pasta. The owner took time to visit at each table and spent time talking with us about the restaurant (she is a former IT program manager), but this is her passion. I rate the food, service and social aspect to be excellent and we will definitely plan to eat there again on our next trip to Surfside Beach.

Pacino's was recommended to us by a few locals in the area. We are Italian and are pretty picky when it comes to good Italian restaurants. Pacino's is a tiny restuarant with a cozy atmosphere. The service was great and the food was excellent. My husband and I tried the Chicken Tratoria and it was exceptional. We highly recommmend this restaurant. We will definitely be sure to return each time we are in the area.

We also decided rto come based on online reviews. When we arrived around 6pm on a Monday nite there was no one else in th e restaurant. But the aromas were fantastic and the wine list and specials looked great so we decided to try. We were Not disappointed!!! The food was excellent! Service friendly! Knowledgeable and very helpful as we asked a lot of questions about the Lebanese selections. Several other guests arrived during our dinner including some golfers who had been there the year before! Anyway, we'll definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality Suggest you get a web site up tom advertise your menu. Would definitely help to show off your wonderful selections (including e bamba for dessert). Trevor,Donna,Terry and Marty

My wife and I had the special two dinners with choice of soup or salad and cannoli for desert all for $15. My wife had the mannocoti which was served very hot and according to her was very good, I had the chicken parm with spegetti which I thought was excellant. The breading on the chicken was so very flavorsome and made my meal extremely enjoyable. I would highly reccomend this restaurant to anyone who truly loves Italian food.

Found this restaurant by reading the reviews on this web site and I am so glad I randomly tried it. It is a small family owed place with Italian and Mediterranean dishes. I had the Blue crab ravioli and my wife had the chicken tratoria which was the best dish I have ever tasted. The blue crab was great also, but the chicken dish is worth the trip to this small jewel hidden among all the fancy commercial restaurants of the grand strand.

Having lived in the NY area and travelled throughout Italy we know good Italian food. In our opinion, Pacinos is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area.Their signature dish, Chicken Tratoria, is not to be missed. They also have some Mediteranean dishes that make your dining experience very memorable. Their extensive wine list, personally selected by the owner, has something for everyones palate. We make a point of dining at Pacinos at least once a week, Don't miss it!!!!

When it was my night I chose Italian and did an on line check of Italian restaurants and Pacino's had many good reviews.Your credibility is always on the line when trying a new place. We all gave Pacino,s rave reviews and vowed to return. Every item we ordered was excellent. It sure beats going to any chain by a mile.

We had the opportunity, quite by chance to dine at this restaurant while we were visiting Myrtle Beach with good friends of ours. What a REAL treat! (and wonderful change from the FAR too many seafood and steak house resturants in MB!) IF you enjoy really authentic mediterranean food, this is the restaurant for you! They even made us a fresh dish of tzadziki! The best dish for my money was the eggplant parm. I'd definitiley go to this restaurant again when I visit MB! Two thumbs up!!

Warm, friendly, classy without pretension. A kitchen fully in possession of its skills, so go for the unusual. Have the fried spaghetti and the lebanese 'never heard of it' on the appetizer menu. Special request? No problem. One vegan in the crowd? Knock him out with an on the spot invention. Order the house wines...good and value. The staff all actually care about you and your food or flawlessly lead you to believe so. Doesn't get better.

The restaurant is immaculate and the pride that the owners have, certainly resonates throughout the restaurant, from the plating to the subtle italian decor. I had the honor of knowing this family on a personal level because I conducted business with these beautiful people and they treated me like family. I live in Connecticut now, but I miss this wonderful restaurant and I miss their food and their warm, inviting smiles. The eggplant is exceptional. I am very particular about italian food because I come from a part of the United States that reigns supreme for italian food and this place in little Murrells Inlet is a rare and unexpected surprise of incredible cuisine. - Audra Coart-Riccitelli

The best Italian/ Mediterranean restaurant! The service is great and the food is out of this world! My husband and I live in Surfside and always find ourselves going there week after week. We can't get enough of Pacino's! The Veal Saltimbocca and Veal stuffed with Asparagus is our favs. Can't recommend this place enough. They make you feel at home.

We were treated as if we were family from beginning to end. This was by far one of the most pleasant dining experiences we ever had...anywhere!!! This was one of the highlights of our Myrtle Beach vacation and we will come back to Pacino's anytime we vacation here. If you choose to dine here you will be glad that you did!!! The food is FABULOUS!! Thank you!!

Best eggplant parm in South Carolina. Service is always excellent. Cute cozy atmosphere. Better prices than most of the Steakhouses around here. Place was packed the nite we went and we were still seated quickly. For a tiny little restaraunt it really was not that loud or uncomfortable. We felt very welcomed, and didn't feel rushed to finish our meal. Very pleasant dining experience. Will return again, and again.

We loved this place!! Everything was truly amazing. The atmosphere was great, the people inside were so nice. We can't say enough nice things about it. And the food - holy cow! My wife ordered the Salmon, I had Lasagna and the kids had Spagetti. I can't wait until tomorrow to eat the left over Lasagna! It was all outstanding. Very highly recommend. This is our first time staying this far south and we are so happy to have found this restaurant.

With the addition of Mediterranean dishes to the menu and a re-birth to the quality when Gina and Louie were there this place now is the absolute best in the area. Home cooked cuisine with excellent servers and a new owner that cares and assures that you are happy.

One of our favorites and we live in Murrells Inlet and are ex high end restaurant owners.

The best food around, hands down. Great atmosphere, great prices, and amazing food. Try the famous chicken dish. You won't be disappointed. And who else gives you a side of spaghetti?.

We keep finding ourselves here night after night when at the beach. They are consistantly great, priced right and tucked away so seating is available if you know they are there. We love the place, you will too.

We have been making our trip to Myrtle Beach for over 11 years, coming from chicago, ny, and Columbus. Two of us are restraurant owners ourselves. The family and atmosphere is not to be topped. In fact 3 years ago on March 17th "mom" made a special corned beef and cabbage dinner by special request from one of the irishmen in our group...and that as well was superb.
