Over the past 2 years, my husband and I have been customers in the Overtime Sports Cafe three times. The first 2 times were good, however, this year was not a good experience. The waitress mixed up our order, then failed to bring my salad. I only had a cup of chili and a salad, so I wouldn't think it would be too difficult, and it was not busy when we were there. The chili was nothing but jalapeno peppers and hunks of tomato. Where we were seated, it was so dark, we could barely read our menus (which we had to ask for). We were very disappointed. ref: 13121 |

We go the NMB every year for a week and always eat at overtimes at least two times while we are on vacation. This year was different because we ate there three times in 8 days. If I lived in NMB I would eat there every night. We love this place. ref: 12746 |

We (four golfers) went to Overtime a couple Saturday's ago around 900pm and had a blast!! We order NACHOS which were huge and delicious. We walked in and there was a very welcoming hostess ask us if we would like a table or a seat at the bar, we decided to sit at the bar. There were two female bartenders working one who had people calling her "Captian" and another people called" Mish" (not sure if that is spelled right). They were having so much fun laughing and carrying on with the guest at the bar.. INCLUDING US! They were HILARIOUS! We will definately go back as long as "CAPTIAN" and "MISH" are working!! Their service was WONDERFUL! ref: 12975 |

Resonable prices. The tricycle race was the best. Real funny. Thanks for making our vacation complete! ref: 12865 |

Visited here many times. Great sports bar. On this particular visit, our party of four was seated right away. After waiting 15 minutes (and the place was almost dead at dinner) I finally had to ask the host who was serving our table. He sent her over promptly. One daughter had the vegetable fettucine - lots of veggies - but her starter salad didn't come until she was half finished. Wife had beef dip - good size but fries were undercooked. Other daughter and myself had wings which came after the late salad. Server seemed surprised we hadn't received our wings when the other two were almost finished their meals. Strange, it was her table. I'll put this experience down to one poor server who appeared to only have two tables on the go. We've been there with parties of 16 on golf trips and had better service. I would still recommend this place because the food is good, more than 100 TVs for sports and service usually a whole lot better. And the buckets of beer are nice and cold. ref: 12509 |

I am a local and have visited the Overtime Cafe a half a dozen times in the past three years or so. Today wasn't as good as previous visits. We asked for a booth in non smoking and was told there was only one seat available (half booth/half chairs). The place where we sat had a huge bright light shining in our faces and not very good views of tvs. (place was pretty empty). When we were seated there were clearly two other full booths available in the same area with the same waitress (others sat there after us)?? The food was good until we got home. I am still sick from whatever it was in the chicken wrap. Ugh! Our waitress was sweet, but we waited to get our check while she cleaned a table , took orders, and brought drinks to another table (10 minutes after we said we were finished). Not pleased this time around. ref: 10433 |

Went to watch some NCAA Hoops. Thought the Happy Hours prices on beer was poor ($0.25 off domestic drafts). Also, thought the many female bartenders & waitresses were not much to look at (big boned). Hopefully the evening staff is easier on the eyes.
Other than that, the TVs and setting was fine. ref: 10361 |

We have been going to Overtime for more than 5 years in March. Always get access to at least one screen to watch the Sens and with table speakers doesnt matter how many other games are on can always hear the announcer. Tuesday Trivia is a blast too. Now for the food try the Ceasar wrap or the wings they're Great!! ref: 10146 |

I went to this place recently and when I walk in it was amazing! The tv's are great! Allthough our server took forever to come to the table. Our food was okay kind of cold by the time we got it and I couldn't finish it because to my discovery there was a huge cockroach crawling on the floor!!! The servers were walking by like nothing was there. They would look and pass it. I was disgusted!!! I will never eat here again! My beer was warm because of the plastic mugs. I spoke to the manager about my experience and he acted like he was confused and not hearing what I had to say! All I wanted was a cold bear, hot food, and cleanliness. This manager clearly has no idea what he is doing!!!! Great atmosphere as far as entertainment, horrible, horrible as a restaurant!!! I usually understand these things considering I work in the restaurant industry but this was ridiculous!!! ref: 9433 |

My family and I recently went to Overtime to watch a football game. The hostess was very nice to us, but out waitress was a total B****. It took her a half an hour to even take our orders and another 30 mins to actually get the food. When we got the food it was cold. I know people say that it's not the waiter/waitress' fault, but to a certain point it is. It was her responsibility to get the food to us. She didn't even refill our drinks- we had to stop her and tell her to get them! It was an awful experience and I don't reccommend it to anyone. If you want a b***cy waitress.... go to DICK"S LAST RESORT! ref: 9424 |

My family enjoys going here when we are on vacation. The atmosphere is excellent and the food is good. The only complaint this time was the service. The waitress only checked on us once during the whole time and it took about an hour to get our food. We didn't get refills on our drinks. We will probably skip it the next time. Too many other places to eat. ref: 7019 |

My brother and I wanted to watch a bowl game when we went to North Myrtle Beach between Christmas and New Year's day. We called around and found Overtime. It is one of the best sports cafe I have been to. We had a blast. It is very wide open and spacious, with high ceilings, four wall sized television screens, and about 40 more televisions throughout the area. It feels wide open, yet you can find a place to settle down in your own corner, or grab a booth, and still enjoy the open atmosphere and see most of the televisions. We were seated as soon as we went in, the service was great and the food was inexpensive, tasty, and came in generous portions. My brother and I couldn't even finish one regular size plate of overtime nachos that cost $8.99, and it was delicious. The next time I am in North Myrtle Beach and want to catch a sporting event there is no doubt I will go to Overtime. ref: 4596 |

First time in South Carolina - I enjoyed Myrtle Beach. But one place in particular I enjoyed is Overtime Sports Cafe! I went there during my vacation and I enjoyed it! I had good food and I saw a lot of sports games. They have every sports channel in the USA, so you'll be able to see any team play, whether its baseball, basketball, football, or red wings hockey (Yes I like the Detroit red wings). If you love food, if you love sports, and you're hanging out in Myrtle Beach, visit Overtime. You'll enjoy it. ref: 4423 |

Love this bar! After discovering this Sports Bar, our group plans an annual return for an Ohio State game after golfing and fun in the sun. The place is immaculate with good service. TV's are everywhere and you can see any game or sporting event you'd like. The noise level is average, or slightly above, but isn't that what watching a game is about?! Go Bucks!! ref: 4162 |

Overall, the Overtime is an awesome, awesome sports bar. Great atmosphere, sports coverage and an outstanding wall of t.v.'s. The service is is sub-par and the draft beer is served in plastic glasses (poor choice). They need to serve the beer in frosted mugs or large beer flasks. Food was good and I will definitely go there again next time I visit Myrtle Beach. Please change your beer glasses !!! ref: 4132 |

I recently moved to the area and decided to try out this place, I was seeing where I wanted to go to watch the upcoming football season. I was impressed by the size of the place and all the TV's and the giant wall that is one big TV, but the service was horrible. I sat at the bar and the long haired bartender ignored me for at least 10 minutes, I finally got my draft bud, and it was bad. Tasted skunky. I asked a hostess about a pre-season NFL game, she seemed dazed and confused -this girl was blond with a tattoo. Seemed sweet just drugged and couldn't answer my question. ref: 3692 |

This place used to be great. There are still a few great things about Overtime. The big Video Wall, is awesome! The bad thing is they seem to be out of a lot of items lately (food), the draft beer is never very consistent (warm or flat). One of the male bartenders is very confrontational and rude to the customers. The place looks cool. ref: 3341 |

I have been to many, many Myrtle Beach area restaurants over the years and this is the absolute WORST place I've been too. I'm not sure about the quality of the food as I waited to be seated for over 20 minutes, with the restaurant being half empty and no one waiting to be seated in front of us mind you. When my group was finally seated it was another 15 minutes before we saw a waiter/waitress. When the waiter did end up making his way over too us, we expressed our displeasure and walked out. Try somewhere else. ref: 3110 |

If you like sports bars you'll love this place! Just about anywhere you sit there are too many TV's to count with numerous big screens. The wings are some of the best I've ever had and they have numerous sauces to accommodate anyone's taste. Great atmosphere for Monday night football. My favorite sports bar in Myrtle. Great food, beer and atmosphere. Any sport/game that's on , they usally can accommedate you. They can even accommedate a Habs/Leaf hockey fan on Sat. night in Nov. amongst NCAA football S.C. Gamecocks or West Virginia Montaineers games. Now that's hospitality !! The wings and burger platters are great !! A great place to bring your buddies . Apres golf is great. ref: 1137 |

Our family eats at Overtime at least every two weeks, sometimes every week. I always get the lemon-pepper wings, they're very unique and I can't find them as good anywhere else. The waitresses are always really attentive and sweet, so I'd say the service is excellent. I am not a big sports fan, so the loud tv's and people cheering at whatever sports are on is kinda disturbing, but if you're a sports fan this is the top place in the area to go. The wings are good enough that I overlook the noise, because everything else is excellent. ref: 88 |
