We went to the Omega this morning. The food was great and the service was so friendly. What did find most interesting is that the owner is committed to serving the best food possible and serves organic and natural foods. His aim is to be 'a healthy place to eat'.

My friends and i came across this restaurant while on a golf trip for a few days. We ate here the first day, and it was so good, that we decided to eat the whole time we were down there before and after our tee times. The stuffed french toast w/ cinnamon apples and chipped beef is the best i have ever had! The pancakes were thick, fluffy and tasty, not bland like most places. The lunch menu is just as good, with a huge variety to choose from. I had the fried chicken with sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese, hot roll with dessert and drink for a great price. My other buddies at the table were raving about the gyro & chicken gyro specials. This place is well worth your visit. I just wish that they would open for dinner! We need a place like this back home.

We stopped unexpectedly at Omega Pancake House while running errands. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. The service was excellent even though we were there one half hour before closing. They treated us like we were the first customers of the day, not the last. My husband ordered breakfast (sausage/mushroom omelette) while I had lunch (fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cabbage). Both meals were so good that we ordered two dinners to go because someone (me) didn't feel like cooking that night! The restaurant was spotless, tastefully decorated (out-of-this-world murals!) and the music was soothing versus intrusive. Add to that friendly service, a conversation with the owner and now you have a complete picture. Wonderful! :-)

All I have to say is WOW!!! This is a very impressive restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you see these amazing murals on the walls. There is also something very different about this restaurant. For one thing, the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. Everyone that works there has a smile on their face and a friendly attitude. I thought the atmosphere was amazing, until I tried the food. I can't describe in words how tasty and delicious the food is! Not only is the food great, but they give you so much for your money. The owner, Nick, also made us feel very welcome like we had known him for years. All I have to say is everyone needs to go to the Omega in Surfside Beach, and see for themselves what the rave is all about.

me and my wife have been going to this restaurant for years... the food is excellent... the the service is top notch and the atmosphere is wonderful. One of the main thing I like about this restaurant is their coustomer service. The staffs really takes care of their coustomer. This is a must stop in place to eat when you are visiting.

I love this place. I walked in to try the Gyro's and haven't looked back since. I try to get one every week. Have also tried the hash browns, the greek salad (yum!) and eggs benedict. As good as those gyros are, I can't imagine anything tasting bad here. They have great onion rings too, though they are breaded not battered. The owners are very friendly and so is the staff.

We were seated relatively quickly, the place was busy, but not crazy. The service was extremely slow, we waited almost 30 minutes for a simple breakfast. When the food arrived it was barely room temperature. We won't be back, there are too many other places to try.

My wife and I have been eating at the Omega for 22 years. We have tried lots of other places but keep going back. The family operated business is the standard for Myrtle beach. We have NEVER had a bad meal or experience. The cooks, waitresses, bus staff and owners are top notch!!!! The breakfast is phenominal. My favorite is the mish-mash and pancakes. The lunch is also great. It can be just a little pricey depending on what you order but the quality of the food is amazing and well worth it.

My wife and i stopped by this restaurant for the first time and i have to tell you, I'm speechless. I had the breakfast wrap with hash browns and my wife had eggs w/ country ham, cheese grits and toast . It was amazing and the coffee was nice and hot. After i finished my meal, i went to the restroom and i have to say, that it was the cleanest and nicest that i have ever been into. It looks like a spa! After experiencing all of this, we decided to try their lunch 4 hours later the same day. I had the Greek Gyros sandwich w/ their delicious french fries and my wife had a Greek salad w/ a cup of homemade soup. We have told everyone about this place in Surfside Beach and can't wait to get back down there. Excellent service, very clean establishment and the owner must be related to Paula Dean because the food is unbelievable! If you want breakfast or lunch, this is definitely the place.

I have been comming to this restaurant for over 10 years now ( i am a regular ). This place has more than just breakfast, the lunch menu is enormous and the food quality and portions are unbeatable. They have the BEST sweet tea you will ever drink (i go through a pitcher myself). You will love their clean and non-smoking facility. Try this restaurant one time and you too will be hooked, because there is nothing else around here like it.

I recently visited the Omega Pancake House in Surfside Beach South Carolina. I would like to complement on how great the service is at the Omega Pancake House and what a great job the cooks do with the food. We had the lunch special, and it has a one of kind great taste. I was very pleased with the amount of food you get and the very low prices for the food. One last thing i would like to comment on is how clean the restaurant is and the great manners that the servers have. I look forward to coming back to the Omega on my next visit to the Beach.

My husband and I recently spent a week at the beach and happened to come across the Omega in Surfside on our trip. We were very impressed in the excellent service which we received every morning, the quality of the food and the large selection of food that was available on the menu. It was the cleanest restaraunt that I think I have ever been in in my life. Everything from great service to great food and a non smoking facility too. I can't wait for another trip to the beach. I will be sure to visit the Omega again, and will recommend to all of my friends.

We moved here from NJ in March and we stopped at the Omega Pancake House for breakfast one day. Our server was Donna and she was beyond excellent -- very friendly and very attentive to every detail of our meal. We go for breakfast as often as we can and always ask for Donna. Food is excellent, owner is friendly -- great place to eat.

Great service and friendly staff. However, the food was far from great. The butter would not melt on the pancakes because it was too cold. Waffle House has better tasting omelets, and the price for 2 people was over $23.00. Not likely to return.

Ate at this resturant 6 days in May of last year during Bike Week. By the end of the week the waitress didn't even need to bring us menus, she had our orders memorized and they saved the same table for us every morning!! Excellent food and service!
