Review: The breakfast here is excellent. The lunch buffet can't be beat. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is the best around the whole beach. Enjoy your meal here without being rushed out the door. Very comfortable where you can expect to be treated as family. Thank You!

Review: Have been going here three-five time per week for two years and do not know why! the food is ok, the staff is very rude, act like they could care less about the customer. Was there last week, which is my last visit. The girl that took my money was very sharp and acted like she was having a problem with everything! the old lady, (maybe the owner at the cash register never smiles, again could care less about what is going on?? I work very hard for my money, I eat out alot, so I will be spending my money elsewhere. Could use some customer service training, thank you.

Review: If you are looking for good home cooking..Mama Jean's is the place to go. Full Breakfast menu all day. The Daily Lunch specials give you lots of choices...veggies cooked country style! Love the Fried Chicken, which seems to always be on special. Had BBQ Pork Chops today for lunch! I will be back many times!

Review: Avegage quality food from the bar. The fried chicken was very good, but the greens were stringy and tough. The peach cobbler has something resembling liquid cornstarch for the filling...not very appetizing. However, ordered off the menu (the boom boom shrimp sandwich) and it was very good as were the fried...waitresses are unconcerned at best.

Review: this is a fun, local breakfast/lunch place. excellent buffet. sausage gravy and biscuits,my husbands favorite. service is wonderful. they keep the coffee coming. If from the north, be sure to ask for your french toast "well done".

Review: During my visit in nmb my friend kenny picked me up almost every morning in this awesome diner. Lots of friendly guests and beautiful waitress. Old style atmosphere. Great buffet on weekends. I m glad to was there. Greetings to little river.

Review: I have been eating breakfast there for a long time, the service is excellent, food is great,and the best breakfast in the nmb area...and the country ham is also great. Mike has done a great job here, and with the help of his two daughters, kerri and morgan.........keep it up......

Review: This place was recommended by a local and it was great! The waitresses were incredibly friendly and they served the food fast! They were great about refills and we will be back to try the barbecue buffet this year on Friday. They also serve a very good breakfast.
