Review: what a great little bar! first place we stopped in when we got to myrtle beach. it was not very busy at that time of day(bout 12:30 pm) but what a warm welcome...the woman behind the bar, her name was Shannon, was so friendly and polite. she also talked with us asking the usual questions as to where we were from,why we came down, etc.. she also told us where to go for dinner and the local happenings, which happened to be biker week and that weekend was the nlue crab festival at little river. we did not know where were going to stay and Shannon was so helpful with that by asking her friend Randall where some of the places we looking at were. i felt sorry for him because my friend kept asking him where all these places were.:) i ordered the pork bbq n fries(homemade!) n joe ordered 2 dogs w/ the works n onion ringsto go. was kinda skeptical on the bbq, but once i tasted it i was sorry i did not order more. it was fresh made the day before and it was GREAT! kudos to the cook. we returned the next evening and i was quite pleased to hear, hi vickie,hi joe! Shannon remembered our names just from the first visit. to me that is a fantastic bartender, and let me tell you, she is. they also have 2 pool tables in the other room and also a cozy couch n chairs set up in another room. it is a down to earth, friendly place to go. the only drawback i saw was they are behind the rite-aid and not out on the main drag. but well worth lookin for them. i hope Shannon is still there when i visit again. her friendliness makes your visit enjoyable.

Review: We went for one meal... ended up going back AGAIN the next night and the next night!!! The staff was fantastic and the atmosphere was very downhome and welcoming. Pool tables were also available to play for very cheap. Sweet tea was yummy and the food was homecooked good.
