Save yourself a major headach. This place was the pits. We complained about getting cold meals. They just looked at us like too bad. We asked to see the manager and he was too busy. Needless to say we had 12 golfers here and will not stop back. Go to Umberto's or to Mama Joe's. They like it when you come in and drop $100.00 per person on food and drinks. ref: 950 |

Looks very pretty on the outside, but skip it. It's not worth the wait. ref: 850 |

I will first say that on the positive side, we were seated quickly and the hostess was pleasant. That being said, we had a horrible experience at the Key West Grill.
My husband, 8 month old, and I were seated in such tight quarters outside that anytime the people behind us moved, our chairs bumped. We waited for approx. 10 min before someone came to ask if someone had waited on us yet, only to wait another 5 min. before someone did. After finally ordering, and most importantly, we ordered 2 standard menu meals, tuna and crab stuffed shrimp, which took 55 minutes for us to receive. (Keep in mind, we had an 8 month old who, of course, was not enjoying the view for that long.) Once we did receive the food, both were mediocre at best. Mine was overcooked and my husband's tuna had very little taste. Finally the manager came over to tell us the kitchen had lost our orders and we may get our meal free, which ended up only being half price. After watching other tables be seated, enjoy their meals, and leave before we even got our food, I would've expected more.
I had been to the key west grill previously without similar problems, however, due to the extreme dissatisfaction with this dinner, I will be recommending to our friends, family, neighbors, etc. to try other restaurants at Broadway @ the Beach. ref: 825 |

We got a reservation and they guarunteed we would sit down right away. Thirty minutes later, they led us to a dirty table. They cleaned it in three minutes, and we sat down. We ordered, and an hour later we got two burned pizzas. We have kids aged 2-10, and this was unacceptable. When the food finally came out it was great, but two of my four children were asleep. I would NOT go back! ref: 674 |

I am a local and have been eating at the Key West Grill for the past 4 years. The food quality has always been nothing but superb. The waitstaff is fun, friendly, and very helpful. They always make our dining experience a great one. For all those people who give any bad reviews to Key West Grill or any other restuarant at the beach for that matter, you are aparently from out of town and do not realize the speed of this town. Myrtle Beach will be busy on your vacation so to all of the tourists here are some tips: The servers are doing the best job they know how to. If you go in with a large party expect to wait. So good job to the great staff at the Key West Grill. Keep it up! ref: 627 |

We love Key West Grill. My family and I vacation at Myrtle Beach at least once a year. We eat here every vacation. The atmosphere is great, the steaks are fabulous. We vacation during the summer, but if you go to the restaurants at a time when they are not crowded, the service is great! ref: 604 |

When we sat down in 15 minutes the food took 2 1/2 hours to get. The food when we got it tasted great but the time it takes to get the food was unacceptable. I will not suggest this restaurant to any of my friends. ref: 574 |

Ordered redsnapper and it came looking great. When I cut into the fish I noticed it had not been cooked at all. Sent the fish back and just ordered an appitizer of stuffed mushrooms since everyone was already eating. They came out cold. I was still charged $10 for my appetizer. ref: 350 |

We love Key West Grill and try to eat there every month or two in the warm months. Rarely do we sit anywhere but on the deck overlooking the water at Broadway at the Beach. Everything we've ever ordered there has been excellent; never had any dishes that weren't scrumptious! ref: 17 |
