Our visit was during our yearly vacation to Myrtle Beach. We wanted to eat there last year but ran out of time. This year we made plans to eat there, but after being there our hopes of a good meal and fun time were quickly deflated. The service was fair our waitress took care of us just fine. The noise level was a bit too high for my family. The food was average tasting. The price of our bill just floored us though. For our party of four it topped out just over $49 for three milk shakes, two deli sandwiches, and two orders of french fries, and one soft drink! Sorry, but never again. McDonalds will do just fine next time. ref: 2878 |

Cool restaurant but I dont think we will return. The food was just average and way over priced. If you like old fashioned hamburgers go to Wendy's or Sonic. You are just paying for the theme and atmosphere. The music was so loud we had a hard time speaking with the server. ref: 2651 |

My husband and I and out 2 boys ate here while on vacation last summer. It seemed like a relaly cool place to eat and figured the kids would love it. We were very dissatisified with the food and even more dissatisified with the prices. This place is WAY to expensive for what you get. I thought for the price of a hamburger it would come with fries but the serves informed me that the price was for the burger only. I then saw the price of $2.99 for a order of fries. I assumed for that price, one order would be a hefty size for two small children. I was wrong, it wasthe size of a McDonald's small order. I will not be going back there again for sure. ref: 2473 |

Thought the restaurant looked interesting, but then discovered that the prices are far too high! A hot dog, two hamburgs and a soda, all for $23...not a deal! We will never eat there again. ref: 1918 |

Johnny Rockets is a really fun place to eat, and the burgers are good, but the prices are waaaaaaay too high. My kids loved the dancing waiters, but I wouldn't go back. ref: 1321 |

We ate here a couple years ago with my wife and two kids. The atmosphere attracted us into it with 50's style grille, soda fountain place. They had juke box selections right at table. Prices were way too high though. We won't go back there. ref: 1103 |

It was fun with the waiters dancing and the music. The prices though are too high. A cup of drink was 2.39, burgers were like 6-8 for 1, the fries were 2.99 more. If they would come down on prices it a very good place. ref: 1014 |

My daughter and I actually ate at the Johnny Rockets at Broadway at the Beach a couple of summers ago. It is way too expensive for burgers and fries. The T-shirts were a good buy though. We won't go back. ref: 816 |

On vacation we tryed Johnny Rockets, we walked away spending $60 on 3 burgers and an order of chicken nuggets. My two sons did have shakes. Not a value for lunch in my book. ref: 797 |

My family & I stumbled across Johnny Rockets a few years ago and can't wait to visit again when we come back to Myrtle Beach again this year. The atmosphere was light. The employee's were so entertaining and friendly. We enjoyed it because it was not the same ole same ole. It was nice to go someplace different and unique! My children are teens and preteens and still talk about our visit there to this day. I highly recommend! ref: 707 |

We tried Johnny Rockets a few years ago, and it was not a great experience. My food was okay, nothing to write home about! My wife had a chili dog, that she could not eat. Since I have a cast iron stomach, I decided that I would eat it for her. It was the worst, I've ever eaten, and I was sick as a dog, the rest of the day!! Others have eaten there and liked it, but never again for us!! I did enjoy the music though!! ref: 403 |
