Review: We love this place but will never go again. The worst service I have ever had! Plus we were over charged for a kids food. When I noticed, I asked my server to get the manager. Low and behold my moron server was the manager. Even the hostess said we were over charged and the heffer manager said we weren't. We used to go once a week and now we will never go again! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Review: The good reviews on the page are from the owner, don't go here at all costs, horrible service, horrible food, go to Myabi's there the best. Who even does japanese drive thru anyway?

Review: This is an excellent japanese restaurant. The chef was awesome!!! The food was fantastic. This was truly a great dining experience all the way around! I will highly recommend Ichiro's to everyone.

Review: Ichiros is the best overall Japanese restaurant on the beach. We have dined at other Japanese Steakhouses for 15 years, but no more. We absolutely love the salad bar for lunch too. See you there.

Review: My family and I went to dinner at Ichiro's a couple weeks ago. After we were finally seated, We sat for a good seven minutes before the waitress came to get drink orders.She was rude. Then we waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks. The sweet tea was terrible. It was hot and stuffy in the restaurant. We looked over at the other grills to se the quality of the food, IT didn't look good at all! Looked like they use "dark" meat for their chicken . We sat at the table a total of 35 minutes waiting to place order and they were not busy. We ended up getting up leaving and going to Yomatos, which was great!

Review: From start to finish, our group of four enjoyed a very fun time at Ichiros. The sushi and dinner menus offered plenty of choices and the drink menu is limited to beer, wine and sake, although the creative sake choices leave little to be desired. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and was always there when we needed her. Sushi appetizer was both unique and well prepared and the salads seemed to offer dressing choices to please everyone. Dinner was rolled out and our Hibachi Chef was a treat with both personality and know how to prepare all aspects of dinner perfectly.. Shrimp was not overcooked, filet prepared perfectly and mahi mahi tasted wonderful. This experience was a great surprise by Myrtle Beach locals and their visiting family and has won us over from trying any other area Japanese steakhouses which always left something to be desired. We'd really like to see Ichiros succeed, it is truly a great place to enjoy.
