Review: When in the Little River area, always stop at the Still N Grill. Great food and drinks at a reasonable price.

Review: This place is awesome!! The food is great, service was just as good. I had the flounder special & my son had the yardbird meal. Ton's of food & the prices are reasonable.

Review: Have had a few meals since moving to Little River and they did bend over to broil my fish(no bread crumbs)and it worked out ok. Only problem my friend and I had was the smoking. very poor air quailty . Will have to make sure we go in when only a few people are there. SC needs to ban smoking in all resturants.

Review: They are as proclaimed. The name should not confuse any. It is carolina, both north and south cakkalaky. It is honest the minute you step in the door. A very local establisment open to everyone. With a name as such, it would be a shame for one to have preconcieved misjudgedments. Country music with bluegrass tendacies allows an experiece, both for yanks and southern folk, a comfortablity appreciated west of the entercoastal waterway. The taters done many styles seem to be a hit. Once again, when the country/bluegrass is vib'n, smiles abound!.

Review: I never go into a place close minded or angry in any way. But This place just really upset me. I was on my lunch break from work. I only get an hour. This place is next door to my work. When we walked in, the lady behind the bar (also our waitress) was very rude and very short with us. She sat us down and took our order. All I got was Chicken fingers. It took them almost an hour to get them to the table. I missed lunch today. I didn't have enough time to eat it. And the waitress was Extremely rude and seemed to single us out. She did not seem to be like that to anyone else there. I don't know if it is because we were young or what. But I will never go back there. My boyfriend and I tried to stay in a good mood, but she just didn't seem to accept us being there AT ALL! I went in in an extremely good mood...but left very angry and hungry.

Review: While on vacation from WVA we stopped by Hillbilly's and had lunch. Great lunch special, not to mention the amount of food and the prices were just as great. I will come back more often and this time I will try their ribs. Great meal. Lots to look at also. Great time. Thanks

Review: We had come in from PA and was told about this restaurant so we had to stop by to take a look, and test out the food. My family is from the south, so this was a good reason to stop by anything with the name Hillbilly in it. When we stopped by for dinner we felt like we were at home, such nice inviting people. We received our menus and our sweet tea (homemade) I couldn't believe the prices of the food how desecent they were. We placed our order and the steak was out of this world. I asked for the receipt and of course it is a family secert. Apparently all of the receipes are from the generations of the owners family. It was a awesome time and the food was great. I will go back several times while I'm in the area to have dinner and sometimes lunch. Great Job. We loved it.
