We returned from our vacation a couple of weeks ago and got a chance to eat here. Everyone from my 1 year old to his grandparents really enjoyed this meal! The service was great and the food was excellent! When we come back I know we will go out of our way to dine here again.

This is a belated review for a visit to High Hammock last November. I was perusing the reviews and was somewhat leery of the positive reviews and decided to relate our experience. My husband and I had dinner there on our anniversary. We chose the High Hammock because we wanted a special dinner to mark our special occasion. My husband chose the rack of lamb but he requested that the sauce be served on the side since he has food allergy issues and I ordered the Crab Cake which was served in a brown sauce. My husband's meal arrived covered in the sauce, when we reminded the server that we requested it on the side he returned it the kitchen where it was scraped off the meat and the meal was reheated and returned to us. My crab cake would have been fine if not for the sauce which overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the crab cake. Not worth the money!

We have eaten here several times, we have had a great meal every time. I would like to dine there more often but go to other restaurants to try different foods.

Not all that I would have hoped, my husband had a fabulous steak and I had a gristly one. Overrated in my humble opinion.

My husband and I ate here on the first night of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. Service was super and the meal was delicious. Crab cakes were tender and the Mahi Mahi was a winner. We loved the cold crab dip as an appetizer and the Cherry Cobbler was served warm with vanilla ice cream was out of this world. One of the best meals we have ever had. Absolutely delicious!!!!

I was expecting the best, and that's what I got. The best. This place is absolutely unbelievable. I can't say enough about it. Whatever you want or expect, they will deliver. And then some. You have to try it.

I really expected more from this dining experience because I have been to SNOB and High Cotton and both were so excellent. Must have been an off night for the chef because the chicken was extremely overcooked and the steak was undercooked. The shrimp and grits was very good though. It did take a long time to get served given it wasn't that busy. Too bad. Hope they get it worked out.
