We had our daughters birthday party here with a party of 20 plus. Although at times I didn't think the Hard Rock was going to be able to accomodate us, but they pulled it off. Our waitress was nice and very helpful in celebrating the birthday. Would recommend to others.

The wait and staff was terrible. Food not even hot when it arrived at the table, and forget about refills on your drinks. I recommend immediately ordering a soda and a water, just to make sure you have something to drink. Dirty restaurant, and too noisy. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table, even though we arrived at opening time. No excuses were given. I would never take kids, as even the kids menu is way too overpriced. All five of us could have eaten anywhere else, as a group, for what we paid for just two at the Hardrock cafe. These theme restaurants are getting out of date and style, and we wasted three hours of a beautiful day just sitting around. If I had known better, I would have gone somewhere else, spent half of the money, for better food, and saved time.

My Family went on the last night of our trip. It took the normal amout of time to seat a group of 12+. Our Waiter was very nice. My daughter and her friend thought he was cute so they would drink their drinks fast so he would come back, and he did and always got them drinks. Everything was there in an acceptable time. I didn't feel the food was over priced and my family loved the whole feel of the place. Next time we visit the beach, we will go back there

I LOVE Hard Rock Cafe! I love the atmosphere and the food is good! It's pricey, but what do you expect from a theme restaurant? The only bad experience I had with the food was a bloody chicken wing.

I'm a local and have lots of dining options within a very short driving distance, so why do I choose Hard Rock? Because they exceed my expectations every time. The atmosphere is amazing and makes the 10 bucks or so for the great burger a super deal. I take my kids often and they're never "freaked out" by the servers as one reviewer stated. In fact, they're pleasant, knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. It's part of the "show" when you go to Hard Rock! Want more than just a meal? Then my suggestion is Hard Rock where you'll get more than you expect.

Of course, it is the off season; however, we were immediately seated upon entering the restaurant. Our drinks arrived very soon after we ordered. The food did not take long and our server recommended that we look around the restaurant while we waited (we did). My salad with tupelo chicken strips was very good; the chicken had a slight tang to it which was nice. My companion ordered the s.o.b. Burger and said it was very spicy but very good. The server said it used medium hot sauce; we couldn't imagine how the "hot" hot sauce would be! our server was very nice and kept our soft drinks filled and never rushed us even though it was towards closing time. Overall, a bit pricey but still fun to see all the items on display. On another note, the young lady in the gift shop was very knowledgeable and friendly. She pointed out several sale items and updated us on the memorabilia that was new.

P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!! If you want fun and food at the same time come to the Hard Rock Cafe. If you're a meat lover come here. They have the best ribs, chicken, burgers, and any other meat you can think of. The kids will love the menu, the shop, the food, and even the music. The songs are appropriate for kids. They only play the top songs. All of the employees are very friendly, especially the general manger who checks on you all the time(good thing). Take a look at the walls and the ceiling. You'll notice they're decorated to rock. They should make it more expensive because of how cheap it is. Everything, WONDERFUL. It took 2 minutes for us to be seated everytime we went. The noise level is just right. Even when they do the YMCA! I forgot to say how every once in a while they play the YMCA and sing and danc to it. Bring your fanily to the Hard Rock Cafe. Ohh! Stop by the Hard Rock Park too.

It's a Hard Rock, so I expected the noise level to be somewhat high hence the "above average". We sat for 5-10 minutes before we even saw our server. It took forever to get drinks, food and refills. It was exceptionally slow and it was mid-afternoon with little to no wait time, so they weren't that busy. Thought the kids' meals were overpriced. Food was good though!

Coming from London, home of the original Hard Rock Cafe, we felt we had to try this one. We were not dissapointed. It was lunchtime and we were seated right away, shown to a very good table (me, my wife and 8 year old daughter). The server was a lovely girl, she was visiting London for the first time later this year, so she was especially interested in us. The food, is as good if not better than London and the price is especially good. Drinks were nice and cold but aren't they all in South Carolina? Music was just right as was the noise. Well worth the effort to go and glad we did.

Way, way, WAY overpriced food.

Portions were decent, and quality of food was good. But the prices were ridiculous for "bar" food. Nachos, burgers, etc. It seemed like we were paying for the memorabilia.

We went. We overpaid for food. We won't be back.

The only conceivable value of going to this place for any reason is to look at all the pretty things on the wall. Thats it. Horrible, burnt, overpriced food that takes entirely too long to get to you, when I you to wait up to 45 minutes OR MORE to get seated. And god forbid you go there JUST to drink, aside from paying too much for drinks, ON A SLOW NIGHT the bartender would not give my sister and I more than 1 drink an hour, because as he said "you weren't going to tip me anyways". What a f**king f**ker!

We had a great time! At first my tightwad husband wasn't too happy about the prices, but the memorabilia and atmosphere distracted him. Our hamburgers were very good, the girls ordered the mac & cheese -one liked and the other didn't. Our waitress was excellent, couldn't ask for better service. The rest of the staff was great as well. We love rock music and our teenage daughter is really into it too. We got such a kick out of her checking out all the stuff everywhere. She's been to several HRC's and this is her favorite so far. The only problem is they wouldn't let us take the Eric Clapton guitar home as our souvenir.

I would recommend this place once ! We walked right in sat down. the kids and I loved the music and memoriblia. This location is WAY over priced. We have one in Gatlinburg,TN that is alot more reasonablly priced. We went there our first year got lost of nice pictures. The building is very cool, but its one of those things once you've done it why go again because the quality of the food is average andthe prices are way to high. I would rather keep my money for more stuff to take home !

Took my kids there with their friends visiting from college. Some were experiencing the Hard Rock for the first time. We had lots of laughs, the food was great and two hours flew by. I go every week and love taking out-of-towners with me. The vegetarian spring rolls (in the app section) were a hit with all the kids. This is a must-do while at the beach!

My husband and I ate at the Hard Rock for the first time and I have never had better mac and cheese in my life. If you go there.. try the mac and cheese.. I promise it will melt in your mouth. The pricing was decent.. not as bad as I thought it would be. It is very loud in there, so if you're not into loud music, don't go. I had to pretty much yell at my husband for him to hear me, and he was sitting right next to me. But the atmosphere is great, and the people are awesome. Try it out... it's a very cool place to go. And try the mac and cheese!

My suggestion is to go to the Hard Rock Cafe for the atmosphere, which is exceptionally cool. So much awesome rock memorabilia that it is impossible to take it all in in one visit. But as for the food? Applebee's is far better and costs less. High marks for the look, low marks for the food.

I have been to the Hard Rock Cafe before but the last time I went will be my last. The waitress could have been better but the major issue was when my drink was returned to the table after the waitress took it to refill it, I was not brought my drink but I was brought a drink that was refilled for a young girl at the table beside of me; now I never second guess when a drink is returned to me because I expect the server to know what they are doing and be paying attention but this waitress apparently did not, what made matters worse was the fact that I took a drink out of SOMEONE else's straw, I was about to be sick right then and there. The manager was told and he was very nice about the situation but still there was nothing he could really say to make that any better, my stomach was turning the entire time after that. The food was good, but the service and the mix up was the last straw for me. I will not be back!!

We love Hard Rock Cafe. I don't think we've missed eating there at least once during our annual beach vacation since HRC opened in '94 or '95.

Food is very good, value is decent - not cheap, but not too bad either. The theming is the coolest - definitely the best of any HRC that I have ever been in - we've been to the ones in Nashville, Orlando, Baltimore, and Washington - and we like Myrtle Beach the best.

Music is pretty loud - sometimes very loud. We always go for lunch or mid-afternoon - NEVER at dinner time! The wait gets very long during the evening dinner rush, and I hate waiting in line.

HRC is always on our list of must-do stuff when we visit Myrtle Beach each year!

We went to the restaurant about 7:30pm, however, we had reservations so we went right into the building (if you haven't checked out their PX seating online, you need to do that). Once into the building the young lady in charge of the seating forgot about us. We had reservations for 7:40pm but didn't get seated until 7:55pm. The waiter took our drink order and we order 2 appetizers. He forgot to put them in. Bottom line, we got our main course before we got the appetizers. Disappointed because their nachos is one of the main reasons we go there every year. Food quality was okay, but nothing exceptional. Atomsphere is always good. We love it when they do YMCA, however, after going there for years, this is the first time we've really been disappointed with the experience.

My boyfriend & I took my daughters and his mother (first time for us although he has been before) and it was definitely an experience. The kids thought it was just really cool to see all the "Rock Stuff" as they called it. Music could have been just a little lower so you could talk, but overall the food, service & atmosphere was great. A little pricey for lunch time but you are paying for the name and the ambiance mostly. I would definitely go back again, but if you need to watch your pennies I would not go to often.

This is the worst Hard Rock we have been to. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and food. Food took along time to come out and my wifes entree salad was missing half the ingredients. We we told the waitress this and she said she knew about it. OK, Well if you and the kitchen know this is not a complete dish, why serve it !! She came back and said the kitchen was low on supplies! Oh, so we will take some lettuce on a plate for 12 bucks and its ok, NOT !!! The wife then refused the dish and ordered a sandwich. Well my food was there and hers came out 20 minutes later. By this time the smoke at the bar from cigarettes was getting bad. Can't believe the Hard Rock can't get a good exhaust system. Last time here for us.

My family of 5 went here for the first time in 2005 and I would have to say that the experience was so-so. We got there early waited in a long line until they opened. The memorabilia was cool, but the food was below average and prices high. Brought home some nice hurricane glasses (at a cost). Not sure if we would return, I do recall the cost was pretty high and this was lunch time.

My husband and I have eaten here every year for the last 4 years. I checked the menu online before we left this year and was surprised to see that our favorite dish had been changed somewhat. But we still had to eat here. I must recommend the Blackened Chicken Pasta, it is what we both order every year, along with the Santa Fe spring rolls. This year they had changed the pasta to add andouille sausage and not being a big fan of sausage I asked the waiter if it was possible to leave it out and they had no problem with doing that. It was wonderful as usual and we will be going back next year.

I ordered chicken/beef fajitas and was awaiting a steaming, sizzling plate and was served a luke warm plate of onions, peppers, beef & chicken. It was double the price of the same dish as Chili's and not as good as Chili's. My husband's salad never came. The sweet potato fries were cold. The cafe is loud but the memorablia is very interesting. It's a really cool place but the service and food temperature needs improvement.

Being a big fan of rock music and its history, I always enjoy dining at Hard-Rock Cafe. The food is great and served in healthy portions. (Much better than Planet-Hollywood... I recommend the 10oz. Legendary Burger) The memorabilia, from rockers of both classic and current, is something awe-inspiring and everchanging. The layout is very unique. The pyramid theme is carried on inside with hyroglyphics and wonderful Egyption artwork. The service was good also. The only bad thing is some of the dining areas are a little cramped with little room to walk.

I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys rock music or just unique restaurants.

My wife, 19 yr.old daughter and I went to Hard Rock Cafe the week of the 4th of July, so a lengthy wait was expected. If you're bothered by loud noise during your dinner, the Hard Rock is not for you. Lots of Rock nostalgia, and loud music. Service was pleasant, but every step of the process just took too long. My wife and I shared the Jumbo Combo, and when it finally came out is was apparent that it had sat for a long time because some items were warm at best, most (including the wings) were stone cold. All in all, there are MANY better choices in Myrtle Beach for an enjoyable dining experience with decent food.

What can I say ...it was amazing time at The Hard Rock. Not only did we have a great time at the Rock but their was a Kiss Tribute Band playing ( KISS ARMY) right outside the the door when we left there. They were throwing a big Opening Day for the new KISS COFFEHOUSE which was also amazing. We are from NY and have been to many Hard Rocks but this was one of the best. Hope to visit again real soon.

My husband and I went there during our honeymoon, and we loved it. I was a tad bit concerned when I found a fly in my food, but they told me that it was only a fruit fly, because many are back there. They did make another plate for me.

I must say the only thing I liked about the place was I got to sit inside a pyramid. The irish bar across the street was much better.

Just your average restaurant.

Descent food and atmosphere.

The lighting could definitely be better. Not a place I'd go back to, but I guess you gotta try it once. Some of the displays you will see nowhere else.

My husband and I went to HardRock and found the service Great. We went early afternoon, and got in right away, the service was good. The only complaint I have is that there are no prices on the menu. I think people have the right to know how much they are paying for the food. The food was ok, I just really like the atmosphere.

The food was good and atmosphere was good. We could have had more fun and value at other themed restaurants. You need to try the Rock at least once though.

Our trip to Hard Rock Cafe in Myrtle Beach was pleasant but could have been bettered by sufficient lighting. We were seated in a very dull-lit area where we could hardly see what we were eating! However servers were very friendly and extremely accommodating - good nite out!

Our vacation was great and the Hard Rock Cafe experience made it much greater. It was our first time at a Hard Rock. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun.

We love this place and try to eat here every time we come to the beach but a couple of times have tried something new. Would go back and probably will go when we come in July.

My last trip to the hard rock cafe will be just that...my last. It was at least an hour and half before we got in, which is understandable because they were very busy. But once we got in the service we received was below average at best. It took forever to get our food and two members of our party didn't even get their food until the others had already eaten and were ready to leave. The waitress offered no apologies for this and even expected us to pay the gratuity that had been "conveniently" added to our check. We had to talk to a manager to get it removed after explaining that the service we received was so poor. Before this I've had several great expieriences at Hard Rock Cafe but this last one was enough to keep me from ever going back.

There is a wait in the summer months because of its name. Food is good and good portions but alittle pricey. You will like the decor but be prepared to like loud music too. Everyone must go to HardRock Cafe at least once to experience!
