I have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 20 years and this was the worst restaurant ever. My husband and I were very disappointed with the overall experience..Pricey food, bad service and atmosphere. I was sitted way too close to the person sitted behind me. Will never waste our money there again.

Don't even bother with this one--

Average food and a horribly snooty attitude from the wait staff. This is Myrtle Beach; if I want to come in flip flops, shorts and Myrtle Beach Polo Club tank-top, then I should be able to.

The food was great and it had a nice enviroment. I had a good time getting smashed on my 21st birthday. Our food service was the best I have ever had. If I recall any his name I think it was sy and kelly which were two cool dudes which who brought the food out to me. Thank you I will be back soon.

Quite disappointing. We went there after a day out - we were dressed in jeans and from the moment we entered the restaurant we were treated as second rate citizens. As we are definitely not poor, just happened to be unaware of any dress code or expectations for the restaurant before entering - -I was appalled at the looks the hostesses gave us, (she very much gave the appearance of looking down on us) not to mention the slowness with which we were waited on. Had I been alone and had it not embarrassed my husband to have walked out, I most certainly would have. I think the staff at this restaurant needs to learn that people are people, and should be treated with respect regardless of the clothes the vacationers happen to have on at the moment - or at a minimum - a dress code should be mentioned at the door if there is a certain expectation there!!!!!! If, however, it was simply this particular night (Monday, January 30)- and this particular hostess, then she should be talked with - for I have NEVER felt the way she made me feel....I'm quite accustomed to a most different treatment to say the least!!!

Yes, disappointed certainly describes my/our complete experience....

Went there after the Boat Show last weekend for a hot toddie and a light meal in the bar. Service was good, good Irish coffees, beautiful bar overlooking the water and boats. What they lack is bar food, light fare for someone who doesn't want a big sit-down meal. They spent a fortune on the bar. They should spend a little more for a bar menu.

We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for the past 15-16 years as we have a condo across the street at Ocean Creek. August 2005 was our first visit to Greg Norman's Grill. It was the best restaurant experience we have ever had in the Myrtle Beach area. It has now become the favorite pick of our whole family. Our son never had eaten a steak before and decided to order a fillet mignon -- he now loves steaks but really only looks forward to ordering them at Greg Norman's. The wait staff was excellent and the bar staff service was way over the top -- We will be back many times in the future -- Good show!!!!!!!

Although it is pricey, we love the food here, never had a bad meal. The coupons in the winter make it well worth it. Only problem we ever had was that not aware of their adding the 18% gratuity, we added another 18% and the waiter did not tell us. When we got home,we called and they adjusted our charge, but we thougtht that was a little suspect and being regulars, were quite offended. Go anyway. It's worth is, just keep an eye on your tab.

This is a very nice restaurant. As a party of three we enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive.

As the three of us smoke we were seated in the bar area. Fortunately, the noise level was very tolerable even with the numerous TVs playing.

Why do restaurants with upscale prices need to pretend they are sports bars? I did not see one customer watching TV. We came to drink, socialize and enjoy good food. I could stay home, have leftovers and sit in front a TV.

Tried it once - will never go back. We had a large party, and were told when we were seated that an 18% gratuity would automatically be added to the bill. This might have been the reason why our waiter pretty much ignored us all night - after all, he knew the tip was a done deal! It lacked atmosphere, friendliness, and was HORRIBLY expensive. We all left absolutely disgusted. We come down from Canada twice a year, and just love Myrtle Beach. This is the only bad experience we have ever had.

I'm an Aussie that has been away from home for a long time. I was craving some lamb and thought this would definitely be the place to get it. I ordered the rack of lamb which consisted of 5 of the smallest cutlets I've ever seen and a limpy little salad under it. My husband had the prime rib and a potato. Add some bread and that came to $75. Needless to say, I went home hungry and disapointed. Either drop the prices or add more sides, but no one should be going home hungry for $75 Greg! Shame on you.

Seated immediately for lunch. We had great service, a very attentive waitress and constant filling of water and iced tea glasses. The food was excellent - best beef vegetable soup ever! It's a little pricey for lunch, but the food and the atmosphere are great. I highly recommend it!

Nothing special here. Good salad, steak prepared to order. Service was slow at the start but did pick up a little towards the end of our meal. I was disappointed because expectations did not match reality.

Excellent food but expensive - we think worth it. This is one of our favorite spots in Myrtle Beach but if you can leave the kids with the grandparents and make this an adult only trip, it will be easier on the budget. Don't miss the chocolate souffle - its fresh and worth the wait!

My husband and I loved this restaurant and will be back often! The food was delicious, the staff was very attentive and very knowledgable about the menu and the wine list is fantastic! My husband's an Aussie and he loved everything, so you know this place is authentic. Yes, it may be pricier than some, but well worth it, especially if you are looking for some real "fine dining" instead of the usual tourist fare. Go!

I went to eat at this resturant for lunch. Everything was delicious. Very nice restaurant I would recommend. I looked at the menu for dinner and it looked a little high for my family.. the average meal was $24.
