Review: My wife and I visit the Golden Corral occasionally and find the food a lot better than some restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area. Prices are good compared to most restaurants on the Strand.

Review: The famous dinner buffet all for around $10.99 was around $15 a person. There were too many tables for the floorspace, so we were constantly elbowing our way through the restaurant. Our table was up against a wall, so if one person wanted to get out, they'd have to wait until everyone was done, and we'd all have to get up at the same time. As for the food? I got a plate with a fried chicken breast, collard greens, steamed carrots, and a roll. The chicken breast was old, and tasted of grease. The greens were extremely salty. The carrots, alright, and the roll, also alright. But we had Great American Steak and Buffet the first night in town. It cost less, and it was so much better. Go there instead.

Review: I will never go to the golden corral in Myrte Beach everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr again. The food was so cold that I couldn't eat it the chicken was under cooked. There was no plance to sat at .We have to wait for about a hour to be seated after getting our drinks.the drinks were watered down. The mushopotato were cold theskeak was tough and dry the ribs are hard and dry the rolls were very good the meat loaf was nastythe seafood was torrible what I mean torrible I mean horrible and thecrab salad was so warm and taste look like cornfish.and the dessorts are nasty and I almost died from the food. save 60$ and don't eat and golden and corral crap

Review: My Family and I went there june 21 2010 I fell in love with their Pork Chops the waitress was there for us all the time and their steak's was perfectally seasoned great dessert's go there when your in Myrtle Beach you won't be dissapointed I give it a 10

Review: Tonight was Golden Corral night! I must say I was impressed as last time I went I was a little disappointed, this time the food was very good, the fish I must add was outstanding. I learnt my lesson from last time, and I pass this on from the manager, that if EVER one is not satified with anything on the buffet PLEASE tell the manager so they may put things right. As I was told, one must never go away dissatified. Really we had a very pleasant meal. Thank you Golden Corral!!

Review: I have eaten at golden corral several times. Everything and everyone was great. I was so impressed I had them cater my daughters wedding back in 2008. They did everything, even gave us containers for the the left overs. I'd recommend them over and over. Matter of fact going to have them cater my daughters baby shower. Yeah I know sometimes first impressions aren't always the best. Even the best of us have off days, if there is a problem address it then, not later. Golden corral gets a golden spatula in my book!.

Review: As a group, we came to your location on Saturday Sept 25, 2010 and the gentleman at the cash register told us they were giving us a group discount. The group was charged for a drink even though most of the members wanted and received only water. There was a $3.00 tip included in the fee. Majority of the church group was over the age of 60 and is living on a fixed income. I am very disapointed in this Golden Corral for our Seniors was not treated fairly. Manager, shame on you . Also only the fee was rung up on the cash register. No receipts was given.

Review: I went in to eat lunch and the food was not all that great, the server was a looser. and the management was rude. the next day I went to the golden coral on Kings Road, (working in that area) just to see if it was any different from the one the day before. It was worst. the big ear'd manager was running around cussing the waitress and most of them were in tears and not to pleasant. The food was cold or dry. The floors were dirty and the noise level was very high, not a place to take kids, with the language being used in that place.

Review: I have been to many different Golden Corral's before, and this was the worst EVER!!! Everyone sat on top of each other, chair's were placed in isle's and for a buffet I had to move every two minutes so someone can pass. The people who run this restaurant have no regard for someone looking to enjoy a relaxing and stress free dinner. Absolutely no regard for there customers. It was like an assembly line. Get them in and out. I even watched a manager scream at a young employee, terrible.

Review: Restaurant 10600 Kings Rd Myrte Beach, visited twice on our vacation and both times meat cook staff where being chastised in front of customers. Not enough staff in this area. Not willing to give second helpings of steak, and when he did he was very ugly and put it on my hand instead of the plate. Breaded chicken not cooked, blood running out when you removed the skin. Told waitress and she said we had to speak to the manager. We look forward to a meal at your restaurant when we go to the beach, but we will not return to this location. Also I can't understand why you would want to serve meals on plastic plates. Very unsanitary!

Review: As far as I am concerned, Golden Corral is the best buffet on the Strand. You get steak, seafood, chicken, etc. All of the food is very fresh and very good. After going to 3 buffets in 1 week, we decided to only go to Golden Corral when we visit. Yes, it is just like any other Golden Corral in the United States, but compared to the very expensive seafood buffets, this was by far the best food and best value. We will never go to another seafood buffet restaurant in Myrtle Beach.

Review: Very disappointed. BEWARE!!! They don't tell you or post on their menu board the drinks are an additional $2 each. They imply the drinks are included in the buffet price until you get the bill. The food is pretty good but why are they so deceptive on drink prices? Why are they trying to hide the extra $2 per person? Management was not helpful in resolving this issue.

Review: This was our grandson's choice of restaurant for "his night". The value was good for a "buffet" steak house. The steak was actually very good and prepared as you wanted it. Small portions, but you could go up as many times as you want. I was surprised by the small plates you are given, but it's probably smarter for a buffet and cuts down on waste. Our waiter was very good and was constantly picking up our used plates. I think the buffet could have been a little cleaner, but I imagine it's hard keeping up with it when the restaurant is crowded. Would probably go again for an inexpensive dinner on the next trip.

Review: Four adults from canada and two from maine were in our party and we all said with all the different choices of food it was the best place to eat we have seen for a long time.there was something for everyone and if anyone goes away hungry it would be of their own making.our server ,Yassine was very nice and did a wonderful job,especially with our other server-ray! Review: Went to eat there after shopping at wal-mart price to eat with a family of 7. Was outstanding our waitress filled our glasses promptly. The pork chops were fantastic the waitress even let me sneek 7 pork chops back to our condo at monterey bay. Service was outstanding . We plan to go back in june 09 we will see if it will be great again. Lets hope.

Review: I'm from Canada and i come down every year and we spend three weeks in Myrtle Beach! I always make sure we visit the corral at least three time on our visit! The buffet is huge, there is everything on in and it tastes amazing!!! I sit at my house and look at my own cooked meal and thing "ow i wish is was eating at the Golden Corral tonight!!' (L)

Review: when we arrived at the register, the girl was not behind it, she was talking with other staff a few feet away. She approached the register with extememly long nails, did not put gloves on and got real made after we asked for different plates after she put her fingers all over the first set. Review: Best restaurant buffet on the beach. They have EVERYTHING you can think of. You get seated very quickly and get your drinks refilled all the time. The food is top notch and fresh and hot as the dickens. The variety is amazing and for me and my family it was only 30 bucks and its all you can eat. Some of the best food I've ever had.

Review: I eat at Golden Corral almost twice a week and I love the buffet, it is the best I have tried, and believe me, I have tried a lot of buffets. I especially like to go when breakfast has just ended and lunch first comes out. SOO hot and fresh I have noticed that it's not always that hot and fresh, but i also understand that its never going to be as fresh as when it first comes out. Keep it up I love the food!!!
