Review: What a disappointment! I didn't find anything friendly about Friendly's The wait was long, my husband (a Large man) and I were seated at a little table against the wall while there were other tables available where we would have been more comfortable. Our food was just ordinary, no worse than that. It was a waste of calories. And the price was very high considering the quality of our food and service. We won't go there again.

Review: Food good. Where else can you eat a lot of decent comfort foods and get delicious ice-cream for cheap? The problem is that the place is filthy! Haven't eaten there twice in the past month. My kids love it! Of course, they don't realize how gross the place is. Ick.

Review: Absolutely the worst dining experience I have had. We waited for 50 minutes to receive our food and never got it. We left after watching many other customers who came in after us get their food before us. We will never, ever eat here again!.

Review: I'm sorry but all the Friendlys in south carolina have a really nasty smell to them and that's jus disgusting because your not even able to get because the smell. That's one of the worst bussinesses i've ever been in..

Review: Our first night in Myrtle we went to Friendly's for a quick, easy, and reliable dinner. The food was terrible. From the iced tea (not even drinkable) to the fries (clearly fried in the same vat as fish), and everything was doused in salt.... First bad Friendly's experience ever.

Review: I know this wont help but I have always liked Friendlys until today I used to always get the oriental chicken salad there was only a few peices I could eat and the rest was skin and dried up dark meat it looked as though they just used some old chicken they had it used to be fresh grilled this was so bad I couldnt eat it I asked the waitress if she would eat anything like that she said oh its skin they put in the sauce I do not eat chicken skin at all they had sheets of paper on the table with questions to be filled out I did fill it out but she took it so know the manager never got it im 77 and on a fixed income and going out to eat is atreat but not when its something I cant eat you can be sure ill never go there again and I have been going to Friendlys for many years and I will tell my friends about it I guess when you are old no one cares about what they serve to you but I wasnt always old and went there many times but no more hope someone does something about it but I doubt it the Friendlys is at the coventry mall in pottstown ,penna .

Review: Friendlys is always very good with service and the food quality is wonderful. The menu has been extended in the padt years and it does keep up with any other competitors in the area.

Review: Terrible!!!! Kelly the Manager was not helpfully and was not Friendly. Shouldn't you be friendly to work at Friendly's? The only part of my meal that was right was the Ice Cream.

Review: We were promptly seated and told who our waitress would be.
We ordered an all American Hamburger and a chicken sandwich after getting our drinks. The waitress, Amanda was clean, had a nice smile and was very polite. The french fries were very warm, just the way we like them and the sandwiches were great. We also ordered two sundaes and coffee for desert. I had the new Coffee Crunch Sundae and my husband had a Strawberry Sundae which were both very good. We don't get too much time off from work together and were glad that this was such an enjoyable lunch.

Review: We live in N Myrtle Beach and to be honest their "buy one get one coupon" is misleading to say the least. You can get better prices w/out the coupons! You have to buy a beverage for each meal which jacks the prices back up.
Some of the wait staff are not "friendly" either.
I agree with others who say if you are in the South you should serve grits with breakfast, this is NOT upstate NY.

Review: My kids loved the ice cream that came WITH thier entree!! Adults entrees come with ice cream as well. They have EXCELLENT ice cream. WILL go back.

Review: On 18 Dec 06 at 10:30 am we visited this restaurant again. This time the manager was very unfriendly. One of the waitressess (not ours) was unfriendly and rude to us. Our waitress Eileen was very nice and efficient. As locals we can spend our money many other places during the off season. They should be more respectful if they expect to have any locals this off season. I see why few people were there. The manager should consider attending classes to improve her people skills.

Review: I have a two year old son so we thought we'd come here and was glad we did!! Very family friendly place! They gave kids balloons. The service was wonderful along with the food. Better than most Friendly's up north. Highly rated!

Review: The food is OK, but nothing to write home about. Service was good on a quiet winter morning. They need to add grits to their menu if they want to be a real southern breakfast spot.
