My husband and I travel frequently and are always on the lookout for great Italian food. We decided to try Fratelli's and to be honest, were not expecting what we got. It was phenomenal! My mouth has been watering since our visit. The appetizers, the entree and the dessert were outstanding. We are very picky and rarely give a restaurant five stars across the board, but this restaurant deserves that and more!

My wife and I accidentally found Fratelli's. We were looking for Caruso's because of it's high rating on this site. When we found the restaurant, we found that it had recently changed hands twice. Do we go in..or don't we??? Thank God we decided to give it a chance, What a wonderful dining experience. My wife had the Fettuccini Alfredo and I had the linguini in white clam sauce. Both were excellent but the Fettuccini Alfredo was out of this world delicious. Our shrimp cocktail was large and delicious. The bruscetta was wonderful. The tiramisu was large and delicious and presented wonderfully The owner,Mike, greeted us and the chef.Sal,came out to our table after dinner. We were told that each dish is made as the order comes in. This showed in the quality of each course. This restaurant is on the 17 Bypass, but t is one we won't"bypass" when we are in Myrtle Beach
