Review: Much too expensive for what you get. We are local and even though the burgers are good...HArdees are better...and cheaper.

Review: I've eaten at Five Guys restaurants all over, for years. I ordered a burger to go recently, a bacon cheeseburger to be exact. Nothing else. When I got it back to where I was staying, there was NO bacon. How simple is that? I called and complained and they said, "Next time make sure before you leave". There won't be a next time there.

Review: This is one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The toppings were very fresh and I was so shocked at how good it tasted. It was so much better than other restaurant's burgers. It was messy and perfect. The fries are SO GOOD and might be the best fries in history. They are perfect with the cider vinegar and ketchup that is provided. Run to this burger place right now!

Review: It's fresh and made to order. You can not get a better burger at a sit down restaurant. The 5-10 minute wait is well worth it. Go to McDonalds if you want fast food.

Review: You can get a better burger at the od arcade or the clubhouse. Food was average. I wasnt impressed with anything else. Fries were greasy and limp..

Review: Agreed...people looking for a fast food restaurant should go to the other guys. My family and I go every weekend. You wait longer because it is a fresh product. The staff has always been friendly. I cant believe someone would comment on the saturated french fry bag? Do they think they are steamed? Its like going to a steakhouse and complaining about grill marks. Anyway-try it out. I get mine with BBQ sauce and fresh jalepenos. They also use peanut oil for thier fries.

Review: The service was unbelievably slow considering there were so few customers. The soft drink machine was broken -- and they did not tell us until we had ordered and paid for our food. My "medium" burger was way past well done and thoroughly tasteless. Don't waste you time or money on this place.

Review: Good burger. Simple menu with food cooked to order and fresh hand-cut fries. Greasy, but you don't go to a burger joint for fat free stuff.

Review: Food is full of grease! Bags for fries become saturated, totally. Time of wait seemed lengthy, based on the amount of customers in the restaurant.

Review: Went in for a late supper around 9:30. Not very crowded. Was pleasantly surprised with quality and service. Would reccommed this as an alternative over the usual fast food fare. Our kids loved it too..

Review: Great 5 guys experience. Great food, friendly staff, clean restaurant. You wait a little longer than "fast food" restaurants, but it's because they actually make your food FRESH TO ORDER (what a concept huh?)
