Review: You get what you pay for here. The burgers are large and prepared to order. The orders of fries are huge. The cajun fries are awesome. It's not cheap but it's not your average fast food burger either.

Review: We eat at 5 Guys about once a week you cant ask for a better burger. They never mess up my order the staff is friendly, the prices are cheap, and the sweet tea is great.

Review: My wife, son and I tried Five Guys in the inlet on 7/20 and were very pleased. All burgers were doubles, and two orders of their french fries were plenty to feed the three of us. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but after receiving my "double" I changed my mind. All in all, we enjoyed Five Guys and will likely go back there for lunch.

Review: We are locals and very picky of where we patronage. I've read the reviews and just have to put my input here as well. The number of times we have been here since moving to this end of town from Myrtle Beach, guessing 4-5 times so far, we have had excellent service!! Each cashier has always been very nice, our food has been excellent every time, and we couldn't find anything to complain about. They take care to keep the tables clean, and as you enter as well as leave you are greeted and thanked for coming. This last visit I even noted to my husband that the people behind the counter seemed like very nice young men and were very pleasant and courteous to every customer, it was nice to see young people being respectful. We look forward to our next visit here. Maybe management read the other negative reviews and took steps to correct them, but since Fall 2008 and currently, we have never once experienced a bad time at this establishment. Keep up the great work guys!!

Review: We have been to this restaurant about 6 times previously and it was fairly good. However we ate there 4/8/2009 and were totally disappointed. In placing the order I ordered 2 cheesburgers but didn't mention small. When I thought of it I said make those burgers small. The cashier told me in no uncertain terms I should have said that up front. He was very arrogant.
When we received our burgers they were way overcooked and very small. If we didn't have a condiment on them they would have been unedible. There was not one person acting like a manager so I called the customer service # on the receipt and relayed my feelings. I told him I was not looking for anything but thought they had a good concept that they were letting it go to hell. I explained the sign hanging in the store says "we cook all burgers juicy but well" They certainly did not in our case.
I compared his burger to what I imagine a Mc Donalds must be like. I havn't had a Mc Donalds in over 30 years and thats about how long it will be before we go back to 5 Guys. Wendy's here we come!!!

Review: Food is great, especially the vegetarian sandwich and fries. But the cashiers are down right hateful. I asked if I could purchase an extra order of jalapenos in a small cup and the guy said, "This isn't a grocery store." I did get them but he didn't like it. And when your order is ready and you are the only table in the whole place the girl will stand there yelling your number constantly into the air as if there are 100 people seated. One day we just sat there to see if she would ever even look our way but she didn't. Food is good but GET IT TO GO!!!!
